Please can someone from Adobe provide instructions how to uninstall Adobe DNG Converter 13.1

Bonjour,Suite à un changement de carte mère et réinitialisation du système, j'ai réinstallé PhotoShop et Première qui sont installés par ailleurs sur un autre PC portable.Après avoir saisi mes numéros de série, j'ai un message m'indiquant que le nombre maximal d'ordinateurs est dépassé et je suis invité à en désactiver un. Jusque là, tout est logique.Le problème, c'est que sur mon compte, la liste des appareils activés est vide. Je ne peux donc pas désactiver l'ancien.Avez-vous une idée ou un contact qui pourrait m'aider ?Merci

Fortunately, I'm done with Windows and all of its forced update resource-hungry bloatware shenanigans and I've gone back to Linux.Unfortunatey however, my subscription to Adobe for Photoshop and Illustrator was purchased and used on Windows.Fortunately however, I've got Wine on Linux so all is not lost. I can get back to work.Unfortunately however, I need assistance figuring out where I can download the Windows-Specific exe installation files. Under my list of products, it's already detected I'm on a Linux machine and won't let me specify an operating system to download it onto. If it's available for Android, Apple and Windows, wouldn't they have something somewhere that'd let you decide which format you want to download it in?Thanks for the help in advance

Just upgraded to PSE 2022. After download I tried to open. I got an error message that installer was damaged. I'm running win 10, ad bocker off, tracking off. I downloaded again with the same result.I also have Topaz software as an addon to my current PSE 18.  Thanks in advance for any help.Walt 

It looks like I am at the end of the road on getting Acrobat 8 running again on my Windows 10 PC.  Long story, but it’s very discouraging to spend hours trying to get the software I’ve used happily for years to work again.  I used to love Adobe (I was at the product announcements for both ATM and Acrobat in the early ’90s) but not so much these days.  So I guess I just need to get this off my chest. I’ve read many posts in here about the problem, about activation servers retiring, posts by Nancy O’Shea saying very firmly that it is dead and obsolete software.  I can understand any company not wanting to support old software 10 years on, but if it works, why prevent people who bought it in the past from using it—it’s not costing them anything.  It just seems mean and greedy to prevent people from using software they have bought.  My original purchase worked for years on Windows 7, 8, and 10 (the last 3 years), but when my Windows 10 PC died and I got a

I have been trying to install my fully-paid Photoshop Elements 2021 for 2 days.  Text help was inable to help and now won't respond.  Is there a way to receive a refund from Adobe since this product is now unusable? 

I am from Pakistan and its almost impossible for students and individuals to get Photoshop legally so can we use the older versions like 2016 or 2015 version for our use and for learning purposes because of the unavailability and prices which we can't afford here?

Dear Sheena, Need your support, on subscribing i chose the option annual plan instead of pre paid annual plan , thus i will be charged on a monthly bases. Hi, I accidently typed the wrong email when I made the last purchase for 2022. I typed REMOVED  instead of REMOVED so now that explains why I never received my new serial number  I need help because I have to print for a show in 1 day How can I fix this if the email I accidently fixed never existed. How to downgrade my animate version 2021 to 2018? Please advise anyone.

Hi  I have a serial-number for product(Adobe Indeisgn Standard CS5.5-chinese traditional language), it is volume licensing, under CLP Licensing Program. Recently i had reformat my desktop and re-install this product (Adobe Indeisgn Standard CS5.5). It will prompt me a window(something like countdown 30days) for activation.  If i choose the first option- activate via internet, it will failed and keep saying my desktop no internet access.(*i had verify that my network is fine, nothing block to adobe website at host file, my dekstop is on workgroup,not domain). then if i choose the second option, it request to key-in serial-number. i re-key-in the same serial-number which i use to install this product. it said the serial-number not valid for this package.  Please help. Thanks you in advance.  

I need help!Since today InDesign and Creative Cloud refuse to connect to the server, Illustrator works fine though. It doesn't matter what Wifi connection I use, they both won't work.I cannot deinstall them, as they need a connection to the servers and of course that ain't working.Also, they both cannot reach/connect any licensing? I don't understand why they both won't work but Illustrator is fine. I know those screenshots are in German, but the first one says: Your subscribtion cannot be confirmed. (I can log into the website, Illustrator still works, I don't know why... and no, the tips from Adobe's helpdesk don't work. None of them.)Second screenshot reads: Adobe-Server cannot be reached.Yet, Internet works. I am currently accessing this website through the exact same wifi-connection I would use for the programs. If anyone knows any solutions, I would be forever grateful. Mais lorsque j'ouvre Photoshop, un message d'erreur m'indique:"Ce numéro de série est déjà utilisé pour le nombre maximum d'ordinateurs autorisés. Vous devez désactiver la licence sur un ordinateur pour pouvoir utiliser ce produit sur cet ordinateur-ci."Mais seulement, il n'y a qu'un seul PC sur lequel devrait être installé Photoshop, c'est le mien. Donc soit je me suis fait voler mon numéro de licence Photoshop, soit il y a un bug. Auriez-vous des solutions dans les deux cas svp?Bonne journéePerrine

 I've uninstalled creative cloud and re ininstalled it as recommended by the help center, but still get the error1 I've even repaired it but still having the same problem. This is so frustrating I purchased a canvas mock up package not realising that its not compitable with my version of photoshop as I have the elements version. The developer uses Adobe Photoshop and said that my version needs to have smart objects in order for it to be compatible, he did some research and told me that Photoshop elements 2022 has smart objects, so before upgrading to elements 2022 I wanted to try it to make sure it is compitable, but I can't even download the free trial to see. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLS IM ON SUCH A TIGHT DEADLINE FOR MY PROJECT

Hello...I have an app Pantone Studio...that is linked to my creative cloud account.  When I find a color I want to send to my creative cloud...so that I can use it on my desktop devices; Photoshop/Illustrator etc....it tells me that it's sent it...but I can't find the file or swatch that I sent anywhere!  Where do these go??     Thank you!

Yesterday I installed Mozilla VPN and now I can only connect to Creative Cloud after disconnecting VPN. Anyone knows a solution?

Hi, i was wondering how to get a new Windows Serial number for Master Collection CS6.  When i go to install the PC version with the original Serial number, it says its been revoked and to contact customer support.I originally bought a Windows CD version but then changed it to Mac licence and downloaded the CS6 from a link.Recently upgraded my laptop to a PC and need to change it back to Windows licence.Cheers Rozi

Trying to download Animate (21.0.9) and update Photoshop and Illustrator but the installation keeps failing around 5%. What's interesting is that Adobe Media Encoder keeps self-installing even though it's not selected. Currently on Windows 10 - up to date. Tried restarting the computer over the past couple of days but the problem persists. 

Im trying to update Lightroom 6 and Adobe Application Manager wants my password and I don't have one, never need one. Ive tried every password I know and I don't know what to do now.

I have Adobe Creative Suite 5 that I purchased years ago installed on my old Windows 7 computer. I just put together a new computer and wanted to use the second install available with CS5 on my new computer. The programs install from the CDs and work fine under Windows 10. This then brings up the update manager, whcih wants to update each of the prograns in the suite. However, when I run that, it says that the updates failed (even though I see the update folders with contents on the C drive). Is there some trick to getting the updates to install? I can obviously use the programs without the updates, but it would be preferable to get it to run the updates. Any help would be appreciated.

I recently cancelled my creative cloud photography plan after only using it for less than a month and am being charged a cancellation fee. Is there any way to cancel this fee? I already paid for it at the start, why do I have to pay for it again?

after  installing,  this program can open  but after clicking popup alert , it is closed right away.the pop up alert says" doucumnet can be automatically save to my cloud. How can i solve this problem?my  desktop is window 10 .
