After running the installer downloaded from my account (Acrobat pro 2017 and entering my serial number), the installation completes, but asks me for an activation, which doesn’t work because I don’t have a subscription, just a perpetual licence. I am unable to get any further. Please can anyone advise?
I know its no longer supported BUT, i am a retired 74 year old and was very happy using CS4 for my charity leaflets etc. I used Acrobat 9 Pro. I allowed an update to latest Acrobat, which is very nice but i cannot afford to use a monthly license - i only use it 2 or 3 times a month. I need to get Ver 9 back on but whenever i try to reinstall it stops and “preparing to install”. It installed when i first upgraded my machine onto Windows 11. Please help - i feel a little cheated because it was wall working fine. CS4 still works fine, its just the Acrobat 9 Pro that has gone.
I’ve paid for Creative Cloud in advance for a year, checked for updates after a month away from my Mac and everything needs updating, it’s glacially slow, so far 5 hours to update 5 apps, another 8 to go, this is very poor service for the price I’m charged!At this pathetic speed I will have wasted a complete day and evening while Adobe count their cash! I’m on a MacBook Pro M4 pro max - Tahoe 26.4.1 128mb ram 4tb ssd hd, so hardware is not the issue, my internet speed is excellent. The only possibility is that Adobe either haven’t been vigilantly checking their service speed or they are delierately throttling back to 1980 speeds? Not good value for money!!

I am on Mac/ Creative Cloud works fine and updates. The legacy Acrobat set up does not. And now we have intel based time horizon - app needs refresh:(
Hello, I haven't been able to update my Acrobat for about two weeks. I keep getting this error message (see screenshot):Unable to connect to the Adobe update server. Check that you are connected to the internet and try again.Error: 105 I've tried everything, like using the Adobe Limited Access Repair Tool, resetting the hosts file, and disabling the Mac Firewall.NOTHING, absolutely nothing, this window keeps popping up. Yesterday I completely reinstalled another Mac. And here, too, I can't update Acrobat. This window pops up. Yes, I have internet, otherwise I wouldn't be able to publish this article. What is this? It only affects Acrobat. I can update all the other apps. ThanksJoerg
I submitted all the relevant information in January to Adobe to get my education status confirmed for 2026. I have been had the education status since 2023. I have the confirmation email confirming my status - received 30/01/2026. In 2025 the switch was automatically made. 2026 it has not. I am paying S113.49 not the education price of $54.99/month or even $69.99/month. When I go into change the plan it says I need to confirm my education status again. I am being over charged and would like to know how to fix this.

Dabei erhielt ich jedoch die Meldung, dass die Seriennummer bereits auf zwei Geräten verwendet wird.Mit mehreren Anläufen – da der alte Reiselaptop immer wieder eingefroren ist – ist es mir schließlich gelungen, Photoshop dort zu deaktivieren. Ich bekam auch die Bestätigung, dass ich die Lizenz nun auf einem neuen Gerät verwenden kann.Allerdings wird mir auf dem „neuen“ Reiselaptop weiterhin angezeigt, dass die Lizenz bereits auf zwei PCs aktiv ist.Der Telefonsupport konnte mir leider nicht weiterhelfen. Unter MacOS 26.5 auf MacStudio M1 bleibt der Update bei 48% hängen und geht nicht weiter. Die blaue Meldung dass der Prozess ungewöhnlich lange braucht und nach Lösungen gesucht wird erscheint. Ein Abbruch hinterlässt eine defekte Altinstallation. Ein entfernen der alten App und Neuinsallation ist notwendig. Das war bei V 27.6 und 27,7 der Fall. Was kann ich machen?

So I’ve just had to reinstall Windows 11 totally afresh on my PC after a forced update from Windows 10 broke it, that took a week but all that’s in the past now, this is a totally clean install of Windows 11 on a freshly formatted HD and so far the only apps I’ve installed are Firefox and Bitwarden.I want to get my Adobe apps installed ASAP as I’m a week behind work for clients as a result of this but for some reason Adobe’s Installers are completely not working. I’ve tried running the installer for the Creative Cloud app and also for Lightroom Classic, and each time I try, nothing happens. The process is running (sometimes multiple instances) but no splash screen, no nothing. I’ve tried the following. Check there isn’t anything by Adobe installed that isn’t showing up (no there isn’t, just core Windows apps, Bitwarden and Firefox)Close all instances of previous attempts - (no effect)Run as administrator - (no effect)Run in compatability mode - (no effect)Disable antivirus - (no effect
Hi how are you?Following an update, the cancellation process for one of the applications never seems to finish.I started updating my Adobe applications, but it was taking far too long. Since I don't use Premiere, I decided to cancel its update so that the installer could focus on Illustrator instead. However, the status has been stuck on "Cancelling..." for over two hours now.I tried opening Premiere, but it won't launch. I also tried uninstalling it, but that's not possible either.How fix it? Hi, I need the direct download link (offline installer) for Adobe Bridge 2023 (v13) for macOS Monterey 12.7.6. The Creative Cloud app only shows newer incompatible versions. Could you provide the official installer link please?
With Adobe continuosly changing the licensing and forcing customers to move to a subscription based model I want to download a full copy of my Photoshop Elements 2024. How can I do that? I guess it might be actually irrelevant as I would still need access to Adobe servers to activate it but I would like a full installer copy anyway. Anyone can help? Thanks

I keep on trying to open creative cloud and getting the error code {"error":"invalid_credentials"}Ive tried to uninstall but it wont let me because it says that other applications require creative cloud, but when i try to uninstall those it just takes me to cc with the same error. is there a way i can fix this? (also I have no clue what the topics mean, so I chose one i think fits, sorry if it doesnt)
