Bonjour, l'abonnement de toute la suite Adobe a été réglé en juillet lorsque je souhaite installer les applis de bureau c'est impossible. On me dit que ma version d'essai à expiré.

Hi, I coach an FRC robotics team in Duluth, Minnesota. Last year each team was granted a one-year Creative Cloud Membership -- but I'm unsure how to claim this:  Is this something that all of my team members can redeem? Or are we limited in licenses?   I was unable to find installation instructions or a way to redeem the membership. had NO previous problems until the last few days, have tried adjusting file permissions, have downloaded and used the cleaner tool etc from other support topics. But I can NOT get CC to update. Premiere, Illustrator and AE do NOT download or install due to the file permission issue with adobetemp, but Audition, Photoshop install fine. PLEASE help. 

I'm currently using the Adobe CS6 collection, and I am receiving several messages about not being able to connect to the Adobe servers. I have tried all of the suggested Adobe troubleshooting suggestions and nothing works. It tells me to sign in, and when I do, I'm told either my computer is offline or it's the clock. Neither of those are true. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I keep getting this error while trying to install the adobe illustartor. Tried everything and nothing helped any ideas, solutions? 

I have windows 10. I purchased Photoshop Elements 2021/2022 a few days ago. I have installed Adobe Acrobat DC, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Spo2 Assistant. Photoshop Elements will not download and install. It says it isn't compatible with my system. It seems to think I have windows 8. It says to install the mecessary files.. What files? It also doesn't recognize that my pc is connected to the internet. I have tried everything I can think of. I may ebd up having to get a refund if I can't use the program. Please help

it looks like my account has been disabled. I get the next message:"For security reasons, your access is temporarily disabled. How do i fix this?

I bought this in 2011, many laptops ago. I now have need for this (at the time) expensive software, and do have my license key. Talking to 'technical Team' they tell me I can upgrade to a monthy plan, or go away.Is it possible to use the sw I purchased or is the reality that an outright purchase from back in the 'old days' ! is just not valid. I ran Lightroom 6 on two mac computers. I reinstalled Mac OS X from scratch on both computers without deactivating / log off in Lightroom.Now I want to install LR6 on the fresh installed computers and a message says that this serial number (license key) is already used by the maximum allowed number of computers.Since I don't have access to the old installations I cannot log off from lightroom and I cannot find any place in my adobe account where I can see / deactivate the computers where LR is installed.Any Idea is highly welcome !Thx and regardsGuenter

I am trying to reinstal Photshop Elements 18 but it is version 20 that gets downloaded and my serial number will not work.

I have been running Creative Suite 6 Design Standard on a 2011 iMac (running High Sierra) which I have had to retire due to a GPU failure. I bought a replacement 2017 iMac and swapped out the SSD from my old iMac. When I try to launch a CS6 application, I get the following sequence of windows:“Adobe Indesign is not properly licensed and will now quit”This window is immediately followed by…“Creative Suite 6 Design Standard Trial” - in this window I can either hit the “License this Software” or “Continue Trial”. When I select “License this Software” the following window appears…“Sign in Required” - I select “Sign in Now”.The sign in window appears. I enter my email address and password and click on “Sign in Now” but previous “Sign in Required” window appears again and I can progress no further.I have tried reinstalling the software from a CS6 download in my Adobe online account and also from a disk image of the original installer DVD but still I am unable to launch CS6 apps.I have tried

Hi, I am using adobe illustrator CS6. Having recently changed computers, I am trying to download the CS file from my adobe account onto the new computer. I am getting an error message (screen shot attached below). I have tried using different browsers and I have tried contacting the adobe support but they say this version is nos onger supported and I have to reach out to the community for help ! Photoshop CC22.5.1 on windows 10 64bit:Creative Cloud indicates that I am fully up to date to 22.5.1 but the only version that is in use, shown in Help/About Photoshop is version 22.1.0. I cannot find a way to use 22.5.1 - where am I going wrong?

I accidentally deleted elements 2020 from my PC how do I get a new copy as all I can find is 2021 or 2022 and that would mean having to pay all over again

I just bought Photoshop Elements and am trying to install it on Mac OSX 11.6The installer opens, then asks me for my Mac administrator loginThen it asks for language and install location, which I leave as default The moment I click install, my Macs internet drops out, and the installer eventually fails with error 207 (No response from server). I have disabled all anti-virus and firewall, so I know this isn't the cause.I have also rebooted, which hasn't helped. If I ping adobe.com while I run the installer, it is stable until the moment I click the install button, and then it starts saying No route to Host etc. The installer is clearly reconfiguring my network in some way. What's going on with this? I have 350Mb broadband which is VERY stable at all other times.I'll be asking for a refund if this can't be resolved, as I am unable to use the software   

I have a Windows 10 laptop.  When I open Photoshop Express it shows folders.  Why can't I see my pictures like I do in my library?

I tried Adobe about 2 months ago. Now I am in a contract for a yearly subscription that I didn't agree too. I spoke to support and to be honest I'm not impressed. Covid has hit me hard, I'm literally broke and will have to freeze my account due to this. Not happy   [Edited by moderator for clarity.]

Hi guys!I have the All Apps plan and yesterday I bought an External Hard Drive that comes with the Photography Plan; it was mandatory to accept the offer in order for me to use the Hard Drive, now I see both plans on my profile and I was wondering if this might cause some type of error or they can co-exist together?.My guess is that I am just getting the extra 20 GB of cloud space that the Hard Drive includes with the Photography Plan but I would love to confirm this.Thanks in advance guys!.

I have a valid copy of CS4 and an upgraded version of CS5.  Both were running on my Windows 10 home laptop however when I upgraded to Windows 10 professional CS5 was deleted.The problem is that I must install CS4 before I can use my upgrade disk to install CS5.When I tried to install CS4 from my disk I got an error message "code 2".When I attempted to dowload CS5 from my account I got a message "The file archive part of CS5 is missing ----Please download all of the parts"What is the problem and how do I fix it?
