Quick recap: Windows 10 March update hosed my PC and I had to do a complete reinstall of Windows 10. Luckily, all my personal & work docs, & most applications were installed on my SSD drive, so I didn't lose much. I have reinstalled CC but it doesn't recognize the existing installs of  CC apps, even though I changed the install path to the same directory. I am reinstalling the apps I need (no big problem) but I can't use CC to uninstall the 2020 versions of my CC apps. Any suggestions? Would like to free up that space on the 2nd drive.

Hi, have been unable to install the illustrator app. Error message "Installation failed.Unable to move the file. Rename the file and try again". 'Learn more' link redirects to an ADS folder (with customHook,resource subfolders and ADS.pimx and Adobe Desktop Service.exe.Any help appreciated!Thanks

Please choose a different volume for installation

I bought Adobe Creative Suite 4 many years ago and am still happy with it, despite being an old version. I recently had to wipe my computer and am now trying to reinstall it but I keep getting a message saying that my serial number is not valid - I have typed it in several tims now and am sure I am using the right number - surely I should be able to reinstall a product that I have already bought!?Any help much appreciated

Back to part of Hamlin's original question, and mine as well. How will the "activation servers" know that I have opened two of the same apps, or two of the apps from the suite, at the same time, if one or more computers are not connected to the internet?

I am unable to download any trial or anything at all and it is giving me error 113. I have tried the fixes given in other forums like disabling the firewall entirely, switching to new wifi, disabling anti virus and even resetting the whole pc on a fresh install! I am still getting the same error. This never happened before and I really need help. I tried using an online installation and while extracting the zip from online it gave me error 0x8000405: Unspecified error. Any help would be appreciated.

Can anybody tell me where I find the Adobe Italian VAT number?? I don't know where to look for it.. Thanks a lot! 

I have been getting Error Code 113 while trying to install a trial of Premiere Elements for the last day, and none of the suggested fixes have changed anything. I have a very strong internet connection, I have tried turning off and on antivirus and firewalls, I have reset my hosts file, restarted my computer, burned sage, and cursed the computer. I'm pretty sure Adobe doesn't want my money, but I thought I'd ask this forum. Help?

Does Adobe still sell licenses  for coldfision 2018, 2016 and CF11? if so where can i find the install files for these, the DL link is mising from adobes site. you can get the add on service and API but not the main server... 

Hello everyone,From the looks of the FACEBOOK site coments, I'm not the only one this is happening to. I made the mistake of signing up for a TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION of the new Adobe yesterday, was trying to edit a pdf file that I had.So far these buffoons have sent me verification codes about 35 times...only problem is...NO CODE! I've checked my spam files etc...all the normal stuff.  No f'%^&ing code. Not only that, but now, whenever I open an old pdf file, I get the same message "Verification code".I'm called their "customer service" (surely a euphemism!) three times...after waiting on hold, they sent me to another department to fix the problem. Only problem is - the number was busy.How do i get this crap off my system?Thanks in advance.

I purchased Elements 10 a few years ago and would like to upgrade to Elements 11. I have downloaded and installed 11 but it will not accept my serial number from Elements 10. Do I need a new serial# for Elements 11 and if so do I need to purchase Elements 11?

CAN adobe repair my software? I cannot run any of it and i have full packet.... And help center doesn not repond.... ANY ANSWER???? And yes, I have internet connection, and yes my subscrition is paid!

My Photoshop app is corrupted. Some features will not work and I have to reinstall. When I opened up Adobe Creative Cloud, that was also corrupted, and it said to repair Adobe Creative Cloud in which I did. Once Creative Cloud was done repairing itself, when I looked to uninstall Photoshop I couldn't. Instead, I just see the option to install Photoshop again even though I already have Photoshop installed. When I click the Install button, it fails and says "Installation Failed" And nothing else. What do I do? How do I reinstall Photoshop?

I cannot move the Photoshop application window. It is stuck/hidden underneath of the Apple OS X menu bar. I can't see the maximize, minimize, etc buttons and I cannot grab the frame of the window to drag it around the screen. Extremely frustrating. I've tried reseting the the window, quitting the application and re-opening it, logging off/shutting down and rebooting, etc. Nothing works. Maddening.Help appreciated.

Adobe cloud desktop is telling me that it cannot update my Lightroom Classic because of an open app.  However the Manager program for windows tells me that there is no Adobe product running. However the update function will still not work. (The only app running was my email service). Where do I go from here?

I just made an account for the adobe creative cloud and I am currently trying to install photoshop. When I click to download photoshop it takes me to the creative cloud but it says that I am signed out, but when I click the sign-in button it does not allow me to access and brings me to the exact same screen. I was previously signed in under a school account but that account has since been deactivated and the subscription cancelled. Please help :(.

I have turned off CC from opening after a restart, yet, the processes are instantly running in the background after logging in?? Why is Adobe doing this, better yet, why is no one else really complaining about this? If I choose to not have the stuff run with login, THEN THEY SHOULD NOT RUN

Hi guys I'm running iMac with Big Sur. Ever since upgrading to Big Sur I constantly have a error issue upon Creative Cloud app opening when my mac boots up. Stating that Creative Cloud app is damaged, and needs repairing, this is a daily issue, even after repairing a few times. Really annoyed as Adobe CC is a expensive annual cost and shouldn't have these basic bugs, especially as googling the issue, lots on Mac/PC users are experiencing the same issues. Has anyone found a fix to this yet pls?

It seems my Behance profile & projects are private. I do not find my profile in the search result, I cannot find my projects. I cannot change the privacy settings of my projects.  Whenever I change project privacy to "Everyone", it goes back to "Private". 

Creative cloud desktop, trying to update or download gives me an installation failure message after ~8% download. Have 500gb free. Have not been able to find any resolutions yet. Thanks

My laptop isnt lettine me open Indesign which I just changed to pay for just this adobe program instead of all of them and Indesign is what i use by far the most. I cant seem to update or open it. View attached
