Why can't I download Illustrator to my Mac?  

When I try to download the creative cloud desktop app the download bar goes to a very low percentage then I am greeted with error code 207 (can not connect to the servers) Does anybody here know how to fix this?

hi! i heard the Flash MX 2004 is free legaly because adobe posted serial keys for it https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/macromedia-legacy-activation-error.html So im just wondering is it legal or not?

I get an error code 306 when updating PS version 22.5.1 after installing Windows 11.

Hey guys,  I am trying to install my CS6 Suite. I did a huge mistake by updating my Mac Book to Big Sur. I could't use my CS6 Suite any more and my laptop made very loud noises. So I installed High Sierra on my laptop and wanted to install CS6 again. I logged in my Adobe account and downloaded the file in my "product" section. When I open the download, I receive following note (see attachment): "installer couldn't initialize. Maybe data is missing. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to identify the problem." If I click on the link, I am send to this website: https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html#/top_productsUnfortunately I couldn't find any help there ... Did anyone manage to install his/her CS6 suite? All the advices I found and followed were from 2016/2017 and didn't work for me. Or I didn't do them right ...  I am more than thankful, if anyone could help me on this!! Thank you so, so much ❤️ Cheers, Elena

Hi, I know this discussion has already taken place.  I believe my issue is a little different.  The creative cloud icon is missing from my toolbar but I am still able to use photoshop and it launches without a problem.  The problem is that I know there are 2 new updates to Creative Cloud, but I can't update.  I don't want to uninstall and reinstall as I will then have to contact all reinstall all my plug-ins again.

I purchased update for Adobe photoshop but when the instalations options come up I can't enlarge it so cannot choose language or location which means I cannot update?  Any help with this please.

I bought my Lightroom licence in 2014 for my Windows laptop. I have now changed to a MacBook Air and am trying to put Lightroom on it. On my Adobe account page I have only the option to try or buy. I already own the licence. How do I sort this please? I have spent quite some time with an online chat agent who said I should ask the forum! 

I´m in a tricky situation. My Adobe CC 2017 suite, which was purchased by my former employer in 2017 suddenly stopped running after 4 years. It is installed on a6 years old Dell PC with a win 7 professional. The apps has worked perfectly until now. But yesterday it stopped and I need to sign in with the company ID  which I don´t have. Is it possible to "restart" my CC 2017 in some way? The help desk could not help me - they ask for information I dont have - like a 24 digit code or something?I restarted the PS app in a 7 dag trial period and it still works. So there is nothing wrong with the apps or the installation... What do I do?I know the easy answer is: uninstall and buy a new plan... But that holds some challenges - as I want to continue on win 7 pro and I am not sure my PC can manage the system requirements for the new versions...

Hi Guys,it´s so long a go.... where do I find my stuff (presets, personal datas, lightroom settings, Photoshop settings) I need to migrate on to a new Macbook?There must be a place where all these datas are, but I can´t find them. Hi all.I have PSE14 installed in 2 computers. Unfortunately one of my computer died and I was unable to salvage its HD to uninstall the installed PSE14.I install PSE14 in a new computer. Now whenever I run Adobe Elements in the new computer, the following error occurred: The serial# is used in max. allowed computers.I use https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html  provided by the community to contact customer support. But there is no link for customer support in the page. I use https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install.html to contact customer support but clicking on the 'Contact us' link in the page does nothing. Not sure what to do next... btw I login to adobe.com when I tried to contact customer support. Thanking you in advance.

Je n'arrive notamment plus à enregistrer les fichiers sur mon ordinateurs (je ne peux le faire que en ligne), j'ai des soucis de sauvegardes (pomme S ne marche pas), et Adobefont ne semble pas être activé (alors qu'il l'es, mais ne trouve pas les polices activée). Voici ce que m'affiche l'option "enregistrer sur votre ordinateur " : Pour photoshop et illustrateur, c'est surtout des crash ou l'appli quitte d'un coup. Merci pour votre aide,

Since I seem to be unable to edit my own post, a quick addendum: The trial window offers three options, "Join Now," "License this Software," and "Continue Trial".   "Join Now," takes me to my CC account (it can't tell that I have already joined, even after my signed-in account page loads!)   "License this Software" yields a gray box and "Internet Connection Required for Subscriptions" despite being signed in on the CC helper app which I used to open the app in the first place!   "Continue Trial" changes nothing and continues the trail.   Chris   [Mod note: moved to perhaps more appropriate forum]    

i need to get adobe photoshop elements 2020 on to new computer.  it currently resides on a dying computer which im going to replace.  i originally bought a disk.  i cant remember if there was a activation code or.....  what do i need to do?

Hello worldI've been having crippling software issues with my internet, and I've narrowed it down to adobe being the cause. The internet will be working fine until i turn on any of the adobe apps. Creative Cloud works fine, but stuff like photoshop and after effects makes the Wi-Fi signal stop. When I check the signal it says that I'm connected but have no internet access. sometimes a glimmer of a signal will get through but not anything usable. I only get the signal back when I close the adobe programs and disconnect and reconnect the Wi-Fi. I've already tried turning off my antivirus and vpn before testing this, and the problem is still there. Has anyone else experienced something like this, and can anyone offer me any advice?

I have a Lightroom 6 on disc I purchased in Sweden Summer 2016. I tried to install the program in an older iMac with Mac OS El Capitan. But I am cought in a Moment 22. The installation went OK, but when I try to open the program it asks for "log in" with all that done, it asks for the serial number. But there is not boxes to fill in, even though the computer is online.I used the program before on a newer iMac, but when I continued to upgrade the Mac OS my Lightroom was finally done and I had to turn to an older version of Mac OS to manage to get along with the my Lightroom.Unhappy Adobe user.

Hi there, I've installed the suites in new laptop, wanted to uninstall from old PC (Windows 10).I clicked into "Apps & Features" in Win 10, and tried to click "Uninstall" on LRC or LR or Lightroom, after clicking, Creative Cloud Desktop launches and require an update. Could you help to advise how I can uninstall all of the programs? I just wanted to remove them from my old PC, don't want an update... Weird logic on programming design. Thanks. 

Hallo zusammen, ich hatte Lightroom 6 auf meinem alten Rechner installiert, welcher nun kaputt gegangen ist. Auf dem neuen Rechner wird mir nun eine Fehlermeldung ausgegeben, dass die Seriennummer "bereits von der zulässigen Anzahl von Computern verwendet" wird.Ich werde aufgefordert, "einen anderen Computer zu deaktivieren", um "Lightroom wieder auf diesem Rechner verwenden zu können". Wie gehe ich nun vor?Grüße und vorab Dank für Eure HilfeTobi

I can't get my new Photoshop Element code to be recognized for version 19,20, 21.  I have bought and failed with all.  I live in Uganda Africa but have never had this problem.  Obviously Adobe has no way to directly contact them to get help or to get a refund. Any ideas? Looks like my days of amatuer photography are coming to an end.  I have being working on this for months and even tried to email Adobe.
