a few years ago my father bought a pc (xp) incl. photoshop elements 8.0. there was a cd with a serial number at it.yesterday i installed his new pc (win 7 64 bit) and downloaded photoshop elements 8.0 from www.adobe.com.it is not possible to activate the product with the above mentioned serial number. there is always the information about a wrong serial number. what can i do?

Hi,I discoverd these visible folders on Windows 10 after the latest updates of the Adobe Creative Suite. Do I need them? I have premier pro at school on the school computers on my school email. But when I try to use premiere pro on my home computer using my school email it says I still have to pay?

Why can't I choose the Danish language in the interface? There is only English!! (26.0.0)

I found Flash.ocx and and other application files related to flash player within WinSxS folder in C drive. Also some manifest files. Is it necessary to remove these files or folders from WinSxS? Are the any impact if we remove these files manually from WinSxS. Also if we keep this files as it is, are there any security risks even though the software is not actually installed.

How do I free us storage? How to safelly reduce amount of cache in storaage? 

Guten Morgen  Ich habe mir das Adobe Lightroom 6 bereits vor Jahren gekauft und möchte es nun auf meinem neuen PC installieren. Die Installation hat auch geklappt. Nun kommt mir jedoch immer die Meldung ich müsse mich anmelden, bei Adobe. Das habe ich auch gemacht und es zeigt mir am Schluss auch an: You are sign in. Jedoch geht es dann trotzdem nicht Lightroom zu öffnen. Dann kommt wieder nur das Adobe Fenster, Sie müssen sich anmelden......Was mache ich falsch? Oder warum funktioniert dies nicht?  Dankeschön! 

Hello,I just started my subscription and can't install apps on windows. I started my subscription on my apple phone and I think thats the problem, because when I download the Creative Cloud app it downloads as an macos app. Downloads as an DMG file and witth the other apps it says my system it is not compatible. My windows is compatible. Windows 10 v22h2, so I think the problem is that I started my subscription on an IOS device.Does anyone knows if there is anything I can do? I logged off and on again, researched a lot, try everythgin I could and still nothing. Should I just cancel my subscription and start another one on the pc?

The 2025 versions of all adobe programs has came and i tried to download them to my macbook but even though the internet connection is good i couldn't make it. I tried to delete and redownload them, premiere pro appeared to downloaded in my computer but it was looking like it was never downloaded in the creative cloud. I tried like hours and i think i made a big mistake.  I felt so annoyed so i tried to delete cc but other programs (i'll put a picture) was never deleted. Now i can't install creative cloud again and im in a very hard position right now. Can you please tell me how to fix it? I need that programs but i can't make it.  

Hey, ich habe ein Problem:Ich habe vor einem Monat die creative cloud abonniert und es ist anscheinend nicht abgebucht worden, wodurch ich jetzt die Programme nicht mehr benutzen kann. Habe jetzt wiederum meine Zahlungsinformationen aktualisiert. Nun bin ich nach 10 min wieder auf die Seite gegangen und ich musste schon wieder meine Zahlungsmethode aktualisieren?? Ist da iwas falsch?

alguém poderia por gentileza me ajudar, meu crative cloud está baixando em .DMG e eu uso o windows, quando eu tento baixar algum programa especifico como o illustrator ele diz que deve atualizar o sistema porem isso nunca ocorreu, antes de formatar o pc meu creative estava funcionando normalmente, depois que formatei começou esse erro.alguem poderia por gentileza me ajudar ?

I am running CC on Mac OS M1, and in Creative Cloud it says my installed version of Premiere v25.0 but then at the top under New Updates it's trying to install the update to v24.6.3  It won't clear and it fails to update, so I don't know how to clear it.

I am trying to buy an upgrade to Lightroom 6. I have registered my current version 4 with Adobe and I can add it to the cart, however, when I try to press the checkout button, nothing happens. I have tried both Firefox and Internet Explorer and have disabled all Plugins on both browsers, so there should be no script blocking present. The same error is present on both the German site and on the one for the United States.I've read about others having the same problem, however, I have been unable to find anyone with a solution.I have no interest in a CC subscription so I don't consider getting one a solution for my problem.

Updated my InDesign app last week (October 14th 2024) to 2026 and it is an absolute nightmare. Crashing, stalling, beach balling and unusable. Is there any way I can uninstall this and go to the previous version or two. I cannot work in the program at all... The beach ball is ever present every time I move my cursor

Hi,I'm getting Error code 306 (Unable to install/update the product) in Creative Cloud on my computer and having consulted Adobe on Twitter and after I tried their suggested solutions, I'm still having the problem.I'm starting to wonder if uninstalling/re-installing my Adobe products are the only solution, but I really DON'T wanna go down that route as I'm on the road working and don't know if I have the time (I can be called out at any time 24/7).So anyone out there who know what else I can do to get things working again???? Thanks in advance!

Hi, so the problem is, that I do all the steps right i click download on the app i want and than a site opens to sent me an email with a lint to download, but it doesnt work i clicked it several times and nothing happens, nothing opens, that happens with all the apps even adobe cloud

Hi everyone,I have recently bought a new laptop which has a C and D drive. The C drive only has 50GB of storage left but the D drive has 960GB free. When I install Creative Cloud programs is it possible to install them onto the D drive to ensure I don't run out of storage?Thanks!

Olá, preciso de ajuda, a adobe não me responde e faz um mês qu estou tentando instalar o photoshop e dá erro que o  ponto de entrada não encontrado. O que faço?? 

I've got a new computer (Windows 11) and tried to instal Creative Cloud.It would only get to about 39% then download would fail - error 202.I chatted with support who gave me an alternative download which seemed to work. It allowed me to download Lightroom  and Photoshop.But shortly after this my system informed me that Creative Cloud needed to update, so I did this (there was no way round this when opening Creative Cloud).Again, it would get to about 90% downloaded and fail again due to error 202.I'm at my wits end. I specifically bought this new computer for photography processing and can't seem to get my apps to work properly.I guess I'll have to call support when they're open tomorrow, unless someone has any suggestions.Thank you.
