Hello, I have a problem with Adobe creative cloud which suddenly loads without stopping at startup. It was still working very well yesterday and since today it does not start anymore because it gets stuck when loading. At some point, it tells me that I am not connected to another one that is clean for me to connect but remains stuck in loading.I've tried every possible solution all day but nothing makes it work.Can you help me please, I have a huge project going on after effect and I can't continue it because of this 😞thanks in advance

Hi,after fresh installation of Lightroom 6, I get the message that the my serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. The computers where the application was installed before are not available any more.There are no activated devices in the account management in my account settings on adobe.com.How can I deactivate the old devices?Thanks for your help!

Hi there,  I have a disc combo version of Photoshop and Premiere Elements 12 which I have been attempting to install on a new computer (Dell inspiron 16+ 7610 running Windows 11). While photoshop appears to be functioning correctly on a quick assessment, Premiere will not load up the editor despite claiming a successful install. I did notice that it has decided to install as 32 bit for some reason despite the software claiming it is native 64 bit on Windows 7 and newer. Any help is appreciated. Thanks,Joe

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit, have managed to install a few of the apps like Ps, Ai, Dw, Id - but have not found access to the slightly older CC versions of apps such as Pr, Dn, Ae ect that are compatible. Where are these links? (And yes I know Win7 is old/outdated/MS non-supported - but I'm not in a position to upgrade hardware along with OS.)

Hi, I recently uninstalled Adobe Creative Cloud but after uninstalling everything the icon for Notification Manager for Adobe Creative Cloud is still in the start menu ist and cannot be removed. Clicking ot that icons sends me to the Windows App store. The app is not in the library. I tried to uninstall it from the start menu and from Apps and Features.It  does not show in the Apps and Features.I tried to find them in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs, ..\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs andC:\Program Files\WindowsApps. They don't appear in any of these folders.I tried using Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and Microsoft Program_Install_and_Uninstall.meta.diagcab (the apps are not in the list )I tried this commands in PowerShellGet-AppxPackage *adobe* | Remove-AppxPackageGet-AppxPackage *AdobeNotificationClient* | Remove-AppxPackageGet-AppxPackage command doesn't return anything I triedDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckH

I am using Macbook Pro M1 12.1.  I recently noticed my LR desktop was not log in / sync to LR mobile. I seek assistance from adobe technician, he remote my computer and did lots of things (change language of my mac, delete my anti virus program, shut down my firewall, restart my computer for nearly 10 times), but the final result is he could not solve my problem and create a new problem that I could not ascess to the internet through either Chrome or Safari.  The only thing he did is let me know not just the LR desktop, but also the Photoshop was under log out status (I did not realise it as I did not use it for some times). I reinstall the whole mac but now I could not install creative cloud, photoshop... or even I could not log in to the LR desktop (I download it from the app store). Did anyone face the same problem in installing creative cloud to Mac M1 ?  Thanks a lot !

In the Preferences for Creative Cloud Desktop, there are settings for each app to control auto-update. I've got auto-update turned on for all my Creative Cloud apps, but none of them get updates automatically. I receive multiple notifications on my Windows Desktop telling me that app updates are available- but why isn't Creative Cloud automatically updating them??

Using macOS Big Sur.The installer works perfectly and I can download apps through the Creative Cloud just fine and they remain on my computer. However, Creative Cloud itself won't install directly to my hard drive and is only accessible by opening/installing/re-installing through the installer. If I remove the installer, I can't access CC, and it does not show up as an application on my computer.

I have downloaded Photoshop more than once, then I double click the installer and all it does is flash, then nothing.

Dear all,I have a standard CS4 pack - which I want to install on the new pc - but the activation number (present on the box) does not work (red x) I am afraid that CS4 can no longer be activated - correct? Thank you Ale

Getting the following errors: The file archive part of Adobe CS6 Master Collection is missing you need all parts in the same folder to extract Adobe CS6 Master Collection. Please download all parts.I have downloaded both files and when trying to open the 2nd file I get this error: My computer will not read a .7z file I have a HP touchsmart, ample room. What am I lacking here to get my CS6 reinstalled on my new computer!

My CS 5 32 bit was working but I accidentally changed some folders in the program folders trying to add a plug in. Now it won't link to my scanner. Can I repair it using the install CD? 

Hi!I just registered to Adobe Creative Cloud. I work on mac with system version macOS High Sierra 10.13.6, it is impossible to update it because the computer can't take it. Therefore, a lot of softwares in the actual AdobeCC collection are not compatible.I would like to know if it is possible to install a previous version of some softwares that would be compatible with this OS? If so, how can I do it?Some of the softwares I am interested in: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.Thanks in advancePierre

Or, mon abonnement est renouvelé automatiquement et je suis débitée chaque mois. Je n'ai pas de problème de paiement. Lorsque je clique sur le service clientèle, j'ai le message suivant : Votre numéro de série a expiré ou est incorrect ??? Je ne sais pas quoi faire. Je suis complètement bloquée.Est-ce que quelqu'un a déjà eu le problème et peut m'aider ?Merci

Subscribed to full Adobe CC and having major problem with frequent app updates...My MacOS update to Monterey was able to download the installer package to my iPad Pro direct from Apple servers! Then Airdrop the file to my Mac. This takes under an hour a 12.13Gb file, whereas using the native MacOS updater in Preferences would take literally days to complete. I like many today do not use a dedicated landline and so am limited to mobile broadband, which works relatively well for pretty much everything but nosey data sharing download managers, like Adobe CC. It's wasting my valuable time waiting for updates to download to several Adobe CC apps, each taking hours or days to complete, sometimes restarting from 0% if the connection is temporarily dropped... I'm sorry but this kind of data collection paired with app downloads and updates is no longer viable with the era of mobile broadband replacing many traditional network connectivity solutions. I purchased LR 6 in 2015 but it no longer appears on my account. I have just got a new pc and need to install it.   However Adobe say that I must disable the programme on my previous pc which is now in pieces. I therefore need  guidance on how to diable LR to enable it to be  activated on my new pc.   Thank you for any help you can provide

Recentemente instalei o Win11 Pro na minha maquina e ao tentar instalar qualquer programa da adobe me deparo com a seguinte mensagem, alguém consegue me ajudar a resolver esse problema?

When I downloaded the Premiere and Photoshop apps to my computer two "Installer" drive icons appeared on my desktop and I cannot remove them. Will these icons disapear? Are they vital to the apps function now that they are both downloaded? I really just want them to be removed from my desktop but also curious if they take up space on the computer. 

Just how many voices do you guys need to hear to finally start making money by providing users of Linux based distros with your software?The market share of Linux is small, true. But it's small also "thanks" to you who are not providing users with professional software so they could finally start doing their jobs without dual-booting/installing VMs. Provide the tools and you'll see market share growing. For the god's sake, there is no even an Adobe Reader available - can you provide at least that?
