Download & Install

I am trying to move my Acrobat Pro 9 from my old computer to my new one. I went online to my Adobe account and found my registered copy information. I used the download link to install the software and copied the serial number as shown. When I tried using it though I got an "invalid serial number" error. I don't understand, I'm downloading from the Adobe site using the supplied serial number yet I'm getting an error message. Any thoughts on what's going on or how I can install it? Is it possible to see the serial number of the copy that's installed on my old machine? Thanks for the help!!!

I have adobe PSE 11 and it has worked GREAT for me. I had to reinstall windows and now have to reinstall 11. It is asking for a product key.  Problem is, the software is not showing up in my account? My husband and I share the same email address, and when we activated the adobe ID it address an email to him, but now the account is in my name so I have no idea what data we lost over the years. HELP! We got the software when we got a lap top years ago. It worked fine for me? is there anything that can be done??

I used this product once in Novemeber of 2020. In January/February of 2021, I noticed I was getting charged every month and contacted adobe support on the computer to help cancel. He told me I couldn't without paying the rest of what was needed to fulfill the annual plan, plus an extra fee, so I was just going to let it run out for the year so I did not have to pay extra. He told me once the year was over, the plan would be over as well. I just recently noticed my account has been STILL been getting charged every month. I have tried contacting support and I have reached not one employee yet and still trying. I am at a loss for options and do not know what to do. If anyone can help me that would be great. 

Hello! I was working on something using my browser, and I had not used any Adobe programs in the past three months, but I got this...I can't click out, either. This is a scam, and you can't convince me otherwise. The fact that I can't close it, and that the only interactive thing seems to be Learn More... It seems suspicious... I'm doing this on my iPad just in case, but I don't think my father should have gotten Adobe Disks from the swap meet. I hate pirating! Anyway, I'm not going to use my computer until further suggestions (hopefully not tricks) are given.

Hello,My "annual plan paid monthly" plan renews tomorrow. I want to cancel it, yet it this is saying I need to pay a cancellation fee (£9.89) for ending early, which is absurd as it's only one day early and tomorrow it will renew.I have tried to contact a human being at Adobe customer service to ask about this but there doesn't seem to be live chat any more.Any help is greatly appreciated.Thanks

Opening the creative cloud app and scrolling through my apps to click the right "open" button for the app I would like to use is a small inconvenience, but it is an inconvenience none the less.  My solution has been to pin the .exe shortcuts to the taskbar in windows, so that I can easily open/minimize/maximize the apps.  However, every single time the apps get updated, the shortcuts break -  I need to remove the taskbar shortcuts, and go sifting through directories for the different .exe shortcuts for all of the 8 apps we use regularly in the office, and re-pin them. Does anybody know of a better solution for this?  Or is there a better way to pin the most up-to-date apps to the taskbar?

Did a fresh iOS install on my wifes MacBook Pro. When reinstalling Photoshop elements 13 from the orginal CD I got the error "Install" needs to updated.Current iOS is Catalina 10.15.7

I have a registered copy of Adobe Creative Suite 6 on my account and the original software from 2013. Can I give it to someone else to use or sell it? Or is the serial # not going to work?

I had Elements 13, but my computer crashed. I still have the original CD and was wanting to put it on my new computer. My new computer does not have CD access. How can I get my original photoshop on my new computer? 

I downloaded Photoshop and Premier 2020 elements, registered them and the install went fine. When I click the shortcut, the intro screen comes up and when I click the Blue Photo Editor button, I get the loading symbol for 1 minute then it stops and nothing happens. I tried redownloading and installing the program again;  same issue. Premier Elements works just fine and Photoshop works fine on my home computer. Am not running both copies at once.   Any Ideas?

Can the product specialists help with this? My Photoshop CS6 froze and I was recommended to uninstall and reinstall.On trying to reinstall it failed to initialize and says maybe a file is missing.Because it is not a supported disc (purchased outright pre-subscription) the Adobe Chat assistant won't help resolve it!

is there anyway to get some sort of refund if you weren't aware of auto-renewal? Literally bought this for a single project last spring, and have been charged ever since up until tonight when I realized and cancelled it.  I literally spend 30 min talking to a robot who even claimed it was a human. Je viens d'acheter un nouvel ordi ( Macbook Pro 2020 avec puce M1) , l'installation du Créative Cloud se fait sans problème sauf qu'au moment d'installer les logiciels Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere pro, Adobe xd et indesign ne veulent pas s'installer et afficher une erreur 403 Ce qui est bizarre c'est qu'Audition et Dimension ainsi qu'Adobe Média Encoder s'installent sans problème, Je ne sais pas quoi faire pouvez vous m'aidere svp ? Merci

hey guys,I used illustrator the last view months and now the new version isn's compatible with my mac version anymore. I tried to deistall it and now I can't install the newest or an older version. How can I fix this?  

My Illustrator 2020 was crashing on startup, so i decided to delete and reinstall it.Now i can't find on Creative Cloud the same version (2020) to download.I have an old mid 2011 iMac: it's not compatibile with earlier versions of Illutrator.Thanks for help!

Hello, I have a problem with my web created with Adobe Portfolio where i used one of my videos as a site background and it suddenly stopped showing on my web site... I cannot seem to figure out how to fix it so if someone would be so kind as to help me with this issue.

Not found does not work    

I'm using Windows 10 and  Adobe Creative Cloud keeps asking it needs repair, then reinstall itself and starts all over. The Creative Cloud does this every time I use Adobe Premiere Pro. Can someone finally find a solution to this problem?

As an IT professional of 20+ years, I've never come across a SW title that takes more than 24 hours to install.  I purchased the subscription (because all vendors want to keep paying forever so their developers can push out half-baked code weekly) and more than 24 hours later I am STILL waiting to be able to scan a document from the client SW (becuase I have no desire to put my PII in their cloud environment).
