Download & Install

Hi all Is it possible to get earlier versions of Creative Cloud apps? I've just rebuilt my Mac and it updated to OS 10.12 (but no further, apparently the hardware won't support it). After installing the CC, it says that the majority of apps are not compatible with 10.12. A help page suggested loading an earlier version by going to the three dots beside the install button, but clicking that doesn't give the dropdown for earlier versions. Thanks for any assistance. 

Hi All, When I check the Lr&Ps plans, I see there is a confusion on title of the plan and storage capacity on the features. Would it be just a webpage mistake? Thanks.

Good morning everyone. I bought a new machine and I'm trying to install Adobe CC. I get to the point where the installer launches the Adobe CC app panel and the install hangs there until it quits. A pop up says:  Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve the problem, is missing or damaged. You can try to repair to fix the issue. If the problem persists, download and install the new copy from http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp. I've tried everything in the instructions below and still no success. The machine specs are well above those needed to run Creative Cloud. https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html HELP and TYIA.

I use adobe software apps daily. For the last 4 days I get the following message: Sorry, something went wrong. You're not connected to the internet... The internet works fine for everything but adobe.

Hi there, I am having iusses with Ps, everytime i am trying to access it, it says i do not have an internet conactioan which is not true. Can anybody help mw with that? also, it seems i can not delete my ps from my computer for some resone it says the date and the time are not corruct

I have a single app plan for Adobe Photoshop CC which is $19.99 a month. I see there is a Creative Cloud Photography plan that comes with Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC for $9.99 a month. What is the difference between the two Photoshops in each plan?

I upgraded to Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.1 a while a go and the CC Desktop App started to turn unresponsive. Now I'm unable to sync my photos between Lightroom on Mac and iPad, as I couldn't sign into my account in Lightroom CC.This is what the icon looks like in the menubar (grey means I'm not signed in):And when I clicked onto it, the window looks like this:I assume this means it's loading, but this process should normally only take a few seconds, but it's taking hours and days on my Mac. I have been using Google's DNS (8.8.8.8) on my network because my location is prone to DNS pollution. I did try reverting to my default DNS but it didn't change the response. Any ideas and instructions would be helpful, thanks!

Yesterday I have bought Abode Illustrator ( one month only)however I will be able to install it only after three weeks from today.  The quesion is: whn does it expire?   in  a month from the date of purchase? or in  a month from activation and first use?  please advice. thanks  a lot in advfnce.

My Adobe Portfolio website: hughadams.net, has issues with moblie devices. The text does not show up aligned as it does on the computer. Adobe says its because its how they scale text on mobile devices: see attached. Has anyone found a solution for this issue?   Thanks

Hi, I've been trying to open Creative Cloud on my MacBook for the last month and it comes up with "unable to reach Adobe servers" and ""not connected to the Internet". I've tried a few things that I've read online like checking if I'm able to reach the Adobe servers through a link which then presents the 2 logos. That all works fine. I also don't have any Internet connection issues. I'm currently running OS High Sierra 10.13.1This problem is really starting to frustrate me as the only way I can find of downloading any software is through the Creative Cloud desktop app.I know this issue has been picked up in some other threads but the answers there didn't help.

To Adobe support staffI bought Lightroom 6.14 as an downloaded upgrade to Lightroom 4. My hard drive crashed and I need to install the upgrade again but Adobe says it is not available. How can I get it back? I have processed thousands of photos with Lightroom 6.14 but did not export them. How can I recover this work without spending more money? 

Just got my new M1 iMac24 running 11.4. Pulled it out of the box, migrated my data from timemachine, then tried to install Creative Cloud. It will not install. Have spent hours with both Adobe and Apple and neither have yet to figure out how to fix it. Both have used remote support to work on the computer and have not figured it out. Both have been very good to work with. I just need it fixed so I can go back to work. Evidently there is a specific security issue with OS11.4 and Adobe. Fortunatley I can continue to run my old iMac for now. 

Adobe Document Cloud plugin for SharePoint works well when used for Azure AD users (internal). Option "Open in Adobe Document Cloud" doesn't show up in browser when tried the same option for Azure AD guest accounts (B2b). See attached the screenshot. Plugin is registered and shown under Microsoft My Apps. https://myapplications.microsoft.com/ 

The CS2 I've worked on forever is no longer availabe on the adobe download link: adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs2-product-downloads.html?promoid=19SCDRQK   I understand it is no longer "supported"  the cool part is that is doesn't need support to work :))   I have my serial numbers and the representative at adobe said I could post here and someone would email me the download link so I replace CS2 on the computer we had it on originally.   Can someone help me with the link for download of CS2 . I have the serial #   Help?? shannon

Hello! what is the UK customer service number for creative cloud subscription support?

HI all, I have searched and sorry for not being a pro at this...I have worked successfully from my CS2 for years (and years) . . . . not wanting to upgrade, because I am a dinosaur.  We have done the adobe download online with support when we have to change computers or do maintenance all the way up to 18 months ago (still using my CS2).  I have others (as others on my team want to work on the newer versions ex CS4). But know the links no longer work and Adobe will not help me get this sorted out and recommended I reach out to the "community". Can someone help me with the link for download of CS4 . I have the serial # Help??shannon

Will Adobe ever release a version of creative cloud for Linux users? The market share of Linux distros for desktop OS's is growing and we all know that editing video is almost impossible with a tablet. (If you can edit a complex project on a tablet more power to you). Windows even has said they want to move to a subscription service for their desktop OS. I use windows 10 only for my creative cloud suite and smartsounds sonicfire pro software. I do not think anyone is happy with all the spying that windows 10 does and the means you have to go through to TURN OFF ALL the services. Then again are they really off? The time is right for Adobe to start developing a linux based CC suite program, even if they could get it to work with WINE that would be a first step. The CC suite is already in Unix for mac so moving the code into a Unix-like system should not be to difficult.

Yesterday, my PC wouldn't connect to the Creative Cloud. It kept telling me to check Firewall settings & the time/date on the computer. All was ok, but it still wouldn't work, so I turned the Firewall off. Still wouldn't connect. Eventually got advised to uninstall & reinstall. Uninstalled, & still wouldn't connect. Now telling me it was error 206. Had an IT Engineer work remotely on the computer & he couldn't find the problem. So I turned the Security programme off. Still won't install. Ive tried multiple ways, lost a days work, all my files & work have gone, can't open any of the apps now. & there isn't an easy way to contact any support there. Brilliant.
