Download & Install

I bought the creative cloud and installed it, but now that the app is opening up, it's presenting the individual apps and saying i need to buy them? why did i just pay $135.00 for creative cloud through my school if i dont get the apps that i needed though creative cloud???

Following the last Adobe Creative Cloud I've been seeing the following error: "Error in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ADS\Adobe Desktop Service.exe Missing entry: --waitForRegistration=true" and the Adobe Creative Cloud application hangs on "Loading Creative Cloud". I've attempted to:- Repair Adobe Creative Cloud.- Reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud.- Uninstall All Adobe application using the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaner application and then resinstalling Adobe Creative Cloud.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

How can i access Adobe that I just orderer through work, when the only thing available when Adobe is activated is the 7 day free trial period? I am accepted to have a code, and can I find it?Many thanks,A

Hi, I was told to come here about seeking a link to download lightroom 2? I am a member of creative cloud and pay a monthly fee, but a new update to my windows 8.1 no longer allows me to load the problem. I went throught customer service with adobe and the sent me here. Hoping to recieve some guidance. Thank you.

My library is shared, accepted, and sync'd to two machines. Both machines can drag assets from the library into a project.However, when I create a project on one machine using a library asset and try to open that project on the other machine, the library asset displays as media offline. Since it is a library asset, I am not able to link or replace the media in the standard way, since the file doesn't exist on my hard drive.Again, the library and assets both show up on both machines. I've tested this using two different CC accounts as well as using the same account on both machines.Am I missing something with the sync/link setup? Is there actually a location on the local machine where library assets get saved to so I can manually link?

Hello! I am having a strange issue with Adobe cloud, particularly Premiere Pro. I purchased the "student and teacher discount" Adobe package the other day. After I purchased, I got an email notifying me that my education status had been verfied and my account was ready to use. My debit card was charged, so I assumed my account was ready to go. When I logged into the creative cloud however, I kept recieving the same message for all the apps that were supposedly included in my purchase, "trial expired." The Creative Cloud app is telling me I still need to purchase these apps such as Premiere, and Media Encoder even though they are included in my plan. I looked up on the website the steps for something like this, I did every step to no avail. I contacted customer support about this. They instucted me to uninstall Premiere Pro, sign out of my account on the app, and in my browser, and to clear my browser cache and history. I did all of these steps. Hi.  Just ran across the "correct" answer to my question re "Had CS6, tried to reinstall on new PC and couldn't find S/N" looking through email in my folder. I am switching over to CC on my iMac and wish to move the CS6 currently installed on it to my Macbook just as a back up, and to not lose that software completly. As I am aware that once I move to Catalina also on the iMac then CS6 won't work properly. However, the CS6 that I have was got for me by a previous employer so I don't have original disks. Does anyone know how I can move the software over the the laptop? Thanks 🙂

Hello All,We have Windows 10 (1903) version. But when we try to install InDesign Server 2019 on that machine we get an error  As read on some other post to update TSL 1.2, we did that still we are getting this error. Can any one please help. Thanks and RegardsFarzana.

Creative Cloud refuses to update both Photoshop v22.5 and Illustrator v25.41. Error (of course) is the very generic ERROR 403. I have RETRY'd multiple times as explained by Adobe - no luck. I found a past thread regarding an upgrade to the Visual C++ libraries. I update my VC to 2019 (latest version) - no help. I've tried to look online to see if I can upgrade directly (outside of CC) but it appears that Adobe wants all updates to go through Creative Cloud. Any other ideas out there? I long for the Adobe days when we could update individual apps straight from the source instead of having to go through another application. Anything you can offer would be appreciated!

I bought lightroom and photoshop for my new computer but i am having a hard time learning it.  I have Photoshop elements 15 in my old laptop for I want to download it to my new laptop until I get more fimilar with CC.  But when i click on it a message box pop up saying..... "Install" needs to be updated.  The developr of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS.  Contact the developer for more information.  What does that mean and what do I need to do.  PLEASE HELP.  THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

I purchased Photoshop Elements 2021 DVD from Amazon, once received I realized that I don't have a DVD drive on my new computer.  Is there a way to download and put the serial number in as proof of purchase?  OR, do I need to purchase an external DVD drive? Thanks!

Trying to install the desktop app on a brand new Windows 10 laptop (all windows updates have been done). I've tried all recommended solutions, uninstalled with the uninstaller and used the cleaner. Re-installed this at least 12 times over the last 4 hours, deleted files in appdata, program data etc. ran it as administrator. I've disabled firewalls, antivirus, my host file has not been touched.  I've been through all of the links provided by the community but still cannot get this software to work. It works on my desktop and a different laptop so what could possibly be missing (VC++ redists are installed but a link might be useful)? Can anyone please provide an error log location to help diagnose the problem? Thanks

Upon attempting to install Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended edition, a pop up box appears which gives the message at the foot of the post, however no other installers are running. I've tried rebooting the PC and all my current software is up-to-date but this message appears every time I insert the disc and attempt to install the programme. I’m currently running the Windows 8 operating system but as far as I’m aware this shouldn’t affect the install. Any help would be very much appreciated as this is becoming increasingly frustrating. I have a similar problem: I can't install my Adobe Photoshop Elements 6 software from my CD Rom because it seems the hole on the CD Rom is smaller than the space provided for using CD Roms in my new computer. I also checked if it would be possible to install it using an external DVD Rom device but it is the same issue, the CD Rom doesn't fit. So, can someone tell me please if there is an available download of the same software (version 6) for Windows 10 (I could use my version 6 perfectly with Windows 10 in my old computer) that I may be able to install in my new computer. I don't have my old computer now so it's impossible to transfer anything to my new one.

I am an individual and clicked on that link so how can the pop up tell me to contact my administrstor? There is no administrator or I am the administrator. What am I supposed to do? The question I wanted to ask is my reinstalltion of CS6 (after reinstalling Windows) and oddly enough Power Point is missing. I assume it can't be asked here.

I have major problems communicating with ADOBE (India) they put me on to a phone that is disconnected. This has happened several times now. I have a year-round subscription but am told that it is a trial subscription. What do I do now? Is there an email address I can use?Trond B

Je n'arrive pas à installer les applications (photoshop par exemple) sur mon ordinateur MacOS BIG SUR. LE téléchargement marche bien, mais quand je double click sur "Photoshop installer" cela ne fait absolument rien ! il n'y a même pas de message d'erreur !
