Download & Install

I am running Mac OSX Sierra and need to reintall Photoshop CS6 from a DVD. I would also like to download the various product updates manually, however, when I go to the usual download support webpage, https://www.adobe.com/mt/downloads/updates.html  the list of all of the various Adobe programs, Mac and Win versions, are all listed, however, the links on that page seem to be broken. Searching around, I have not found another page that replaces this one; is there another location to find these updates to download? If no longer posted here, is there another archive site for CS6 updates and support notes? Thanks!

Not sure what's the issue, but none of the Adobe apps will install on my Windows PC 10. I've done all the troubleshooting steps, uninstalled, reinstalled, and still nothing. No error messages or codes show up during all of this. Totally lost as what to do to fix this.

I started a new 2021 Fall semester, at College and one of my required subjects needed to fulfill the prerequisite is Typography 2. I presently pay a monthly subscription to Adobe. In need of Adobe Customer Service on the weekend, to download the Adobe InDesign CC app onto my personal HP LapTop, can you assist me?  

I bought a one-year subscription via a Dutch reseller (Kamera Express). Today I have installed all the programs. Before this, I have requested a trial period for the same overall programs. I used it for a few days, and then shut it down and removed it from my Mac. So now I installed the one-year subscription. When opening Photoshop I get a banner at the top 'still 3 days in trial period'. This is not the case with the other programmes. Question is what to do? (for example, ignore it, the year subscription starts automatically?).

Have tried many times to install CC to my new laptop. Initial attempts advised a runtime was missing. Uninstalled CC (yes, the whole laborious process). Re-installed CC, previous message gone and finishes install but will not run. Uninstalled several times (yes, whole laborious process) and re-installed several times, still no joy. I have even manually gone through and removed all of the left over things that the uninstaller and cleaner (and other instructions I could find) left behind. PS v 22.5, Lr v 4.4, Bridge v 11.11, Lrc v 10.4, Camera Raw v 104 ...the New updates load 4 to 7% then stop, sometimes I get a message from Adobe saying: 'Apps loading slowly. We're working on it.' Any reccomendations? (Macbook Air 2015)

I own Adobe Creative Suite CS 5.5 for Mac.  I love the fact that I OWN it.  No monthly payments.  But now I need to upgrade my Mac OS, from 10.7.5 to 10.11 or 10.12.  Are there any options for me to permanently purchase Adboe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop rather than RENTING them?

I have an old version of Adobe Design Premium CS5. I am using a new computer and cannot transfer the old software to the new computer since Adobe no longer stores the old version. What options do I have? Does Adobe have a reduced price upgrade offer for people who have registered copies of the older versions? Frankly, I only need Adobe Illustrator at this time. Do I have to purchase the new version at the full price? 

So now that Adobe has apparently shut down its registration server for Acrobat 8, how am I supposed to use the software I purchased with a perpetual license?  Save me the speech about how old it is.  I just want to use my software that I purchased.  How do I do that?  Adobe refuses to talk to me on the phone, and says I have to post in the forums.

Hi! I have a schiol account for Adobe, so I have all the apps. I need to use photoshop but when I tried to download it on my laptop (Windows 7), it didn't work. Error 206 popped up and I already tried all the reccomended things to help download it. I updated my computer, turned off firewall to download it, and switch my internet connection. I'm not sure why it isn't downloading. Please help 😭

Hallo, nach einem Festplatten-Crash auf meinem Mac, musste ich mein altes lizensiertes PS CS6 über ein Backup auf einen anderen Mac überspielen. Leider wird mir nun eine PS Extended 30 Tage Testversion geöffnet, obwohl mein PS auf mich registriert ist.Wenn ich versuche die Soaftware beim Start zu lizensieren, wird meine Adobe ID (mit der ich mich hier problemlos einloggen konnte) nicht akzeptiert.Was tun? Dank&Gruß,Johann

I have mac os 10.11.6 or El Capitan, I just got creative cloud looking foward to learning how to use illustrator and photoshop. However It only runs on mojave. I asked a customer support guy and he said I could find a link for photoshop 2018 and it'll work.    Has this happened to anyone? Does anyone have the link? Can someone help?   From, Z

I have two computers that I'm trying to active CS6 on and I am now Temporarily locked out. I was told to post here to get this resolved.

I had to factory reset my pc and couldn't save my adobe premiere elements 2020. i no longer have the disc or the access code but my adobe account still shows that i have it or at least had it. is there a way to re-download it or am i going to have to purchase it again? 

Since there is no separate section for Adobe Portfolio, I will try to answer my question here.I'm from germany btw.... I have not included Google Analytics, Facebook or other tools on my portfolio page that send data to other servers. Therefore I was of the opinion that I do not need a cookie banner. (as far as I understand DSGVO) But now I found an article that Adobe Type (which I use) sends data to company servers. This would mean that I would have to use a cookie banner to display this information when using my site. My question about this:> Is it correct that I have to use a cookie banner when using Adobe Type.> Does Adobe Portfolio send other data to the company server?> If so...which texts could be used in the banner? GreetingT.H.

I bought the creative cloud and installed it, but now that the app is opening up, it's presenting the individual apps and saying i need to buy them? why did i just pay $135.00 for creative cloud through my school if i dont get the apps that i needed though creative cloud???

Following the last Adobe Creative Cloud I've been seeing the following error: "Error in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ADS\Adobe Desktop Service.exe Missing entry: --waitForRegistration=true" and the Adobe Creative Cloud application hangs on "Loading Creative Cloud". I've attempted to:- Repair Adobe Creative Cloud.- Reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud.- Uninstall All Adobe application using the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaner application and then resinstalling Adobe Creative Cloud.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

How can i access Adobe that I just orderer through work, when the only thing available when Adobe is activated is the 7 day free trial period? I am accepted to have a code, and can I find it?Many thanks,A

Hi, I was told to come here about seeking a link to download lightroom 2? I am a member of creative cloud and pay a monthly fee, but a new update to my windows 8.1 no longer allows me to load the problem. I went throught customer service with adobe and the sent me here. Hoping to recieve some guidance. Thank you.

My library is shared, accepted, and sync'd to two machines. Both machines can drag assets from the library into a project.However, when I create a project on one machine using a library asset and try to open that project on the other machine, the library asset displays as media offline. Since it is a library asset, I am not able to link or replace the media in the standard way, since the file doesn't exist on my hard drive.Again, the library and assets both show up on both machines. I've tested this using two different CC accounts as well as using the same account on both machines.Am I missing something with the sync/link setup? Is there actually a location on the local machine where library assets get saved to so I can manually link?

Hello! I am having a strange issue with Adobe cloud, particularly Premiere Pro. I purchased the "student and teacher discount" Adobe package the other day. After I purchased, I got an email notifying me that my education status had been verfied and my account was ready to use. My debit card was charged, so I assumed my account was ready to go. When I logged into the creative cloud however, I kept recieving the same message for all the apps that were supposedly included in my purchase, "trial expired." The Creative Cloud app is telling me I still need to purchase these apps such as Premiere, and Media Encoder even though they are included in my plan. I looked up on the website the steps for something like this, I did every step to no avail. I contacted customer support about this. They instucted me to uninstall Premiere Pro, sign out of my account on the app, and in my browser, and to clear my browser cache and history. I did all of these steps.
