In the past 30 minutes one lone moderator saw fit to take it upon themself to censor a long running (5 years), relevant and cathartic discussion amongst Adobe users. I wanted to bring it back to afford users the opportunity to vent their frustrations and give all types of feedback both negative and positive. You don't get to shut down a discussion which has been relevant for over 5 years just because it "bothers" you or contains opinions contrary to yours (sounds like our current Government). Thjis is a helpful discussion which is not hurting anyone. Nobody has to comment if they are not inclined to. It also provides alternative options from users to those who can't afford a monthly subscription. DON'T BE CENSORED BY ADOBE! Hi,Ever since I updated Windows on my computer I have been unable to connect to any of my Adobe Apps. Creative Cloud is in an infinite loading screen.  This goes on for about five minutes until this window pops up:I've tried many solutions but I none have worked so far. Please help I have to use these apps for my job and this is extremely detrimental.  Thanks in advance,Andre

I teach high school photography and I am having an issue my students' Spark page portfolios. When they upload photos, sometime it takes forever to upload their photos. I have been telling them to reload/refresh their browsers if their pages are stuck. The result is photos on their pages that won't show up which means I cannot see their work for grading. 

hiim new to creative clould, i have downloaded the creative cloud app,but when trying to sign im i get this error " unable to reach adobe servers, please check your firewall settings"having tried the solutions suggested, i still cannot logon.any ideas on how to fix it, is there a URL or web address that i need to allow through web titan?Machine in windows 8.1,on a domain. a support rep tried a few things, but it came to nothing, so i have a €700+ piece of software that i can't use.terrific... thanks

I updated my lightroom classic now when I go to get in it all I get is an error saying entry point not found any ideas i have done everything I know to do 

I am using Adobe Elements Bundle 15 & 2018, just purchased new 2022 version, downloaded and installed, after installation completed and done activation, tried to open the editer, the program asked me to login to my accout, then asked me to keyin the activation code, when done, it showed "The serial number you entered has been revoked". I login to my Adobe account, it showed the new programmed been activated, but can't find device in the "my device". Please advise how to fix this issue or tell me a way to contact Adobe technical supporting staffs. Thank you very much for your attention.

So apparently Adobe's Creative Cloud Desktop App that handles authorization and installation of all of Adobe's products is not Apple Silicon M1 ready yet. That said, how does someone on a M1 Mac install say Photoshop that doesn't want to use or have any Rosetta 2 apps on their machine? It is impossible to just download Photoshop without it installing Adobe's Creative Cloud Desktop App at the same time. Adobe has updated a couple of their apps to be M1 optimized, but not their main app that handles all their products?! Strange...

I got myself the new MacBook Pro (late 2021) that runs the M1 Pro chip. I went straight to Adobe's website to download my usual kit.There I wasn't asked if I run the latest M1 chip Mac or older Intel based one. Indeed, it didn't ask if I run Mac or Windows.I got the Installer for Photoshop and Lightroom Classic from the website. I click on the folder as prompted -- and the notification is blank.

Help. I purchased a hard copy of PSE 2021 in January 2021. The first update was in March and it loaded fine. However, I cannot update to the latest as of Aug. The Creative Clud updater loads fine. But, then the update stops at 6%. I am runing PSE 2021 on a Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7. Thank you for any help.

Dear Adobe,Good morning,I have just bought and paid for an installation of Photoshop Elements 2022. As per the e-mail instructions received, I went to my account, clicked on the download button, then run the PhotoshopElements_2022_LS30_win64.exe.Installer went up to 10% then gave up and messaged Error Code 113.Re-runing the installer went up to 2%, same Error Code 113.Deleting the Adobe Creative cloud application from my PC only allows for more iterations of stops at 10% and 2%.I also went through the checklistsFix download, install, or update errors for your Adobe appsHow to resolve connection errors with Creative Suite applications (adobe.com)Of course I run the installers with the firewalls disabled. I even uninstalled my Symantek Endpoint security hoping for the the installation to complete.Problem persists, installer will not work for me.Is there an offline installer I can use ?Best, Tina

PhotoshopElements_2021_LS30_win64.exe hangs with a white windows.It happens even running as administrator.The user is Domain admin, Local administrator, has all possible right.I have tried to turn off all exploit protection in windows security.The Result didn't change or ometime I got a message "the operation was blocked as the process prohibits dynamic code generation"..

I have creative cloud on my Mac and was forced to uninstall my previous versions of the Adobe applications, but now the Creative Cloud application doesn't even show most of my applications as available, and when I try to install them from the webpage the Creative Cloud app opens and then goes to the Updates page of the application which is blank.I would very much like to install Illustrator again.

Hi guys. I just abandoned my cracked Adobe Suite finally, but got a little frustrated now that I tried multiple times installing CC, PS and AI using the installer downloaded from Adobe website and all of them show me this error code 21, which seems to be an error of incompatibility with my computer. It just happens that I have a notebook with I5, 1TB hdd, 8gb ram, Windows 8.1, so I really don't know how to proceed. What I already did:- First of all, as soon as I paid for my subscription, I uninstalled all adobe apps I had. Had a little trouble uninstalling Creative Cloud app though, so I used the "creative cloud unninstaller" available in adobe's website and it worked;- Then, using CCleaner, wiped out any garbage that could be left from Adobe apps unninstalling. Also deleted manually folders in Program Files (x86 and 64), App Data, Common Files, etc;- Restarted my computer several times;- Tried using compatibility mode in the installer, didn't work either;- When exploring Apps in

I like to play games sometimes but a progarm called adobe CEFhelper will often activate itself and use a lot of resources making my game unplayable. How do I disable it. It usess and enormus amout of computer resources. I have an i7 with 16GM ram and an ssd but this process makes that unable to stream netflix or amazon. I don't have any adobe programs running and this process insists on ruining my day at seemingly random intervals.

Where is the option to keep PS 22 when upgrading to 23? This morning Photoshop upgraded itself (I stopped this now) and I lost Wacom functionality and pressure sensitivity. I had to trash PS 23 and go back to 22. Still I would like to try PS 23 on the side (if Wacom prefs can distinguish between the two). Windows 10, Wacom Driver 6.3.44-3 Thanks!
