Download & Install

I know that Director 12 was discountinued in March 2017, but I've continued using the version that I had for many years, and I have been happy using it.  I was paying Adobe a monthtly subscription since 2017 for continued use of the product, and everything was going well.  A few weeks ago, at beginning of June, my Director stopped working and it said that my subscription had expired.  It sent me to Adobe's website to reinstate the subscription, but on Adobe's website my subscription was still in effect, with monthly automatic charges, including a charge on June 11th.  So the software is telling me the subscription is expired, but Adobe is telling me the automatic subscription is still in effect.  I double checked my clock and calendar (in case Director was referncing a different time for my computer, but that info is all correct.  I would like to be able to continue using Director 12 as long as possible, and I do realize that eventually the operating syste

Why is it so hard to speak to someone from Adobe directly?  I have been charged after using the Trial for Lightroom and the Photography package. I can see I have been billed on my account but cannot download or see where this can be cancelled - all the possible accounts I could have registereed ths under has been cheecked. Is possible to actually understand what is going on or for someone from the accounts or IT access department to speak to me about this, otherwise I'll be going straight to my bank to reverse the charge.

I am sure no one really cares there at Adobe's Upper management, but I just wanted to post a complain about Creative Cloud's subscription model and the cost. I am sure they have all heard this before when Adobe switched to the Cloud-Subscription model, but I am a independent artist trying to run her own business and I use the full creative suite. At $600 a year that is budget braking and will be a financial hardship on my business. I used to buy the upgrade and be able to use it for about 2-3 years. Now that I am having computer problems and forced to upgrade my OS, it appears I need the new CC to get my Adobe Apps to run right too. The current Cyber Monday sale, helps but it is clearly for only one year, and it is still expensive. All the upgrades you do aren't worth upgrading to, the features are not such great enhancements for me. I do understand that all this development work is expensive, but...being the only good graphic design programs on the market, I feel really, really stuck

Hi I understand that CS3 is finished? I had it on an old G4Could it be reinstalled to a new computer?can you get 3 software ie photoshop, Indesign and illustrator? I dont / want the all singing/dancing package. Disappointed to say the least. I worked hard to buy your brilliant software; nothing compares!  I am not paying £40 pounds a month on my wage. Please send this up the chain, it would be great for them to know there lowest payed customers are left with nothing!  Awful to pay the amount i paid then nothing! 

I want to cancel my subscription at Adobe but I can't. I've already paid an installment and that payment doesn't show up in the billing history, and neither does the plan I'm paying for. In other words, I want to cancel the subscription and I can't, and I keep getting charged for a service I'm not using. How can I resolve this situation? I can't talk directly with someone from Adobe and I really don't know what to do.

Hi, i have very recently purchased the All Apps Plan, it has automatically changed my Photography Plan to this but has not changed my single app After effects to the plan.Any help pretty please i dont wanna pay more than i should be and dont wanna have to pay the cancellation fee bc ya know.......no Thankyou.

I downloaded the trial version of both Photoshop CC and Illustrator CC. I don't know what happened, but I can't get any of them working. I've started my trial now, and I don't want to waste it. It says, as mentioned earlier, "Cannot start application. Error code 0xc000007b" or something along those lines. I've tried checking online but the only solutions I could find were DirectX and .net, updated both but still no difference. Using Windows 8.1 x64. Help greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

Hi, I have been using CS6 version of Adobe apps on a MacPro 2008 system (macOS version 10.13.6 - aka High Sierra) for quite a while and got a free trial offer for new version of Photography apps with a new hard drive I purchased last week, but want to make sure installing the free trial will not goof up my existing CS6 installed applications versions before doing the actual installation of free trial software. So basically, can a new/current version of Adobe apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) co-exist on the same system as the CS6 versions at the same time?  I don't want to have to re-install my CS6 version again after the trial expires if I decide to not upgrade. I will be installing the two sets of apps in different folders in the /Applications folder, so that's not the issue. The issue will likely be libraries installed in system folders and perhaps my ~/Library folder. Anyone have any experience in doing this and what were the results? Did the CS6 versions have

Ich möchte Lightroom Classic installieren. Bei der Kontoauthentifizierung wird mein Passwort, dass ich bei meinem AdobeKonto erstellt, habe nicht erkannt. Ich habe das Passwort zurückgesetzt und ein neues erstellt. Auch das wird nicht erkannt. Und ja, die Rechtschreibung stimmt.Wo liegt der Fehler? Was kann ich tun?

Hi- I am hoping someone can help me out with the following: I installed Adobe Creative Cloud on my work laptop and now have to turn that laptop in. I want to keep my account and install it on my personal laptop. How do I make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is completely off my work computer but still be able to install it on my personal computer in a few weeks? Thanks! 

My Audition won't open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 4x. It won't find the file. What should I do? Other Creative Cloud apps open OK. 

Whenever I close CC it just opens back up a minute later as my front window. I've tried closing it in task manager and disabled "launch creative cloud on login" but that doesn't work. Windows 10i5 6660kgtx 96016gb DDR4 

Hi, So, I had to reinstall my Adobe Actobrat DC and now I noticed that it only downloads/install the 32bit version, whatever I try.......how can I download and get back the 64 bit version? Thank you!A

I have a Creative Cloud plan but accidentally purchased an App using a different email address. Now, I cannot see the app when I open Adobe CC. Is there a way I can reconcile this?

Hi, I have a perpetual license for Lightroom 6 classic. The license allows me to use it on two computers, so I had it installed on my laptop and on my desktop. I had a hardware issue with my laptop and had to wipe it clean. I now bought a new laptop and installed Lightroom on it but I cannot activate it because Adobe thinks it is still in use on my old laptop, so I get the following message: "The serial number [...] is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. You need to deactivate another computer..." Unfortunately I cannot deactive it myself as the system was wiped clean and has some serious malfunction. I believe the only way to get around this is by Adobe resetting all my activations (indeed there are previous posts in this forum confirming this) so I contacted the online chat support. I'm trying to install LR6 on my new computer. I bought LR6 as an upgrade back in 2015. It's telling me I don't have a qualifying product installed, that's because I previously bout LR5 on disk, and the serial for that is long gone, and the only serial I can get from my account in Adobe is for the LR6 upgrade.So I'm now stuck with an upgrade serial number I can't use. Is anyone able to help me get this installed? If I can't then I'm going to be stuck using a 12 year old macbook pro! Or looking for an alternative piece of software.Thanks in advance

Does anyone know how to download a program (Adobe Animate, for instance) on another computer when you have a subscription already? I can't find a way to without paying for it again. Thank you all!
