I bought the CS 6.0 package a long time ago, and I've been happy with it.Recently, I bought a new computer and installed the CS 6.0 programs on it.However, it says that I've already reached the maximum activation count (2).So, I turned on my old laptop and deactivated the serial number there.But it's still saying that I've reached the maximum activation limit.What can I do?

Three years ago we paid a good education price.  It has increased quite a bit.  As we pay for services ourselves this becomes a shock.Anyone else see large increases in yearly billing?

Greetings, I just installed AcrobatXI Pro on a brand new computer, but I get an Update Browser message.  Product ID is ok and not installed on any other computer.  Tried running iexplorer and still get the message.  Any thoughts on what I can do to get it activiated? Regards, Robert

Hello,Few weeks back I downloaded and installed the trial version of AI.  Couple days ago it stopped working.  I tried uninstalling and re-installing but its not even in program manager.  I have windows 10. So I decided to uninstall CC.  CC is in program manager, click to Uninstall and Windows 10 does nothing.  Ok fine, I downloaded the CC UNINSTALLER and immediately get "Sorry installation failed"  - Another installer is current running which must be closed before installing this product.  (Error Code: P87).Before you tell me to look at thread creative cloud installation Error 87  , I already have.  None of these worked for me.  I DO NOT have ANY OTHER Installer programs running.  When I look at task manager, all I see is CC starting and ending right away and disappears.  NO OTHER INSTALLER RUNNING.I have downloaded the FULL distributed installer for CC and tried to launch the installer that way... Earlier today my computer said it ran into an error and had to restart but right after that I had a pop up AdobelPCBroker.exe system error  The code extension cannot proceed because bcrypt.dll was not found.  I've tried uninstalling adobe stuff from my computer to reinstall it but it won't let me uninstall. I've tried stopping the tasks but it constantly shows and frequently reaches 300+ Also, Windows Media Player was removed.

I suddenly have to sign in to CC, then I am told to continue and it reverts back to the sign in. Four days now. I have deleted CC and re-installed. Same problem. I’m having a problem trying to install applications on my Mac, I have an enterprise license. I go to the Adobe website and I can download any application, but the issue is that when I follow the instructions I try to log in in my corporate account, but I can’t. A pop-up window appears saying “Something went wrong, Please wait as we work to fix this problem, then try again. Many of the apps that I once used are not "system incompatible". A few years ago I added memory and installed slightly older versions of apps and things were working fine. I haven't used cc in a few years but was still paying for it but now I go to use them and it's incompatible again. I've been looking and looking to find the versions that work for my system but can't find them. I would like to continue to pay for and use these apps. Is there really no option for me? Hello, I am new to trying to design my web page with Adobe Products.  I see that Adobe offers many app options now for website creation.  I need something fairly simple because I have no knowledge of coding.  So, my question is folks, what exact apps do I need to get to recreate my page and then, how do I get it actually live online through Adobe?  I was told that my purchase of Creative Cloud would accomplish all this but now I see that is not true.  Thanks.

I recently upgraded my imac 2011 (more Ram and SSD), but now i can't download older versions of adobe apps (and i used to have them, before the upgrade). Doing some research i found this website (it shows in this community also) :https://blog.smu.edu/itconnect/2019/12/18/access-older-versions-adobe-apps/ I downloaded the files from adobe 2018 CC. To do that, i copied the link address and puted on a private window in google chrome. The download started automatically. I downloaded the files and opened them. But now it is asking me for my adobe creative cloud credentials. I did not put them, because i am affraid it has some virus and could steal some information from me (like financial, credit card etc). I'm already logged in on the official creative cloud app.Has anyone ever downloaded files from this website and it worked? Is it trustable?I can't upgrade the system in my iMac, so thats why i need the older version. I've alread contact adobe support and they told me they can't send
