I also have this issue. It's super annoying. Adobe, please do something about it, asap. It's unthinkable that company I work for is paying not little money for the software and it's crippling my system [i7 7700k, 32 gigs of ram, nvme drives, etc.]

Just downloaded and installed Illustrator CS6...except that it's in Portuguese. How can I change the Language to English?

I downloaded the trial, never got to use it as it caused my laptop to crash, when I reinstalled my Operating System. It says the trial has expired. How the heck can this be?

I just got off a very disappointing chat with your support team. I went into my account, tried downlaoding LR 6 which I paid for and bought (it was NOT cheap, bought directly from Adobe) and had used for a while. I wanted to download it on to my new computer and when I try to download it, it says installer is no longer available. I get that it is no longer supported, but I speak to customer service about this and they say:"I understand but as you are using Lightroom 6 which is not supported and has been discontinued by the developers and the activation servers has been shutdown. You will have to opt for a active subscription through which you can install Lightroom and Lightroom Classic." So this effectively means software which I paid for, which was perpetual, has been removed in order to force me to go down a cloud subscription? Please tell me I am wrong and that I am totally misunderstanding this?

I have followed all the recommendations about repairing , uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Cloud Desktop App. Whenever I try to install the 3 updates that are pending, they get as far as 'waiting' and no further, even after waiting hours. I am running macOS Catalina version 10.15.7 . Any solutions?

I have been given a redemtion code by Adobe support (long story) but when I attempt to redeem it i get the message, "This code has expired". Despite *MANY* chats with Adobe support I am always re-issued the same code, and told to wait 24-48 hours between each call, often with nothing happening resulting it yet another chat... Does anyone knpow how I can get the issue escalated within Adobe as no-one of the chat system appears to be able to do this?

Hi, I need a monthly  invoice by e-mail for our accountant.Why does not adobe provide us with a monthly invoice by e-mail like other service providers?It is very cumbersome to log-in every time to print out the monthly invoice.

When trying to update Photoshop (v23.0.2) to v23.1 oder LRC v11.0.1 to v11.1 on a Windows 11 System it always says that I should downgrade to Windows 10 1607 or higher. It seems that there is a bug in the installer!

I have a case sensitive Mac OS, so I get an error when trying to download Adobe.  However, I have an alternate partioned drive that is case insensitive (I created it to solve a similar problem with OneDrive).  How do I point my Adobe download to this secondary disc? Alternately, can I simply access the Adobe Pro DC suite online and skip the download? Thanks in advance!

I purchased After Effects on my MacBook and it just finished installing. I tried to open it but it an error popped up saying, "After Effects can't continue: Error while accessing the preference files. Please verify the file permissions and try again." How do I fix this?

Hi, I recently tried to buy adobe second hand, on a website for second hand stuff in Belgium. but it seemed to be a cracked version. Hi, I just purchased the creative cloud and found that it crashes my computer (hp spectra 360 convertible 15 using Microsoft Windows 10) everytime I try to use a program. So far I've tried Illustrator (versions: 26.0.1, 26.0 and 25.4.1) as well as photoshop (version 23.0.2). I tried opening up files I've created on past versions of illustrator (creative suite 5.5) as well as starting a brand new file and it crashes my computer withen the first 5 minutes every time.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still have the same problem. I also tried restoring the preferences but got no help. I then tried launching illustrator with my wifi turned off and it seemed to work fine with wifi disconnected. But when I turned wifi back on it instantly froze my computer.  What couuld be the issue? I have mcafee antivirus that came with the computer, I wonder if that could be the problem. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Recalling the old Creative Suite days, I'd be great to have a $30/month plan bundle that includes:PhotoshopIllustratorInDesignAcrobat Pro I just feel like the All App plan is overkill. Anyone else agree?

Does any one know of another way to limit download / upload speed other than the 25%-100% limiter. My problem is that it appears that creative cloud is limiting by the capabilities of my network card not by my bandwidth. I have 75 Mbps up and down which is 5-8% of my network adapter's capability. So even at a limit of 25% it's not even close to being limited.

I'm about to buy a new PC, which will run on Windowes 11. I see a couple of posts about error messages, or a requirement that Internet Explorer is required to download the exe files (which would be fine for me). Will Creative Cloud, PS and LR all run on Windows 11?thanks in advance for any help on this. 

2016 purchased Acrobat Pro DC -- my computer was vandalism and won't work.  I have a new computer but software registration says my version is already registered.  I cannot active the old computer -- any options at this point?

How do I do it, I only have one license and I have a job that needs to be finished tomorrow. And the charger on my old computer is broken so when the battery is "dead" within some hours I can't use it any more.. Kind of desperate!
