I can't get the Creative Cloud App to install on my Mac (Yosemite).  I can download the DMG file, I click the installer and it prompts me for my administrative password, I type the correct password but then nothing happens. I am getting frustated ...

Tenho pouquíssimo espaço disponível em HD no meu notebook e eu mudei o diretório (c:) do meu Creative Cloud para um SSD (D:), que fucnionou normalmente. Porém vários arquivos ainda estão ocupando espaço no diretório original, e pior, há dois lugares com artquivos da Adobe, "Arquivos de Programas" com 328Mb e "Arquivos de Programas (x86)" com 54,8Mb. Posso deletá-los? Os dois? Como?

Adobe Premiere Pro is currently not in the Microsoft Store. After I paid for the app, and downloaded it from Adobe, my laptop showed an error message that says "The app you're trying to install isn't a Microsoft-verified app" and gave me no open to install other than going to the Microsoft store. When I went to the Microsoft store, they have Photoshop and Acrobat but not Premiere Pro. I'm completely stuck -- does anyone know how is the installation supposed to work for PC users??

Recently bought CS5.5 - the product insert says that a complimentary version of CS4 for the stragglers (like me - using XP Pro/SP3).  Inserted the "Content and Installation Help" disc into my cd drive, and nothing happened!  Nothing showed up on the My Computer display either - wondering if it's a hardware issue (system specs are too far out of date for the installer to launch), or if something is wrong with the software.  Same thing happened when I tried to use each of the three application discs.  Any help would be appreciated!

I recently had to reboot my laptop to its settings for 4 days ago, and ever since then I cannot seem to download CC app at all. I don't even get an error message, the installer just disappears after the Initialising Installer stage. I have tried using the uninstaller tool, but when I try to reinstall the same thing happens. This is very frustrating. I did not expect to have to pay for the CS6 products and to not be able to download the software itself. I pay monthly for this service and the more days I go unable to download the software seems frankly a waste of my money. Your help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I´m working on someone elses computer, so don´t know full history. Have a Mac laptop running high sierra(10.13.6¨)..  Mac is early 2011 and at moment she can´t afford to upgrade. So after a system re-install to clean out the garbage, done by tech, who installed all software, before I was involved , she started receiving  messages from adobe that unlicensed software was being used and would be deactivated. So she bought a creative cloud all the apps license. The apps seem to be licensed now,(PS,Al, ID) all showing in Creative Cloud. But she  is still receiving the deactivation message and is worried that soon she will be unable to work. After licensing why would she still be receiving these messages?

Just moved Lightroom over to a new Windows 11 PC.  Loads ok (after installing a needed DLL) but prompted me for the licence code.  Went into my Adobe account, retrieved the code and entered it, only to be told that this is an upgrade code and I would need the original as well.  This, apparently isn't shown on my account.  I have had this software for many, many years and several house moves and the original box has gone the way of many things.  I don't understand why the upgrade code isn't sufficient proof, but any help appreciated

I deleted everything with the word 'Adobe' in my computer (apps, files, installers and Creative Cloud itself) and now I cannot re-install the Creative Cloud desktop app on my Mac. I deleted everything by simply dragging from Finder into the Trash and then emptying trash (stupid, I know - I just wanted a quick fix and didn't bother looking to find the uninstaller apps: uninstaller apps that I dragged into the trash after already permanently deleting the everything else Adobe).I'll add screenshots for where I get stuck, but what happens is I attempt to install and nothing happens. I have tried multiple times starting from the beginning and just re-double-clicking the installer and even restarting my MacBook and trying again from scratch - none of this makes a difference. Please help. Please let me know how I can get round this quickly. I recently received a license for Adobe Captivate, and went to the page to download. When I click the link to download the Window x64 version, this is the error I get: The requested URL /pub/captivate/cp11/win-installer/Captivate_2019_x64_LS21.exe was not found on this server. I can download the Windows assets from the same page with no issues. I have licensed CS6, was running on a win10 system, just deactivated and installed on W11 system, says SN used on too may systems. Account page showing Devices shows 0 devices, so not too many. Help file says start a program and it will ask you to sign in (helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/reactivate-older-apps.html). Nope, just gives a "try again" btn and that fails. Says I have 6 days left. Need this to run. What now?

Hello! For some reason everytime I try to access the creative cloud website to download the application it comes up with Error 500: Internal Server Error with the page saying "This page isn't available right now. Try visiting this page again later.". I've tried everything blogs say to fix this (use a different browser, clear cookies and cache, ect) and nothing seems to work. If you have any ideas or know how to fix this issue, let me know ASAP! Thanks.

I had Adobe Creative Suite 5 design installed on my MacBook device.Unfortunately the Macbook crashed in an accident last year.I had bought and installed Creative suite 5 using the installation CD a several years ago.How can I get the Creative Suite 5 on a new Macbook ?? i know this is an old software but Is there any download site available ?I don't have the activation serial number.I guess the serial number is bound to the old Macbook ,correct ?? what should I do ? my only option is to buy a new license ?  Thanks, Sako.

Is there any way to make my external drive not case-sensitive with out reformatting?  This is maddening adobe cant install to all APFS drives.  It worked fine installing all to same drive when it was exFat formatted, but because of literal 5 minute delays on restarts for Finder to mount exFat I went with APFS. 

I cannot update any CC apps. Every time I try it says Cannot create critical backup because another application is using that location. There are NO other applications running.I have switched off every possible backup on any other apps. I have physically removed the backup drives. I have deleted every instance of any Adobe application I can find. Yet still every time I get the error :64 which is nowhere referenced on the adobe site. See attached screenshot.This happens if i use Creative Cloud desktop app, or Photoshop installation app, all newly downloaded direct from my adobe account  

A few months ago, I purchased a year long subscription for all of Creative Cloud. Today I had to perform factory reset on my laptop. I would like to reinstall these apps on my system, but I cannot find a place to verify my existing subscription so that I can download everything for free (since I've already paid). Everything I've found just takes me to purchase a subscription or start a free trial.

I have a Lenovo Yoga 7  11th Gen Intel Core 12.0 GB RAM, Windows 11 - Adobe Premiere Pro won't install even though it says I have more than the minimum requirements. Please help. Any help is appreciated. 

Hi, can somebody help me with the compatibility of High Sierra ios and version of InDD? I would like to purchase the older version of Creative Cloud or InDesign. Is it possible to get somewhere the 15x from 2020?

Hi All,I'm having nothing but problems using and installing Adobe products.Having had many issues with Elements (Editor Crashing, Organizer constantly loosing thumbnails) I decided to try and install Lightroom.  Successfully downloaded the .dmg file, double click on it and nothing happens. Downloaded again and same results. Rebooted mac and same result. Google around and saw  a comment that creative cloud app is required for instalation to work. So went to my Adobe account found a link to download CC app double clicked on .dmg file, installation starts, then stalls at 45.5% (waited about an hour), quit install and reload, same result with instalation stalling at 45.5%.  Before giving up entirly, any suggestions?? Running on: iMac, macOS 14.3 (23D56) Maureen

Hello, There seems to be a current problem with a Creative Cloud updated which I received yesterday on 6 February 2024. Since I found the solution, I wanted to share it here. Problem description: Every time I select (select, not open) a file or folder in Explorer.exe using the mouse or by pressing a key, I get a 2-3 seconds delay and a wait-cursor. When I want to search a folder that starts with “Test”, I usually fast-type “Test”. Since there is a 2-3 seconds delay for each key press, entering the folder name “Test” takes 10 seconds, and the mouse cursor switches between "normal" and "hour glass" like crazy. I killed all Creative Cloud tasks and services using Process Explorer, and disabled Creative Cloud File Sync in the settings. Nothing helped. I analyzed the issue using Process Monitor, and found out that every time a folder is selected in Explorer.exe , the file C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Temp\CreativeCloud\ACC\ACC.log gets updated and the following t
