Greetings, We’re trying to install new Elements on Win 11 PRO machine but have issue.First after downloading the .exe it said it was corrupt so we went and downloaded it on other PC.After doing that we were was able to start the installer, was prompted for admin info but got “Sign in Error”. Regards,WaterGuy98  

I've been working at this for a little minute, and finally found the answer.  Adobe Customer Support was "helpful" in letting me know to come here and get my issue resolved because they already have our money and its and End of Life product.CS6 tells me I'm not connected to the internet.  Which I am. - You must be running Mojave or Earlier.- You must download another Browser.  Safari and Chrome DO NOT work for this process.  (I found success with Firefox). If you attempt the next steps in Safari or Chrome on Mojave you will be stuck in a endless cycle. - Open your downloaded product.  It will ask you to Activate the product.- Click "No Internet Access" or whatever the terms for the similar are to access Offline Activation. It will provide you with a Code to enter on another Adobe website.- Open Firefox- Navigate to www.adobe.com/go/getactivated- Enter Code Provided and Registered Product Serial Number- The Offline Activation thing will generate a code

Hello,I’m having an activation/licensing issue with Adobe Photoshop CS6 on Windows.Summary On 02-Feb-2026, Photoshop CS6 suddenly displayed a message that a trial period had started, although I have had an active perpetual CS6 license since 19-Oct-2023. That CS6 perpetual license was provided by Adobe Support as compensation after the deactivation/end of my CS5 perpetual license. Now, when I try to reinstall/activate CS6, the installer rejects my serial number with: “The serial number you entered is invalid. Please try again. It was deleted by accident when it did the last update.I look for "other versions" but it only shows lots of version 23. I need version 22 (2021).Please help! 

I recognize this to be an unusual request, but here goes:I have a licensed copy of CS5 on a Windows 10 PCI just bought a new Windows 11 PC as 10 will soon be non-supportedI spent an hour or so online with an Adobe Chat rep on Friday, who very expertly and helpfully loaded the CS5 install packet onto my new machine, and also helped me find the full (24-digit) Serial Key for my existing CS5Unfortunately upon installation execution, we hit a roadblock because apparently my CS5 license was an upgrade license, and (of course) the CS5 install process is expecting to see my previous Photoshop instance (probably Photoshop Elements) on my new PC.So now I'm in a Catch-22...   I have a legal, legitimate CS5 license.  I have a new PC to install it on.  I just don't have the previous version of Photoshop to complete the installation.   (and unfortunately the Adobe rep told me they don't have an available, non-upgrade CS5 Serial Key.)  Bottom Line:  Just

I have a problem which adobe "help" was unable to help me with. I need to get Creative Suite CS6 licence deactivated, but I don't have access to the computer where it was installed. How can I do this? Is it possible? Creative Suite CS6 can be installed in maximum of two devices and I had the product installed to my laptop and also to my desk computer. But I just bought a new computer and I installed this creative suite CS6 successfully to it - but only then I realised that I forgot to deactivate the program from my old computer. I can no longer do that, since some part from the old computer were used to my new one. Now I can't use the creative suite cs6 before I deactivate it from my old computer - which doesn't exist anymore. Is there anyway to do this? This is really important tool for me so I would be very very thankful for all help with this. 

Hi, I’m having two issues, which might be affecting each other, but idk I’m unable to uninstall certain Adobe apps. Other apps uninstallation worked normally, but for a few, they just can’t be uninstalled and they are still working. It is Adobe Photoshop 2024, Photoshop Beta a Animate 2023. I’v tried it uninstalling them through settings and control panel, always redirected into Creative Cloud Desktop, where I confirned it (tried it with keep and remove option), it shows as unintalling 1% and finishing in matter of like 2 seconds. What really intirates me is the Photoshop Beta. When I want to open for example png through Open WIth, there is only the Photoshop Beta option (from Photoshops) and if I even open it through different app and find the new Photoshop in my PC, it still opens it self through Photoshop Beta. Also the Photoshop Beta already set itself for the second time to be the primarely app for opening psd. I really want to delete it from my computer as soon as possible. But f

As the title says, the Creative Cloud app keeps failing to update. I first tried troubleshooting it with the guide for this specific error code, but nothing worked. Tried reinstalling the app and even using Adobe's cleaning tool, and nothing worked; the error kept showing up. Also tried repairing Windows 11, and that didn't work either. So I contacted support, and two different agents remotely connected to my PC, and neither of them could fix the issue or figure out what was going on. As a little test, I decided to use a different PC, this time a laptop with Windows 11 as well and in that one, Creative Cloud needed an update, and it updated without issues. So I decided to go to the about tab in the app on both PCs and put them side by side, and strangely enough, both my main PC (the one with the issue) and the laptop are in the same version of the app and everything else below. Hello. Hope i may get some help with this issue. I have been trying to activate Adobe CS6 on my windows 11. After research on the community, I was able to sign in using my phone and installed the whole CS6 Suite. However, after inputting my serial number when propmpted, it says that it has been revoked. This isn't the case becausemy adobe online account shows that i have CS6 registered under that serial number, and that there are no active users using it. Please help.   

As you can see, I bought Acrobat 2020 in 2021 and paid a pretty handsome sum for it, as I needed it as a student of law.As time goes on, I have replaced hardware and always uninstalled it and sanitised my drive before reinstalling the OS. I purchased this product in 2015, and have been downloading and using it without incident ever since.  My most recent download was December 2024.  I tried downloading it today, and at first everything went smooth until I hit the actual download button on the LWS site.  The download window popped open, but nothing happened.  Eventually, somehow, the product disappeared from the LWS site while I was online. Called Adobe tech support and they don't even see my license on their end. Any thoughts on how to get my license restored, and to be able to download the product for use.  

Awhile back, I got this pop-up on my mac laptopThe apps themselves still worked, so I wasn't terribly concerned, but the popup is annoying. I log into the Adobe site using an email address. Can change the password easily. Have the adobe authenticator working as intended. But my NAME is in the login block on the software activation block. I'm in a predicament that I can't easily control a plotter from my Mac work station with the latest Adobe suite. The plotter is 3 floors below and for years I've used a Windows rip server to print and cut with plotter software. Rip server was not online so older system's security is not an issue. My Windows system finally died and a easy way to control the plotter would be to use one of my older laptops with illustrator. I have version cs5 that I've installed from my last dvd version, but it is Illustrator version 15 and I need to do the update in order to make it version 16 which is what the plotter software requires. I've contacted Adobe and they sent a link that let me download my previous registered version, but it's the same as the dvd and only instals version 15. I did see a post that shows how to update to version 15.1 through web archives, but nothing about version 16. I'm semi retired and don't see the benefit to invest several thousand dollars to build an up to date syst

Hello! I recently attempted to repair the microsoft visual C++ redistributable on my brand new microsoft surface pro 2-in-1 ... because I was all of a sudden unable to get into my adobe creative cloud. I do have my old microsoft surface that isn't Windows 11 compatible... I have my adobe apps on there (thankfully) as the main one I use isn't available for my new laptop yet (yikes!)... Anyways-- when i attempted to repair this microsoft visual C++, I got a pop up saying..."one or more issue caused setup to fail. Please fix issues" with a link to the log file. It also notes 'the parameter is incorrect with code 0x80070057'. I could google it, but... this seems to be where I'm directed. Makes sense!
