Download & Install

I have been using Photoshop Elements 2020 happily for years, on my laptop and desktop at home.   I upgraded the processor and motherboard, which Adobe thinks is a new machine, and has reverted my bought-and-paid-for product to trial mode. It tells me I have used up my two installations, and obviously I can't deregister from the "old" machine.   Support are refusing to help and do nothing but try and force me to sign up for an overpriced subscription. How am I able to use the software I bought on what was supposed to be a lifetime licence?

I need help to re-activate my version of Adobe Acrobat XI Standard.After changing the computers, I've tried to switch the serial numbers to the new machine.At first, I deactivated the license on the old machine, using the "Deactivate-Button", kindly provided by Acrobat.After typing in the serial number at the new machine; I got the message that the serial number is already in use by some machines and I should deactivate the program on those machines.There are no other machines running Acrobat XI and my once working license has vanished into thin air.Any advice would be helpful Regards ToFi

Hi, for about 2 weeks my illustrator app doesn't open telling there is an error with number 102. With that i can't manage my plans and there is no way i can make changes. Please solve the problem.

I have already tried the following steps without success: Used AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe to clean the system.Uninstalled and manually deleted all Adobe-related files.Tried installing individual apps directly (e.g., Photoshop).Tried installing through the Microsoft Store.Copied and pasted the installed files from the old PC (both in "Program Files (x86)" and "Program Files").Cleaned the registry files with CCleaner.I also tried changing the system language to English, as one of the errors mentioned an issue with the "lang." I have Elements, and premier elements 7, plus a upgrade to CS5, I cannot load either on my new laptop, due to a missing driver, my question is, if I purchase the latest versions of Elements, and premier elements, will my CS5 upgrade still be valid?

What software comes with my software? I am having trouble with acrobat or whatever I am supposed to have to open pdf files.  Please help and hurry!

I am frustrated beyond belief! I purchased a PERPETUAL license of Adobe CS6.0 Master Collection back when it was first released. I purchased directly from the Adobe web site. I needed to install it on my Windows 10 machine and was getting errors telling me to update my browser, despite everything being up to date. I then attempted an offline activation due to these errors, and it was then I found out my serial number had been revoked due to piracy. I tried to get help in the online chat, but nobody is available to help me on the weekend. This is beyond frustrating, I use these programs for my work, and I guard my serial numbers with my life. I have no interest in giving more money to Adobe and upgrading to CC if this is how they treat their paying customers. I am expecting a call back Monday morning, but the fact I'm in this situation has me very stressed out as I rely on these programs for my livelihood. I just moved and have no Internet at my new place. I have CC2024 apps installed on my Mac desktop which I'm unable to update. I do have a MacBook Pro which I can take to someplace with wifi but would need download links (I'm currently at work.)How do I get offline installer/updater links to the latest versions of the CC apps? At this time I just need Lightroom Classic, Camera RAW, and Photoshop.

I have a perpetual license for Lightroom 6 and now I can't download. I get a message that says, This installer is no longer available. How can I download it to my new computer?

Everytime i go to install Premeire Pro on my Macbook, it says "If you would like to install Premiere Pro, you must update your system." My macbook is on the newest softwareavailable for mac and has an M2 Pro chip. I bought it for editing Chip:  Apple M2 Pro ChipMemory: 16 GBMac OS: 14.6 Can someone explain to me a way to fix this? I made sure my computer would be powerful enough and here I am with this problem anyway.

Hi - I am trying to install Photoshop Elements 2022 on a new computer after PC Mover failed to successfully transfer it (files were missing).  PC Mover also failed to transfer several old versions of Microsoft Visual C++.  When I tried to install Elements I received error messages about CustomHook_HD_PSE.exe system error and it said that several dll files were missing (it mentioned I think 3 dll's, a different one each time I clicked).  I tried to download some dll's and put them in the Elements folder but I still can't get the installation to work.  The error messages end with "We are unable to install Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 this time:  Error code 183" and the only available messages were a link to get help on the web and quit.  Also, (I don't know if this matters) but I am installing to the D drive as the C drive is a solid state drive and has only 256 gb while the D drive has 2 tb.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Hello, I am very confused and upset about a situation that happened to me today, I received a notification today that over $400 has been debited from my card for a subscription renewal. Despite the fact that I had been trying to unsubscribe for several days, but each time the website would glitch and go back to the home page, making it physically impossible for me to unsubscribe. Another fact is that the renewal was settled in dollars for an absurd amount of over $400, which in my country is half of my salary, I am a student, so it is an additional inappropriate thing that such an amount was charged, because in my country for the package I would pay even 5 times less for a year. I am asking for help because after withdrawing the money, I literally have $6 left in my account. This is very upsetting and unfair that adobe took the money. Hi, when I created the account in Adobe and install a program to try it, I made a mistake with my email address, I put the wrong email and I didn't realized until everything was done. Now I need to uninstall it and I can't do it  because it says that they send me a email verification to my email but I can't see it! because I put the wrong email! please, let me know if I can uninstall the program without any email verification.  thank you

Good afternoon. I signed up for Lightroom CC by mistake. Could you explain to me how I can cancel the program ? Support is not responding. Subscription does not cancel. The money is withdrawn. There is no unsubscribe command in your account. How to be in this case? where to apply?

So mainly I've enjoyed Adobe CC products for a while now. But I'd best stick with Creative Suite instead. So I uninstalled all applications I had installed via Creative Cloud on my PC. I clicked on Uninstall Creative Cloud in  Programs & Features in Control Panel but it ended with a message: "Creative Cloud was uninstalled with errors."I'm using a Windows 10 laptop by the way. How do I get around this issue. Do I have to use CC Cleaner tool?
