Hola, comunidad.  Recién adquirí Adobe Cloud y comencé a trabajar con mis apps, sin embargo me dice que tengo una prueba gratuita de 7 días "antes de comprar", no lo entiendo ¿qué necesito hacer para que no se me cobre otra vez? ¿por qué sucede esto?De antemano, gracias. 

I don't have anymore my  US cell phone number because I moved in Italy.  How Can I change my password if I don't know my old one?  And why to change it I need the old one? If I had the old one I would not need the new one.  Someone can help me?

I have gone through the steps to install photoshop and lightroom, and all goes well until it asks me to open the installer. Then it loads and a dialogue box opens and says "you can't open the application 'Photoshop Installer' because it is not responding." How do I get past this step?

After reinstalling Creative Cloud several times, logging in to the app is not possible. Repair, uninstallation has been done several times, still no direct login to the cloud occurs. I have also tried the solution already suggested in the forum, but have not brought the desired success. Since we are a company, I ask for a solution as soon as possible.With kind regardsTim Baldschun

Há meses minha creative cloud vem dando o mesmo erro, reparei ontem (03/06/2021) o aplicativo e hoje (04/06/2021) volto a dar o mesmo erro, isso já vem de meses, já formatei meu computador 3 vezes e acontece a mesma coisa, estou realmente pensando em cancelar a creative cloud, por que, meu deus o mesmo erro a mais de 6 meses, eu não aguento mais todos os dias ter que reparar esse aplicativo, se não achar solução irei cancelar o plano

I purchased Adobe CS6 Master collection from ebay from 3 different sellers and all the sellers gave me the same license key, I was able to activate but unable to register when I contacted seller's, their accounts were no longer registered. i beleive they are selling the volume license key to all the buyer's and it is the same key. Can someone email me at  EMAIL REMOVED and I can help with the key for Adobe to check. I have been trying to install the software for the past 24 hours but it fails everytime it reached 8%. Am I the only one experiencing this?

Добрый день. Помогите с решением проболемы: после загрузки creative cloud при запуске приложения появляется белое окно и всё. Больше ничего не происходит. При самой загрузке никаких ошибок не появляется, все устанавливается. Несколько раз переустанавливал - не помогает. Машина: MacBook Air 2021; MacOS Big Sur 11.4; CPU - apple M1. Как можно решить проблему?Заранее, спасибо.

I use Windows 8.1, Adobe doesn't seem to support that OS from cc 2019 version and up. So if I buy Photoshop plan, can I download and use for Photoshop cc 2018?

I deactivated my old PC, and have only my laptop activated.  I use the laptop for photo apps only when traveling.  Installed Creative Cloud on my new PC, signed in, and deactivated my old PC.  But when I try to install Photoshop and Lightroom Classic, Creative Cloud says "Waiting," and nothing downloads, even after an hour or more of waiting.

I have an old Photoshop CD for Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended. Is it possible to put this on a computer without a CD slot, maybe by entering my Serial Number? I purchased photoshop almost 10 years ago so I am not sure if it will be compatible with my current macbook - just wondering if there's a way to download Photoshop somehow. Thanks!

Hello. <spam link removed> While installing PhotoShop on my desktop it stops at 0.6%  

I'm running Mac OS 11.4 on a Late 2013 Mac Pro 3.5 ghz 6-core intel xeon e5, 32 gb 1866 MHz DDR3, with an AMD FirePro D700 6 GB gfx card. The installer apps won't run on my system. I have run the adobe cleaner and cleared everything from the system, and tried multiple downloads, and individual app installers. When opened, the installers pop up a window for less than a second, then disappear and don't do anything. No error messages. I got on with support and ran a dirct.dmg file for photoshop, and it failed with an unknown error. I need help. This is making my work very difficult.

Are Adobe Creative projects/folders compatible in Mac and Windows at the same time? My colleague works with Windows and I was considering buying Mac. However, we are not sure whether this could give compatibility problems in the future while working with the same files. Thanks in advance!

I have an old copy of Adobe CS6 production premium student edition, and I'm not really interested in upgrading. Apple has stopped supporting CS6, but I have since gotten a new PC. Is there anyway to transfer my Mac CS6 to a Windows version?

I have purchased CS6 Master Collection in 2017. I have registered it with Adobe, all good.My computer needed fixing, so everything was wiped, we started from scratch. We downloaded the package from Adobe but the registered key is not working anymore. It says it's been revoked, I should contact Customer support.Customer support was very helpful guiding me through every step, just to download the same thing again and to use the same serial key. Not being an expert I thought they've fixed the key somehow, that's why we're trying again (although first I thought I'm gonna get a new key, but what do I know?!) so I just entered the same key again, and it still doesn't work.Can someone advice me what can be done now? Who should I contact to fix this?I really think that if I purchase a product THAT expensive, it shouldn't just stop working. Hi,I recently upgraded to a brand new Dell XPS 15 9500, (see top capture for full specs), and completely uninstalled and signed out of CC from my old Windows PC. However, when I try to install the main CC installer, I get the error listed (see bottom capture).I do not have CC or any other Adobe subscription product installed or signed in on any other device.I have tried all the solutions listed the second capture below, (I have "repaired" the program as suggested a few times, completely uninstalled and re-installed it several times, with system reboots in-between each time, I even ran the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool with a system reboot after, and have always selected "run as administrator" on the .exe installer every time.I am out of solutions, and don't know what to do now. This new PC is much more powerful than my old one (and it ran CC fairly well, especially considering it only had an Intel i3, and 8GB of RAM.)I should be able to run CC on this PC, and right now I'm throwing away $500/y

I want to cancel my Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams membership as we found out my organisation has an Enterprise account.I am waiting for 18mins on the call as I am typing this and no one has responded.This is absolutely abhorrent. People say this is a User to User forum and not to post such posts here, but I am sure many people have had the same issues trying to connect with someone.I have tried several times to make contact. The Chat feature is always unavailable and no one answers the phone.How are paying customers supposed to contact the Customer Support team?At least make a support email address available. Starting to feel that it was a mistake signing up.
