Creative cloud app won't install, problem JavaScript. Changed two browsers with enabled JavaScript, but it did not help.Writes what needs to be included JavaScript.Maybe there is a solution?

Yesterday I tried to open Photoshop and I got this error code. When I tried to uninstall, my computer said it wasn't accessible and may already be uninstalled. When I tried to install Photoshop and Creative Cloud again, I still get these messages. Any ideas?

I'm unable to utilize my subscription features. I've backed up my data, I've logged in and logged out. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Still I am unable to use the $69.99/year subscription. Please see the errors I receive every time I use the app and/or website. 

Hello,I downloaded Adobe Reader with this link : https://get.adobe.com/reader/?loc=fr but installation didn't work.After that, I used another link which works fine.So I wonder if the link and the exe file in it are okay (not a virus) ? Because I don't find this link on any Adobe section. I think they are but I don't manage to fully convince myself.Thanks

I have several Apple iMacs that had Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium installed. I had recently updated the macOS to macOS Catalina. I am trying to uninstall the Adobe CS4 software but the article "Uninstall Adobe Creative Suite 4 and point products (Mac OS X)" does not help. I try to run the uninstaller linked under "Applications" with no success. I tried to run the installer with no success. The macOS error message prompted me to visit the article "32-bit app compatibility with macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 and later - Apple Support" to understand the error. Does Adobe have a solution to remove the legacy software from the current macOS platform?

Hello community, I have a question about this app.I wanted to give it a try, and I have the Creative Cloud All Apps plan. But somehow when I enter to the app to download them, the only option that I have is to buy it, and not to download it.Any idea of why this is happening, the substance is not going to be part of the all apps plan?

I have just installed Elements 14 from DVD on a Windows 10 laptop and launched the application. I am now getting the following error messages:“The Adobe Help application could not load a URL because there is no internet connection”.“We cannot connect to the eLIve server at this time” I am able to download updates from within the Help tab.Any suggestions?

Bridge 2020 was working until it froze. Tried force quitting using "option/command/esc" but it wouldn't close. Tried re-installing, but it still does not open.Very frustrated.Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.RichardPs- I'm not the most savvy computer user.

Hi! I was a graphic design student, and for 3 years I used the adobe creative cloud platform. It was paid for by the school, and I had access via my school username.Now I have to pay for it myself after finishing my degree. So that's what I did, after uninstalling and reinstalling everything so I wouldn't have to worry about accounts getting crossed. But now the adobe cloud app launches with the error message, "You have been logged out." And all I can do is try to "log in", but when I click on it, it loads and then gives me the same error message again, without me even being able to enter my login. I paid for the new package by creating another account, the two have nothing in common, my computer is connected to a stable wifi, the time is correct... I am stuck!If anyone has time to help me, I'd love it! 🙂Emilie

The full plan automatically renewed recently, but I actually want a student plan. Adobe's stupid customer support loop has informed me how to cancel a plan and how to get a new plan, but I want all the settings from my previous subscription to carry over to this one. It seems like the kind of finicky situation that a professional support member could solve, so I feel regretful that I have to come to volunteers providing unpaid labour for this capitalist nightmare of a company.  

Adobe downloaded CS3&CS5 on my new laptop.  That was successful but having problems using camera raw.  Message is "camera raw did not recognize the format of one of your images.  Need to update my version of camera raw."  Have been using the same Nikon camera for the past 10 or more years and always was compatible.  Adobe sent some installer links (10.5/11.4/13.1&12.1) all of which were downloaded but not successful.  Tried to update everything too and that did not help either.  I use Windows 10 Firefox.  Am I out of luck because of using an older version of PS?

Hi there, I'm an Adobe user since many years. I have some unknown icons on my app list related to Adobe, but I honestly don't know how can I delete them and mainly if I can delete them. Thanks to who will help me. 

Firs thing I noticed after installing Windows 10 was that I couldn't open Adobe Premiere Pro because WMVCORE.DLL was missing... So I went out looking for a solution, found one, made a quick tutorial on how to fix the problem and hope I can help a lot of people quickly because I for one hate having to search endlessly on google for a solution and find video's that never help or are outdated. Hello,I´m an architecture student who decided to learn Illustrator  and instead of chosing the student plan with all the adobe programs included for a relatively lower price, I mistakingly chose the one for Illustrator. Today while trying to cancel I was a little shocked by the price of the cancellation fee because I didn´t read it before I bought it, so Iwas trying to change my plan to a student plan where I could also have other programs like Photoshop, but that option doesn´t show. If you have information regarding this issue please let me know. Thanks in advance.

None of my apps will work.  I restarted with no luck.  I uninstalled,  used the cleaner, reinstalled and still no luck.  I am not getting an error message etc.  After I reinstall the CC desktop app I then reinstall Premeire and Ecoder,  they both say "up to date"  with a little green circle.  But when I click on them nothing happens.  Im using windows 10-64bit and am fully updated etc.  What can i do?

By way of preface, I have Acrobat DC installed.  In the last few days each time I attempt to open a pdf document I get an "Update Required" message.  It tells me to update my operating system, which I do. But that doesn't cure the problem.  Tried talking to someone at Adobe and got hung up on for my troubles.  So I hope someone can help me.

Hi all, I'm trying to install Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 & Premiere Elements 2020 on my brand new Win10 Pro computer. I unregistered Elements on my old computer but on the new one all I get is 'Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system' Well everything is up to date so can anyone help please? It'll be annoying if I have to update to v2021 as I spent so much on the new computer and a new monitor.    

For the love of god, someone please help. I keep trying to install an update for Premiere and this error continues to appear. I am on a private home network and have attempted to disable all my security settings (firewall, antivirus, etc,) and have switched networks, but nothing is working. I also made sure no proxies were enabled. Please please please help before I lose my mind.
