Hi everyone,I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro (version 2020) back in 2021 with a license for three devices. I installed it on three laptops, but two of those machines are no longer in service. When I attempted to install the software on new laptops, I received an error stating that I had exceeded my license limit.I contacted Adobe Support to explain the situation and requested a reset of my license count. Unfortunately, the support representative informed me that they couldn’t reset the licenses and insisted I purchase a new subscription. I find it quite surprising—and frankly disappointing—that a company like Adobe doesn’t offer a way to reassign licenses from decommissioned devices. After spending over an hour on the phone, I’m still stuck: I own valid licenses, but I can’t use them.Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, how did you resolve it or escalate it to someone at Adobe who could actually help? I’d appreciate any guidance. So far, my experience with Adobe’s support team ha
I have a serial number for Acrobat XI Pro that I purchased years ago. I recently formatted my computer to sell it, and bought a new computer. I now cannot install Acrobat Pro XI on the new computer because it says I need to deactivate it from the previous computer. I cannot do that--It's been formatted. I contacted customer support and they won't deactivate the previous installations from their end because it's end-of-life and they want me to buy a subscription for Acrobat DC. Is there really no way to do this? I don't care if it's EOL, it still works for me--I don't need anything fancy. I just want to use the software that I paid for even if there is a new version out there. Please advise, and thank you.
I have two licenses for Premiere Elements 2019. One is running just fine on a machine that was upgraded from Windows 10 to 11. The other, I am trying to move to a new Windows 11 machine. The installer gets stuck at the "Update Your Browser" screen.None of the fixes on this and similar pages help:https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/update-required.htmlI am a software developer myself. I understand that the problem here is that Adobe assumed that the web browser for Windows would always be Internet Explorer. Technically, Adobe was at fault for doing that, since it's not a documented part of the Windows API, and Adobe owes us a workaround.I also have CS 5.5 on the same machine, working fine, but having it activated (under the same Adobe account) doesn't help.
Error code 6000. I am greeted by this error message: "Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'. I click on repair, and allow the repair process to do its thing, and still nothing. I have used the Limited Access Repair tool to fix the hosts file, still doesn't work. Used the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to clean everything out and then reinstalled. Still won't work. I have gone into regedit and manually deleted all Adobe keys then reinstalled after using the Cloud Cleaner again, and still nothing. I could really use some help.
Creative_Cloud_Set-Up_7474.exe file does not open, I tried with Premiere_Set-Up_7075.exe too, also doesnt work. It briefly shows up for 1-2 seconds on task manager before it is shutdown, I tried restarting, using safe mode, making a new user on windows, renaming, using cmds, updating drivers, reinstalling, usng adove cleaner and none have worked. I use a windows 10 PC.
Adobe Error Message Hello, I have a computer (Mac Mini running OS X El Capitan) with Adobe CS6 Master Collection installed.I had to reinstall the operating system and now want to reinstall the Master Collection. Unfortunately, the licensing process fails, and I get an error message saying there is no internet connection. See screenshot. I’ve already searched through all the help pages I could find and tried the following:- The computer is connected to the internet- Adobe licensing servers are reachable --> Pong- Checked the hosts fileUnfortunately, none of this helped. How can I solve this problem?Thank you very muchAndreas
I click on, for example, Photoshop when Creative Cloud has launched it goes through the opening process and then an Adobe message panel appeards stating ‘something went wrong’ Error 224.
I disposed of my old computer before removing the photoshop registration. Is it possible to get this removed by Adobe?

I’ve attempted to download Acrobat multiple times and keep getting Error 136 around 88% of installation, even after following the advice of other users:Running the Adobe Creative Clouder Cleaner Tool Deleting Adobe folder from Library > Application Support Restarting the computer Attempting the download from a new user profile with admin privileges Attempted to download from CC home Attempted to download from https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/download-install/kb/download-install-acrobat-subscription.htmlSystem specifications:MacOS 11.2.3 (Big Sur), M1, 2020 16GB memory Over 800GB available.
Wie ging die Geschichte bei Ihnen weiter? Ich habe das gleiche Problem, davor wollte ich auf meinem alten Rechner die Lizenz deaktivieren, was aber Fehlermeldungen verursachte. Und da stehe ich nun.

Hi! My CPU is not compatible with AVX2, a requirement of the latest Photoshop. I need to download a previous version (v21 or v22) but it is not available through Creative Cloud. I have been told by adobe help to post the question here. Thanks in advance!
Hi I recently updated my 2023 M2 Macbook Pro with Sonoma, but now my Creative Cloud app won’t open. The window comes up saying ‘Initializing Creative Cloud’, then it says ‘You were signed out of Creative Cloud. Please sign in again to continue using Adobe apps’. When I click Sign In, it just goes back to ‘Initializing Creative Cloud’ and repeats this loop. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it made no difference, people say I should uninstall every app before I do this but it seems the only way to do this is through the Creative Cloud app, which won’t open! I also installed Sonoma on my 2021 iMac but did not have this problem with Creative Cloud. Everything worked fine. Any ideas as to how to sort this problem out? Thanks Jack

I am getting a new computer and I was told I'd have to uninstall CC Photoshop from the old one because I can run CC Photoshop on one computer only with the subscription I have. When I tried to use the Uninstall CC in my finder window, it stated that I still have some CC apps on my computer and I would have to uninstall them before I could uninstall the Creative Cloud app. So I went through and uninstalled all the Creative Cloud apps that I could see in my Application folder in Finder. Then I went back and tried to run the Uninstall app for Adobe Creative Cloud. I'm still getting the message that it can't uninstall Creative Cloud because I have some CC apps on my computer that need the Creative Cloud app to run. What am I doing wrong? I just want to be sure that I can install Photoshop CC when I hook up my new iMac.
My PC has broken down and I couldn’t deactivate my licence. Now I want to install Photoshop Elements 2024 on my new PC, but I’m getting the message“Maximum number of computers reached”.How can I start using my paid product again?Support does not have access to products that have been registered with a serial number.
Il y avait un bouton dans l’application Creative Cloud qui nous permettait de vérifier si de nouvelles mise à jour sont disponibles. Je ne trouve plus ce bouton.Comment puis-je vérifier si il y a de nouvelles mises à jour?
