I bought the photography plan and it just gave me lightroom

I am trying to download photoshop, but every time i start the download it freezes at 7% and wont go past that. I have already used creative cloud cleaner and it did not help.

Hi, I have a question. I bought a package for students and teachers. But I didn’t understand that it only goes for a stationary computer or laptop. I have a Samsung Tub S7 tablet. It turns out I can not install programs on it? How can this be done with an already existing package. P. S. was also embarrassed that no documents were required when purchasing a package for students and teachers.

I recently upgraded from CS6 to CC.  First round of installs no problem.  A week later there were a few updates including the CC Destop App and this is where the fun begins.   I installed the updates and immediately after I noticed it was only showing I had 3 apps installed when I have several.  I tried uninstalling the CC Desktop app and re-installing it but I can't get it to install.  Every time I try it just says you have an "unknown error".  I called Adobe's awesome support to which we ran throught diganostics only at the end to tell me they are having issues and to call back later.  I have been all over the forums and have yet to find a solution, nothing works (Including runing the cloud cleaner and renaming the OOBE file).  I am running OS X 10.8.4 any other suggestions or help will be much appreciated

I had a older version of Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects installed. I uninstalled to test with my ssd and now I can't get the same old version through Creative Cloud. I have the option to get older Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom versions, except Premiere and After Effects.My settings are old and I can't get a new one now.Does anyone have the link for some older versions of Adobe Premiere and After Effects?Settings:macOS High Sierra3,2 GHz Intel Core i316 GB RamATI Radeon HD 5670 512mbThank you.

Unfortunately I didn't uninstall CS6 before upgrading to Big Sur. Now the uninstaller says "The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information." The help desk at Adobe said I need to post this question to the community since they have absolutely no idea how to do it. How do you fully uninstall CS5 from macOS Big Sur?

i took the photography plan today and i try and try to install adobe creative cloud and keep showing me a message after the download : VC RUNTIME140.dll was not found.i don't have a lot of knowledge and i don't know what to do. as i can see without creative cloud i can't download lightroom.i'm in a real hurry for a work and i can fix it.please help me.

When I start my mac laptop everyday a warning message is appearing on the screen to repair and reinstalling the Adobe Creative Cloud. I'm fed up for daily reinstalling. Why is this happening? I use macOS Big Sur V.11.2.3

I got so fed up with Adobe Creative Cloud I cancelled my subscription (even paid the early termination fee). Upon trying to uninstall Creative Cloud I am greeted with the super intentionally generic and ridiculous message:Couln't uninstall Creative Cloud for desktop. You still have Creative cloud applications installed on your computer that require it. Besides this being borderline illegal (I work in software development), and am technical. I DON'T have any creative cloud applications installed. I verified and uninstall all listed applications in creative cloud. Additionally, I manually went into macOS activity moniter and manually force killed any and all applications starting with "Adobe" or "Creative".Even after all this, I still CANNOT UNINSTALL. This is utter nonsense. Please advise how to once and for-all remove your product.

Adobe are so stupid! why they forcing the language for each country?And why I can't buy the English photoshop if I'm not living in the US?I really want to pay and use legal software but Adobe telling me "What English Photoshop? use illegal Photoshop, that's the only way!"

There is no option to limit the bandwith usage while updating apps in CC Desktop app. This makes it impossible to work on online tasks while updating. It's not a matter of getting faster internet as the desktop app would probably just take all the extra speed for itself.It makes no sense to me that there is an option for max download speed of cloud assets but not for the regularly updating apps.Same issue as this post dating from 2017 but it have been locked recently without a fix or response from adobe: https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install/app-updates-consuming-all-bandwidth/m-p/9041286

A while ago my company plan was revoked because I was inactive. While inactive I applied for a trial plan. I canceled the trial plan and my company assigned me a company plan again. Unfortunately I still can't seem to install any applications. I tried searching for similar cases but with no luck. Can someone tell me what I can do to be able to use the company plan again? The account are in both cases the same account.

Hello, I have a paid subscription of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.Last month, Adobe blocked. The application closed and wouldn't open anymore. I read I should reinstall it. I think I have successfully uninstall it, but  I haven't been able to reinstall it. I have a Mac 10.12.6. At first I was working with Safari. I endend up trying Firefox.  I have reached the point where on Creative Cloud it says it is installing Acrobat DC, it reaches 42%, than quickly says it is fully installed and that the application will open. However, it doesnt open. And Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is not to be found on the downloads folder or anywhere else. Please help. Best regardsIsabel Duarte

Im on a PC and I have tried all of the suggested fixes with NO luck. How can I get this to work?! I just signed up for a year of Lightroom and I cannot finish the setup and download because I can't get passed 2% of the Creative Cloud update. SO FRUSTRAtING

I use LR since the first betha version on Windows and bought the last 6.0 in 2017 with downloadI used it since then without any problems with more that 100.000 images on my system.A few weeks ago I got a new PC and installed LR 6.0 on it. I signed off on the old system.On the new system I got the warning, that my serial number is being used on the maximum number of computers. It is only installed on my laptop!I am completely disconnected to all of my images - please help!!! 

The website indicates that this older version is compatible with OS 10.13. It says it's downloadable in creative cloud, but when I click to download, it indicates "waiting" and never downloads...any suggestions would be welcome...thank you.

The update live site button is missing. I am logged into the Adobe account and I zoom out the page till it was a large space where the button was supposed to be.

Hi! I am a new use trying to Adobe After Effects but After Effects won't seem to install. I uninstalled and reinstalled CC and I tried to free up all the storage I can but every time I retry, it hits 4% then "Installation failed". I am on macOS Mojave. After Effects says it is compatitble on this laptop but it just doesn't work. What do I do?   Let me know,Lay

I am considering a perpetual license for Acrobat Pro 2020, but want to install it on one Mac and one PC. It would mostly be used on the Mac. From the reading I have done in the EULA for this product I don't think that is allowed but would like some clarification. I think it IS allowed in the DC version, but I really don't want the yearly subscription fee. But thought I better clarify this before making a decision. Thanks for any help you can give me. Judy

Tengo instalado Creative Cloud y anteriormente ya he descargado otros programas de adobe. Intento instalar Photoshop con la versión 21.2.7 que es la que me permiten. Empieza a ejecutar la instalación y me llega la notificación de que Photoshop se ha instalado correctamente PERO NO HAY NADA! Sólo se descarga la extensión de Camera Raw en CC y dentro de mis archivos sólo está el desinstalador de photoshop. Y nuevamente vuelve a estar listo el botón de "Instalar", carga al 100% y no hay nada, Ya lo desinstalé varias veces, al igual que CC. Ya reinicié de igual forma mi MacOs High Sierra y NADA!  No sé cómo solucionarlo porque no marca un error como tal, sólo no se instala

Bonjour, je viens de souscrire à l'abonnement Creative Cloud pour étudiant, et après avoir tout installé, voici le message que les différentes applications me mettent:Pourtant ma connexion internet est bonne et j'arrive parfaitement à aller sur internet... J'ai Je ne sais pas quoi faire, et ça m'embête de payer pour quelque chose ne fonctionne pas.
