Download & Install

Hallo, Ich habe das Programm Photoshop Elements 2012 installiert. Nachdem ich es geöffnet habe, wurde ich dazu aufgerufen mich mit meiner Adobe ID einzuloggen. Das habe ich gemacht. Danach sollte ich die Bedingungen bestätigen. Nachdem ich dies getan habe passierte nichts. Wenn ich dann versuche  über "Foto-Editor" wieder das Programm zu öffnen kommt wieder das gleiche: Ich soll mich anmelden und das selbe Spiel geht von vorne los.

Photoshop won't open on my iMac. When I try to open it, it just sits on the opening screen, with the cursor turning into a spinning color wheel. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop in different ways, and nothing. Everything is up to date. It was working just fine, and then, all of a sudden, nothing. I have restarted the computer and even left it unplugged for 10 minutes, turned it back on, and nothing.  I have work to do.  Adobe please fix this.  

I am going to preface this with the statement that I would need things explained for a novice. I can use the software, the tech end of things is not my strength. Yesterday, I bought a new Macbook Pro. I has an Apple M3 Pro chip. It was explained to me at the Apple store that I would have to Migrate everything from my old (2015) Macbook pro, but then uninstall the Adobe software so that the silicon versions can be downloaded. Which is, of course, where it becomes a problem. I have Muse CC (2018) on the computer and for the life of me it wont come off, even when I use the cleaner. The Uninstall app is red and asks for an update, which of course it cannot do. Annoyingly, I never really used it, I downloaded it to try it out and well, forgot about it. You can see on the attachment the message I get when I double click the Uninstall. Press OK, nothing happens...just an acknowledgement. Press Learn More and I get the article posted on the screen shot. How do I get rid of MUSE?

Hello. I was running CC on my Mac. After all Adobe programs freezed while starting, I deleted the CC and now want to install it on my Mac with Sonoma 14.6.The downloaded installer starts working and then suddely stops. The dmg disappears and there is nothing on my computer. What can I do? Hi,I'm experiencing a similar program.Adobe Creative cloud says there's an updare availabe to version 4.2.0.211.I press "install now" button, the progress bar arrives at 100% then Creative cloud disappear from the desktop. If I launch it again it doesn't do anything.I've tried to uninstall it with Adobe uninstaller and with standard windows uninstall procedure, but I cannot uninstall it (adobe uninstaller hangs, and windows uninstaller opens Adobe Creative Cloud, that ask for update and I'm back to the beginning)I've tried to update it with "CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe" but it stalls at 43%.I've removed the OOBE folder but it didin't work.A few month ago I've installed both Cloud and Photoshop without any problem; now I can only run photoshop.I've also tried to install lightroom but is hangs.

Salut, afin de télécharger Audition, Adope creative cloud me demande de mettre mon mot de passe Admin? Est-ce le même mot de passe que celui associé à mon compte Adobe? Et, est ce que l'admin correspond à mon email associé à mon compte Adobe? Malgré que je rentre mon email et mon mot de passe de mon compte Adobe correctement, Adobe cloud creative m'indique que les informations sont incorrectes? Bonjour, J'ai un ami qui avait acheté il y a quelques années la version 10 d'adobe Première elements et il l'avait installé sur son ordinateur sous Windows 10 (64bits)Or il y a quelques jours en voulant lancer le logiciel pour éffectuer un montage, il a eut un message d'erreur au démarrage empêchant le logiciel de démarrer.J'ai donc été voir et je me suis dit pourquoi ne pas désinstaller entièrement adobe et en le réinstallant proprement. Or une fois l'installation terminée (CD 2 et CD4), je lance le logiciel et je rentre le numéro de série figurant au dos de la boîte et je me retrouve avec un problème d'activation.Le logiciel est en version d'essai de 30 jours du coup et à chaque démarrage il propose de rentrer le numéro de série ou de continuer en éval... Auriez-vous une solution à m'apporter afin de résourdre ce gros problème ? Je vous remercie pour votre aide  

mein photoshop 2024 sowie Beta version lässt sich nicht mehr starten auf Mac 13.2.1 venturahabe es bereits deininstaliert und Speicher ist auch 500 GB frei Lightroom sowie Bridge laufen tadellos.villeicht kann mir wer helfen!

 adobe programs won't open on my desctop computer. They start, the splash screen appears, and then they stop.

Ciao, ho una vecchia licenza di photoshop cs5 installata 1 anno fa in una nuova wacom studio mobile. ho dovuto mandare in assistenza la wacom e ho disinstallato il programma, ora con di nuovo la mia wacom sotto mano ho rinstallato il programma ma mi dice che la licenza è già in uso su 2 pc e non so come fare dato che uno di pc di cui parla è la stessa wacom  da cui lo avevo disinstallato... qualche consiglio su come procedere?

Hello,As is well known, I can install the programs on two different computers (I have one PC and one laptop).Now I would like to set up several users on my PC (3 in total). Can I use PS/LR/Bridge with all 3 users? Or is this not possible because I have already registered two users (PC & laptop)?Can I actually use the version once installed with all users or would I have to carry out a separate installation for each user?Thanks

HelloWhile using and Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, my programs are automatically quitting. I'm getting "Your system has run out of application memory" this is a new thing that's getting worsethanks Steve

Just as of today, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop all 2024 aren't responding/opening.I have a MacBook Pro with 32GB Ram and 4TB of memory. I'm using Sonoma v 14.5 and all apps are up to date.Please help , I have a lot of artwork to get done 😔

Hallo! So i'm not sure what i am doing wrong at this point. Yesterday i had the problem that i couldn't download Creative Cloud (gave me error 205) now after this ist fixed another error occures in Creative Cloud itself. So if i try to install Photoshop or Illustrator etc, after around 20% it gives me error "117". I tried all listed Troubleshoot steps (Disabling Antivirus, Firewall etc) but it seems not to work at all... All those errors started coming up after Re-Installing fresh Windows 11 Pro, before that i never had such Problems Kind Regards

I was using Adobe After Effects and Photoshop yesterday.Then I learned about the Adobe Beta products and downloaded Photoshop Beta to try.Now none of my adobe products will download.I've tried resetting PRAM. Getting CleanMyMac and repairing disk permissions.Uninstalling everything deleting preferences.Relaunching each app with the ALT & CMD to reset.All my billing is up to date!I'm out of ideas.  Please help.VickyPlease help. I have urgent work to do.

Hi everyone,I'm having trouble updating Adobe applications on my Mac using Remote Update Manager (RUM). Despite the AUSST server being connected and the incremental sync running successfully, the updates are consistently failing with a return code 1. Specifically, I am trying to update Photoshop from version 25.9 to 25.11. I've attached the log file for more details. Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks,

My old laptop crashed and I need to re-install After Effects and Premiere but I can only upgrade to Catalina. I downloaed the Creative Cloud app and I ticked the preference for older apps but nothing shows up. The app just reads "System Incompatible."  Is there a way to get a compatible version?

I am repeating installation, trying to clean with Creative Cloud Cleaner and again and again with the same failure - at the attached picture. 

I'm trying to install CC, PS2024, and LR onto my desktop PC after signing out of my Adobe account and deleting the software on my laptop. Having logged into my account on my PC, Cloud says that I have no active subscriptions so I'm not being offered "download" option in Cloud.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello everyone,I'm facing an issue with Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 after having to format my computer with Windows 11. I had some problems with the operating system that forced me to reinstall everything from scratch. However, now I'm encountering an error related to the activation limit of the software.When I try to activate Adobe Photoshop Elements 9, I receive a message stating that the serial number has already been activated on two computers. The message says I need to resolve the issue before I can continue and displays the serial number.I would like to clarify that I use the software exclusively on a single device at a time. The formatting was necessary due to critical problems with Windows 11 that prevented it from functioning correctly. Therefore, Photoshop Elements 9 is installed only on my recently formatted computer. Additionally, I have the program registered to my Adobe account.I tried contacting Adobe support, but I was directed to post on the forum.Has anyone experience

Bonjour,J'ai acheté Adobe Design Std en 2013 et suite à un changement d'ordinateur et de version d'OS, il m'est impossible de lancer Photoshop. J'obtiens un message "Adobe Application Manager, nécessaire pour exécuter votre produit, est manquant ou endommagé.Téléchargez une nouvelle copie d'Adobe Application Manager depuis le site  Malgré toutes mes recherches sur le site d'Adobe, impossible de trouver AAM.Merci de m'indiquer la marche çà suivre.
