Hi! I erased my PC today, and i went to download my adobe apps again but the site isn't working, i can't access. Even with the VPN on or off. Tryed acces on my other PC, and the same happens. Anonimous Tab, same thing.Have any way to download Photoshop without have to enter the creativecloud website?Put an screen print of the error 500 of the website below.https://creativecloud.adobe.com/

I recently subscribed to the Creative Cloud All Apps plan, but unfortunately, I have yet to gain access to download the applications included in the plan. Despite my subscription being active, I am unable to download the apps I require for my work.would appreciate it if you could provide me with guidance on how to resolve it as soon as possible

Hello !I used Photoshop CS5 on my laptop under Win10 without problem : installed from a boxed versionI just updated my laptop to Win11 -On Win11 ADOBE refuses the serial number and considers I'm using a trial version !I paid good money for the boxed suite, it did not have any end date, it suits my actual needs fine, how do I get to use it still ?Thanks for any clue !P.  

We are using Certiport Compass for ACP exams and they say that Windows 11 is still not recommended due some Adobe issues.  We are buying new computers and cannot easily get Windows 10 anymore. This Adobe doc is what Certiport references.https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/windows-11.html#known-issues Is this still the case?  Is Windows 11 cleared yet for Photoshop and other applications? Thanks,Jeffrey @ Ohio

2024 februárjában megvásároltam az "Adobe Master Collection 2023" programot a is snsszelnsszel renlekezz ALL Sotware oldaláról legálisan és kifizettem az árát. A program többszöri újratelepítése után újratelepítése után is, mint illegális, licensszel nem rendelkező üzenetet küld az ADOBE.

I just purchased creative cloud a month or so ago.  I was able to at least go in and create new documents and images on my web.  The entire time I have had the program, it prompts me to send an email to myself to verify my information to launch illustrator (which I have already paid for.)  I do so and then, through the resulting email, I click on the link to launch illustrator.  I get directed to a page asking me to send an email to myself for verification - it is an endless loop.  Getting hold of anyone for tech support is next to impossible.  Right now, I am paying for a program that does not even work half the time.  I am a new user and there are things I still need to learn, but this has been ridiculous.  Any advice?PS - Now I am getting an error message saying that webgl has been disabled or does not work every time I try to launch the beta version of illustrator (which I never had to use before today.)

How can I change smart object opening software...means when I double click on smart object it will open in XD, but I need to change it to illustrator. Please help. Thx!!

My laptop was having some issues and I ended up having to do a factory reset, I deleted everything on it and I'm now trying to reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud, I have the subscription based one, but  my account page doesn't have any download option...I have read some blogs but nothing has worked yet...how can I do it? without having to buy a new subscription...thanks in advance!

Hi. I have Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection. Unfortunately I can't install it. "License has stopped working" message appears. I purchased legal software with a lifetime license and paid for it. The License Recovery option does not work. Please let me know how I can run the program.

Hi,I have Dreamweaver CS6 installed on one PC.  I just cancelled my CC subscription after a year and decided to return to using DW CS6.  However, I get the "activation limit reached" error and it suggests I deactivate DW on another computer.  I do not have access to the other computer and I know that DW was no longer installed on it. How can I reset my activation limit so my CS6 app will work again?  Is there some effective way to get help for this because there I can find no option anywhere to reset the count. Thanks for your attention Steve

Hi,  Having a single SSD of 512Gb divided in two partitions on my laptop (C: and D:), I changed the default installation path of the programs in the registry to prevent my C: drive (80Gb) from being full too quickly. Unfortunately and after having looked for the problem during long hours, it seems that this change of path is causing the malfunction of Adobe Creative Cloud. When I install it it works the first time but as soon as I restart my computer, it loads during a few minutes and then this sadly famous error message appears : "Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve the problem, is missing or damaged. You can try to repair to fix the issue. If the problem persists, download and install the new copy from http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp." Before posting here, I obviously tried (I think) everything starting with using the use of Creative Cloud Cleaner and all possibilities listed on this topic : https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cl

Hace menos de un mes compré una computadora de muy buenas especificaciones, para trabajar con ADOBE, porque es mi herramienta de trabajo. Nunca habia usado Windows 11, ahora lo instalé y de repente mi computadora comenzó a presentar muchas fallas. Se reinicia, cuando la enciendo me manda pantallas azules constantemente. Ya revisé con mi soporte técnico de la marca de la computadora, hice diagnosticos de mis componentes y todo marcha bien. Reinstalé mi windows de fábrica con unidad booteable. Porque debo agregar que no me permite reiniciar mi computadora. Es frustrante, porque no he podido trabajar en casi dos semana y el servicio de ADOBE no fue de mucha ayuda. Solo me mandaron vídeos de apoyo. Ya intenté con algunas versiones anteriores y sigue sucediendo lo mismo.En resumen, mi computadora sin ADOBE, va de maravilla. Pero con ADOBE se atrofia. Y he leído que tienen muchos problemas de compatibilidad ADOBE y W11. Ya no sé que más hacer... Estoy triste porque aparte mi suscripción sigu

As of the last major CC update earlier this year, I can't change the location of my CC installation. Normally I keep all my CC apps in a single folder. I've done this going as far back as CS. This has never been an issue. Normally I just move the app and I get the error message after startup to update the location, but I've also been able to change the install location via the CC desktop app preferences — Preferences > Apps > Install Location.Opening the CC desktop app a few days ago, I noticed that all my apps were available for installation. None of the apps from my current installation were being recognized. I also noticed my current apps were not up to date, e.g. Photoshop was at v. 19 instead of the current 19.1.xx. I tried a couple things, moving the apps back, manually downloading, re-downloading, signing out, restarting, deleting the opm.db file, and ultimately removing the suite and reinstalling.
