I downloaded adobe acrobat DC on the 4th of October 2021.The problems only started happening IMMEDIATELY after downloading the latest version of adobe acrobat.It works when I access it. When I downloaded it, it IMMEDIATELY changed the icons on my screen for my pdf's. That is not a problem, but then when I access any websites that I have a password stored on, I find that NONE of my saved passwords are saved any more.alsoon games, like candy crush, on facebook, every time I use them they insist on guiding me through all the rules before I can playthis never happened beforeI have checked google chrome (7 hours yesterday) and have done everything they suggest to correct the problem but it appears it is not coming from google chrome. As the ONLY app installed on that day is adobe acrobat then I think there may be a bug in it.I have had no updates for a couple of weeks from google so it can't be thatThat is a screen shot of my pc screen showing the changed icons.Has anybody else had thi

I updated InDesign CC to 2015 edition and now when I click on open, it takes me to Adobe Application Manager but then just sits on 'please wait a moment' with a spinning wheel. I have left it for several hours with no change. I have tried shutting down and relaunching both Adobe CC and InDesign and the same thing happens. I have logged out and back in again and the same thing happens. I am running OSX Yosemite.

Hello folks, I am stuck on an issue that is making me sleepless. Hope someone from Adobe will read this, as I doubt anyone but them can solve it, but the heck, who has a penny, throw it.   Story:   Normally I work on an iMac with my CC apps, and I have a Macbook Air that is so old, I could only download the 2017 version of the apps, the iOs is stopped I do not even remember at which era.   I had CC and photoshop only as far as I can remember, on that Macbook Air, since it had 4Gb RAM, and it's been months I have not used it. Though I had my second CC on that archaeological find, as bakc in 2013, it was a fairly good laptop to have.   What has happened is that that laptop has gone kaput, it does not start, produces weird sounds, does not recieve charges from the cables, and even at Apple, nobody wants to put a hand on it.   My issue: I have my second CC cloud installed on that dead laptop. As far as I know, to have it uninstalled, so that I can reuse it on

I just purchased Adobe creative Cloud. Then I downloaded Photoshop, then I wanted to install it and there comes a window with my name and the password I should enter. But it does not work. Do I have to enter something else there, not the password I have from Adobe Cloud? Thanks

Looking for some advice. I hava an older iMac that was running oSX Yosemitewith Adobe Ps and Lr installed on it. I decidedit was time to upgrade the oSX. I wiped the drive anddid a clean oSX Big Sur install. After the install I found out that Big Sur does notsupport printing, no print drivers. I'm using a CanonPIXMA MG8220. So I have not install Ps or Lr yet.Have you ran into this problem? If so what are you advising? Note it is not just Canon printers it's all printersin general. No Big Sur printer support. Is Adobe supported on Mac Big Sur? Should I go back to a prior version of oSX? What Mac version would you recommend? I'm assumingI do not need to go back to Yosemite. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Hi folks, I keep trying to download creative cloud and illustrator and after a while of loading it says "could not download operation timed out" It says that everytime. Is there something I can do to fix this?

I need to be able to work on projects at school and at home, but my school uses Adobe InDesign 2018 and I use CC/2021. I tried looking in older versions and also tried clicking the link but I can't find a download for it anywhere.Is it still possible to actually get Adobe 2018?Thanks,Mackenzie

Hello,I have purchased 5 licenses of Acrobat Pro 2020 and on this one computer I can't get it to accept that this is a perpetual license and it has me on a trial version even though I have an active valid serial number, I can not figure out how to enter it now that acrobat is installed.  Please help

We have this Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium License installed on our old iMacs for trainee use.For a long time those are not used and iMacs are now in not-working condition.We are now starting to have trainees again, and also updating training computers and consolidating licenses. At first, I tried registering the said license to another Adobe ID but says already in use. Our documentation says it was purchased by one of our previous Directors with his work email as adobe ID.I signed in to this adobe ID and got an error that the account is not found.Any help with this is highly appreciated.

Hello. I have been asked to find a suitable PC for a design studio to Run the suite of Creative cloud products. For their own reasons they dont want to go down the Apple route.  Its not my real area of expertise but my supplier has suggested the following.  The two cheaper models I will upgrade to 32gb of RAM. how can I re-install and re-activate CS-3 on a new pc? Although the product is no longer supported I should be able to re-install and activate the product.I want to use the Adobe PDF Pro 8 but cant use it until I launch and activate Photoshop or one of the other programs in the Suite first then Qualifying Program Error.I upgraded from CS2 Premium to CS3 Design Premium with WEB Standard back in 2007.I dont need the others as I have a subscription for some of them.Can this be achieved or have I just got a useless (expensive) box of Adobe Product?

I have an old student key of CS5.5 design premium but can no longer retrieve the serial number.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hallo,seit neuestem hab ich das Problem, sobald ich ein Adobe Produkt öffne, kommt die Meldung, das meine Testphase abgelaufen sei und ich soll mein Produkt lizensieren. Wenn ich meinen Key eingegeben habe und mich angemeldet habe funktioniert es soweit. Fahre ich den Rechner runter und starte ihn neu und öffne erneut eine Adobe Anwendung kommt wieder das Dialogfenster, das meine Testpahse abgelaufen sei. Bitte um Hilfe.

I have followed the instructions to download Photoshop Elements 8. The product is registered. First the zip-file and then the .exe-file. Is it possible to put a billing data different from the card holder? I need to put my company name and address in "billing to" case from the invoice but I just can put the cardholder name.
