Hello, I want to buy a lightrum plus photoshop subscription for photographers. Please tell me, will I be able to use it on different computers? For example, at home on your computer, and at your office on your work computer? Or will I be able to use the programs only on one device?

After a total forced rest of pc, i lost use of InDesign. It was running on last Windows 10 update now i cannot run it. I tried re-installation from cd but program doesnt start. how can I update it with my previous account?

When i double click on the installer, a window opens but will not maxamixe and then freezes. 

i bought subcribe adobe illustration on ipad pro, and i want to use account subcribe Ai on ipad for my laptop windows, can i use 1 account for 2 device differn. please teach and answer my question.. help me

Achei muito interesante o golpe que a adobe aplica, pode testar por 7 dias, mas se cancelar tu vai assinar 1 ano.   Uma empresa deste porte, aplicando golpe no publico desta forma,  provavelmente vao dizer que é bug, mas não facilitam em nada resolver, é uma má fé descarada.  isso incentiva.    Quando se faz uma propaganda, de pode usar por 7 dais cancelar  gratis, e se engana é má fé. Decepção.

I've been having an issue reinstalling Acrobat to a larger SSD.I had it installed to my C drive (a small 250GB drive mainly for Windows) and have now moved all my Adobe software (Premiere Pro, Photoshop etc) on CC to my D drive successfully (a much larger 2TB drive). All software apart from Acrobat.I am continuously running into an error when trying to reinstall Acrobat to the new drive, error 101. It gets to around 30% then refuses to go any further.I have even attempted to reinstall to the C drive where it originally was and the error persists. I cannot reinstall the software to any drives.Any advice would be helpful.

I'm using subscription based CC and it keeps automatically downloading what seems to be sample stock photos to appdata\roaming\adobe\ccx welcome. If I delete the images they come back when I restart my machine. Is there a way to stop this?

I am getting an "Activation Limit Reached" error when trying to open my Premier Elements 9 program.I bought this program outright in 2010 and have been using it sucessfully since then.Suddenly 2 weeks ago I started getting this error, even though I have been using this program on this computer for the last 5 years.How do I get past this problem?

I downloaded the Adobe creative cloud exe file and tried to run the installation, but after I filled in my credentials in the pop-up window I see a white screen and the installation isn't starting. I already tried a lot via forum & documentation, but nothing helped. Please assist me. Thanks!

Can someone help? I have a student adobe account and it already expired. i can't renew it since I already graduated and this is an account from my school's organization. I followed the steps in Adobe FAQs but the link only leads me to this and nothing else:I tried to contact my school organization about it and they do not care about it. I really need to delete my account since I don't like having 2 Behance profiles (I also can't remove behance profile because of my expired account). If there is anyone who can delete this account, it is very much appreciated. I did a clean Windows 10 (10.0.19045 Build 19045) installation on my laptop yesterday and wanted to install Lightroom again.I downloaded "Lightroom_Classic_set-Up.exe" from the website but its not opening, not even as administrator. I then tried to install it via creative cloud but Creative_Cloud_Set-Up.exe is also not launching. I only get the loading icon on my curser for like half a second and a adobe background process for that half second but thats it. I dont have an antivirus yet besides windows defender. Laptop is the GPD Pocket 3 (i7 version)Windows 10 Home (10.0.19045 Build 19045)

When trying to install Adobe Acrobat X I am getting a message that the serial number is not valid for this product.  Is this because the activation servers are no longer available to activate the license?  Thanks!

I needed to remove all Adobe Products from one computer in order to run another program effeciently (Pro Tools), and move my Adobe Plans to my laptop. I explain what I needed to the agent and he emailed me the link to the CC Cleaner tool. It completed but "with errors".  Now, at startup I'm greeted with this lovely message: I went ahead & installed my new program, but it won't open. I don't know how, but I'm sure it has something to do with using the cleaning tool.  I read a post with a similar issue, and the answer given said that the uninstall should've been used, and the cleaner used to clean up any remaining "bits".  I wish the agent would've told me that, however at this point I just need a solution. I'm hoping that someone can please help me out with this. I've never had ANY issues with my computer before this. Thanks in advance for any guidance provided.

Trying to reinstall Elements 2023 after a bad backup restore did not restore the program. I keep getting Error code 199 and have found no help so far. 

Please help me on the issue above.I have an iMac with Apple M1 chip & 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD storage. I tried install the latest version 3.4.11 and got the app freezes all the time. No matter how I did perform rebbot & shutdown. So, I tried install older version which is below 3.4.11, it is still same result. Everytimes I open the app and create new file, it keeps loading until no ending. What can I do?

I was wondering if I could download and install a free trial of the current Photoshop Elements and then use my existing serial number to activate when the free trial expires?  I did download the free trial but it wouldn't open.All assistance will be appreciated.

So I bought my adobe creative suite 6 back in 2014, around 2019 or 2020 I started using the new version so I was paying around $ 20 per month, times are not so good now so I canceled the service and I tried to re install my old adobe creative suite 6 and I get this message saying I have an unlicensed app, I called customer service and they told me after 2019 they no longer allow to install older versions even when I paid for it, it shows in my adobe online account, is not a stolen or downloaded illegally from the internet YET Adobe does not le me use something I legally boughtI just want to use the programs that came with my adobe creative suite 6 Production Premium

I purchased the PS/Premier elements directly from Adobe. Both are downloaded to my Windows laptop. Photo editor popped up with the serial number prompt as soon as I first opened it, but Premier is not doing that. It only prompts me to download the free trial. How do I open and activate Premier this first time? I have a serial number, but can't figure out where/how to enter it.

Ever since I've installed the latest version (December 2020) of Creative Cloud Suite my computer is running very slow, it crashes almost every 5 minutes. I uninstalled the Creative Suite to check and in fact it was that update, and that really annoys me. Also it logs out every 5 minutes, this new version sucks.That's why I am looking for an older version of Creative Cloud.   [post edited by moderator]
