Hi i have a macbook pro 2010 Sierra with indesign cs3 installed. Now i want to install indesign cs4. Can i run both versions? i don't want to risk to loose my old projects....

Hello!...The German Telephone support could not help me and told me to post my issue here. I am German and frequently travelling with my Computer to Spain. This year I am here for +60 days.All of a sudden my CS6 does not work. Yes, I know it is an old version... but I was working with it for the last 9 years. No issues ever. I have been to Spain about four weeks ago - for then already 30 days. Suddendly I had this massage comming up:I could not work with Indesign anymore.Then I went to Germany, deinstallend Indesign etc. - took the license out of the creative cloud. Then installed Indesign newly, added the licenses - and could work without any issues... I did not have this issue during the last nine years... even when I was travelling. But I did never travel more than 30 days... Now I am back to Spain. I opened Indesign - and the whole trouble occored again.So it seems I am not able to use Indesign in Spain - though I have got a valid license.What can I do? Thank yo

Just bought a new laptop Samsung Book4 Edge and that has a Snapdragon X Elite processor. However it seems that the Adobe InDesign is not working (till now) with this X Elite processor.Who has an Idea / Help ?How can I still intall InDesign ??

Over the phone they tried to control my laptop remotely but were unsuccessful error: Your device is not compatible. They had me turn off all firewalls but still no luck. Todo comenzó porque no podía abrir Illustrator ni Photoshop, y me dí cuenta que no terminaba de cargar el Creative Cloud, marcando "Creative Cloud está tardando en cargar mas de lo habitual. Vuelve a iniciar Creative Cloud o reiniciar el Ordenador y vuelve a intentarlo". Demás está decir que no ha funcionado nada de lo que sale en las paginas de ayuda, he borrado todo con el Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool y vuelto a instalar y nada, sigue apareciendo lo mismo, no sé qué hacer ya.Muchas gracias de antemano.

Elements 12 was working one day and not the next. Now I am unable to access either program, Elements or Premier Elements. I have uninstalled the programs and re installed them, however it has not made any difference. When I try to open Elements, the Organizer/photo editor page comes up. It will not go any further. It comes up with an add to upgrade to the 2024 version. I thought when I bought the program years ago, that I would have it forever, unless the software became incompatible with window updates.I have the program on discs, it was not downloaded, so there should not be any time restrictions on the program.Can someone please help.Thanks Rosemarie 

I have Adobe Creative Cloud installed on my Dell laptop but would like to install it on my new Macbook Air. I can sign into Adobe on my macbook and download the installer (for Creative Cloud or any app) but when I enter my log-in information, the log-in screen just shakes and doesn't let me proceed. Like it doesn't accept my username and password. I've changed/updated my password and signed out of all devices, but still no. Thoughts?

Hello,I want to install my creative cloud apps in a other folder. Therefore I changed the settings for the app-directory in the creativ could manager to drive 😧 but creativ could manager says during installation "not enought space on drive C".How can I install my cc apps on drive D ?!?Dirk

Hey, maybe someone can help. I want to download PHotoshop and other adobe programss, but it shows that my PC need ( If you would like to install Photoshop, you must update your system. ). What dous that mean, what i need to do, because it can not be PC folt, it is bran new.

hi,I have been trying to install some of the adobe programs like Ai, PS and Id but i can't :c The page says that it is not compatible with my version of Windows, but I have Windows version 22h2, I am supposed to be able to install it but it still won't let me. I also don't want to update my windows 10 to version 11. So I don't know what's actually happening. Let me add some pictures  Trad: "update needed"operative sistem: 10 v22h2 my operative sistem: Windows 10 V22h2 I will be very grateful if anyone can help me. I meet the "Update required If you would like to install Premiere Pro, you must update your system." when I try to download premiere pro, and when I click learn more it doesn't help because my computer meets all the requirements. I am on windows 10 64-bit
