how do I move my copy of photoshop from a dead computer to a new computer? I have the serial number.

Guten Tag. Ich nutze seit mehreren Jahren aktiv die Creative Cloud. Vor kurzem habe ich mir neue Festplatten zugelegt und nach einer kompletten Neuinstallation von Windows 10 funktioniert die Installation von Adobe nicht mehr. Entweder steht dort, dass ich keine Verbindung zu den Servern herstellen kann, oder die Server generell nicht erreichbar sind. Außerdem lädt der Client mehrere Minuten und teilt mir mit, dass das Laden ungewöhnlich lange dauert. Was ich bisher versucht habe:Neuinstallation von der Creative CloudCleaner Tool von AdobeDeinstallationstool von AdobeRouter neustartMehrere Male den Pc neugestartetBringt mir alles nichts. Hat jemand Tipps?

I'm unable to install Creative Cloud on my new M1 Macbook Air. This is the first time installing on this computer, it says: "Unable to check for updates, make sure you are connected to the internet" I am already connected to my network, and have tried restarting my laptop. 

I am currently a student and looking to sign up to the creative cloud suite via student discount. I have both a Mac and Windows machine and wanted to know that if I were to sign up, would I be able to download and use the creative cloud suite on both machines. Thank you for the help

After an update of Bridge - some weeks ago - on Desktop Apple Catalina I have two versions of Bridge (2021 and 2022) on my desktop. This should not happen, I think, and I need only one version. My problem is: can I deinstall the older version without destroying the new one? Already thank you for help. 

I have a Lenovo ThinkBook 15 Gen 3 and I want to install the Adobe Photoshop latest version but I am little bit confuse before installing and a few question comes into my mind that is it compatible version with ThinkBook 15 Gen 3 and does not slow down my laptop. Please eleborate this question and answer my ASAP.   

Just subscribed and installed PS on desktop. Want to install on iPad Pro but when I click GET it takes me to the subscribe page.  I thought you could install on iPad as part of the subscription?  Any ideas?

Hello, I am on MacOS version 12.2I am tring to load into the apps and they load but the screens are just black on the apps. They wont actully load onto the program.I have undownloaded all of my adobe apps and reinstalled them.Updated my computerrestarted ,my mac 

I do one on one tutoring in Photoshop & Lightroom.  I know that I can load Photoshop on two machines.  Can I load Photoshop Windows version on one machine and Photoshop MAC version on another.  This would help me when I am showing someone that has either a Windows machine or a Mac machine.

I am currently running the latest version of Windows 10.I downloaded and installed Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop directly from the website.It installed correctly, however I cannot download any of the apps as the install button is replaced with 'Not Compatible'.I followed all of the steps here  but to no avail: Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I had an e mail regarding my renewal of membership of your cloud . I decided I didn't want to renew so I followed the instructions and cancelled my membership but you took the money out of my account regardless. I am not happy and as usual there is no way to phone contact support as there is no number.....

Why do I have to create a new user and group just to uninstall Creative Cloud so I can download it again? 

Please can you help?My Photoshop CC17 App has been behaving strangely, so I followed the advice to uninstall/reinstall. It has now disappeared without trace and I cannot find a reinstall link anywhere (even via adobe chat).  I am running the app on a subscription basis on an I Mac with Yosemite OSX 10.10.5. It was working fine yesterday but now no longer exists. It seems a bit unfair when I am paying for something I cannot use. Please help by providing a direct link for a reninstall if possible. So as i read in a ton of discussions* it weems like every Ai after 24.3 won't install properly on „newer“ macOS (i use Catalina).There is no promopt to allow Ai to use the Wacom driver in automation (inside the security settings).The fix seems to be installing a Illustrator Version not older than 2020. Unfortunately the version history in my CreativeCloud only goes back to 25.4.1.  … which is Ai 2021 So … how can i download a 2020 version? And another qustion: Why in gods name is it, that adobe/wacom/idk can't manage to solve this problem? An illustration software unable to be used with a tablet is just … unneccesary. And we costumers not only paying a lot of monay every month … we loose monay in the time we a are dealing with this issues. Version 2020 is years old now … time to get this issue fixed! I have by mistake deleted something and this is the error im having on my mac os catalina 10.15.17 Adobe Application Manager, required to verify your license, is missing or damaged. Hello,For the past 2 days I have noticed that my profile is not showing up when searching for my name, also my portfolio used to appear in the first 10 portfolios for almost a year now and it suddenly dissapeared. I am not getting any interactions anymore and this was a sudden occurence without an explanation.This is my profile for reference: https://www.behance.net/anastoicaI tried everything, changed all possible settings, cookies for Chrome, tried posting something else for tests and more. I don't know what to do anymore and it hurts to know that I worked for that portfolio and now no one can see it. 

Installed Lightroom 6 on a new laptop due to old one dying. I also have Lightroom 6 installed on another computer. When I open Lightroom 6 on the new computer I receive a message that the serial number is already in use on the maximum allowed computers. You must deactivate on another computer. This is not possible. How can I get around this?

Trying to download adobe premiere pro trial version on Chromebook. When I click on the installer it gives 404 error message. Any ideas?

We use Federated ID's at my work. I was asked to assign a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for a user. When we went to install it, she had already signed onto using her personal Adobe account and downloaded & installed the software.Is there a way to prevent that from happening in the future?

SIX DAYS, 12-15 HOURS A DAY.  That's how long I've been trying to get Creative Cloud to load on my Windows 10 PC (Days 1-5) and on my now Windows 11 PC (Day 6).  Let me first say that Adobe's support, assistance and urgency in this matter have been utterly and completely nonexistent.  If I didn't absolutely have to have these applications I would drop Adobe instantly for the most lame customer service and the most apathetic attitudes.  Continuing to do business with Adobe makes me feel like I need to go shower each time.So...I had to do a full reinstall of Windows 10 on my PC about a week ago; mind you, this was a Windows 10 PC beforehand, and it ran Creative Cloud for the past 18 months without issue, but when I had to reinstall Windows 10 from that point forward and apparently inexplicably it no longer works.  When I run any of the installers, Creative Cloud Desktop, Photoshop, Lightroom Classic...the same thing happens over and over.  CCD actually does

我之前安装了adobe photoshop 2020，但在2022出来以后，我卸载了，准备安装2022，但是不知道为什么注册表没有删干净，而且C:/Program Files(x86)/Common Files/Adobe/CoreSyncExtension/CoreSync_x64.dll显示已在WINDOWS资源管理器中打开，但是任务管理器中找不到进程，没办法删除，安装Adobe creative cloud时显示错误代码1，使用了AdobeCreativeClouldCleanerToll也无法解决，又不敢乱删注册表，请问除了重装系统，还有其他的办法解决吗？
