Ich habe unter einer Adobe ID zwei Abos registriert, die sich teilweise überlappen (Creative Cloud mit allen Applikationen und Foto-Abo). Wie kann ich bei der Installation auf einem zusätzlichen PC das passende Abo (hier Foto-Abo statt Creative Cloud mit allen Applikationen) auswählen?

Bonjour,Je suis sur mac os, Bog Sur 11.1J'ai acheté la licence adobe ce matin... depuis impossible d'utiliser une application. Impossible d'en installer une.  Toujours le message "Pas accès aux fonctionnalités de gestion des applications" qui apparait dans la fenettre des apps du creative cloud J'ai parcouru le net, les forum, cette communauté pendant 4h, Mise à jour du mac, rien de neufRenommer le dossier OOB en opm.db.old, rien de neufRéparer le fichier creative cloud, rien de neuf Donc est- ce que quelqu'un aurait une autre idée? ce problème existe quand même depuis plus d'un anParce que pour le moment je n'ai donc plus rien de la suite adobe.. et ça me pose de réel problème Merci d'avance

Hallo liebe Communityich habe versucht die Creative Cloud auf meinem neuen Mac zu installieren, nachdem ich es auf meinem alten Windows Pc deinstalliert habe. Ich kann mich in Safari auch bei Adobe anmelden, er registiert allerdings den Mac nicht als neues Gerät. Beim Herunterladen der Cloud werde ich danach aufgefordert mein Passwort einzugeben. Dieses nimmt er aber nicht an. Bei meinem Windows Pc hat er das quasi selbst gestartet von der INternetseite aus. Wie kann ich denn nun die Cloud verwenden?Lieben Dank und viele Grüße

Depuis que j'ai fait la mise à jour récemment vers InDesign 19 Adobe me demande de régler deux fois 23.99 euros par mois. Que puis-je faire ? Je n'arrive pas à contacter Adobe. Hier j'ai bien été débité de 23.99 euros, depuis ce matin j'ai le message "Nous avons rencontré un problème avec vos détails de paiement. Veuillez les mettre à jour" et "Vous devez résoudre un problème avec vos détails de paiement avant d’apporter des modifications à votre formule. Si vous ne prenez aucune mesure, votre formule sera automatiquement annulée."Merci beaucoup

A friend gave me student edition cs3 for my daughter. Application disk 4 is missing. Is there somewhere I can download it?

The current version of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application on Windows Server 2016 is 5.5.0.617. We have received a suggestion from the Vulnerability team to address 'APSB23-21' on the installed server. The solution provided by Adobe Security is to update the Creative Cloud platform to version 5.10. However, attempts to update the application on the server consistently result in it showing as up-to-date. Even fresh installations of the application only install version 5.5.0.617. Assistance is needed to resolve this issue. 

I am running out of space in my C:DRIVE. I have kept all my Adobe versions of the cloud. When you update, you get the option to keep all versions or uninstall them. My question is, how clean is to manually uninstall old versions of Adobe products , and if I should keep at least the previous version of the software, in case something does not work. My Adobe folder is about 300 Gigs and I wonder if because of the previous versions or that is the size of the Adobe apps.Thank you.

Hi, I want to add a secondary email to my account and I was sent a verification link. But when I enter my password to verify my email it keeps saying the "Adobe ID and password do not match. Please try again".  I then tried removing and changing my email and it comes up with there is a problem removing your secondary email address or an error occurred when changing your email. How do I fix this? My primary email is going to be deleted in a few days so I need to add another email to it. Any suggestions on how to fix this??

I have a subscription.  I can log into my account online and see the subscrition is up to date.  When I double click on my RAW file however, the PDApp opens saying no subscrition found.  I log in with the confirmed Adobe ID I just used to access the website and nothing.  I click the 'Have a different Adobe ID?' fill in the same log in info, and access the website, but still not the software.  I click contact Customer Support, which takes me to the site that says my serial number has expired or is invalid. Yes my comupter is old, and so is my OS - Macbook Pro, Sierra 10.12.6.  I cannot update my PS as it's not compatible with my OS but it worked just fine yesterday, and for the last month. 

Hey thereFirst for all I am quite new to the Adobe Creative Cloud so it could be that I just overlooked something trivial still I don't understand why the CC is not working for my Desktop. I can use it on my Laptop and my Surface and it works like a charm, but as soon as I disable one license so I can use it on the Desktop this ( title ) shows up. I already tried the steps described when you click on the " Get Help" thingy. It didn't work. As soon as the "check for App Updates" is over it comes back. Kind of annyoing when I want to use Photoshop to edit a picture I first need to load the picture on a stick and then edit it on my tablet before I can get it back again on my desktop. ( Also it looks like I am not allowed to get chat support because my account is not 90 days old... Oh well already loosing 90 days of my 365 days subscription...)Looking forward to any helpful advice.Cheers

Hi Everyone, I would appreciate a little help on a problem i didn't find the solution on the forum.Basically : my créative cloud won't let me open or reinstall my apps (see attach picture) Historic :i deleted my adobe apps (photoshop, indesign, illustrator etc) because they were stuck on the open stage, not working (and because, i didn't really know how to deal with that). Now, they're uninstall, not in my computer anymore. I renewed my adobe licence, paid my monthly due, and when i tried to install photoshop, indesign etc again, i JUST CAN'T because my creativecloud acts like it's already installed but the "open" button is unavailable (see the picture attached in the message again).  So i can't download the apps to reinstall and open them.I tried to login, logout, turn off/on session and computer.  Can someone help me please ? Thanks a lot !  Estelle 

Hi I have a issue trying to download Premiere pro. It goes "error 176" and when i search this on the list of error from adobe it says this error don't exist. So i don't understand why i can't download it. Because I just downloaded After effect, Photoshop and Illustrator whithout any issue. I precise that it write that it's impossible to download it in my local disk.

Je dois le remplacer car il arrive en fin de vie et je suppose que cette ancienne version ne sera plus compatible avec les nouveaux MacOS. Que devient alors ma licence. So I have Photoshop CC (2015) trial plus a few other apps. They all refuse to uninstall (through drop down menu on Creative cloud app) because of an encountered error during uninstallation.They don't tell me what the error is and when I click the "more info link" it's a blank web page.I've tried the Creative cloud cleaner but photoshop, media encoder etc etc does not show up. Only thing I can uninstall through cleaner is the Creative Cloud app.I know they are on my computer because they show up in my programs list and start bar.Any help will be great because they are taking up a lot of my needed disk space.It has been years of trying but still no progress

Just purchased the Photographer plan. I have downloaded creative cloud. My account will not allow me to download LRC. It prompts me to "try" or "buy" LRC even though it should be included in my plan that I have subscribed to. I clicked on "buy" just to see if it would prompt me, and it states that it is already part of my subscription but does not prompt me to download. I have been trying to figure out for the last hour how to download to my mac laptop and I am getting very frustrated. TIA.

Hi, our office is moving and we need to purge a TON of old software install disks we've kept around for some reason. We currently have 5 valid licenses for CS6, which we still use on occassion, along with our CC subscriptions. But we have old CS1-CS4 disks, and even a ton of Photoshop 7.0/Illustrator 10.0/InDesign 2.0 disks. All disks have serial numbers written on them. We have about 4-5 copies of each.  I know that these don't have any value for modern users/computers/etc. But I wonder about nonprofits, schools, or even 3rd-world countries that may have old Mac computers that can't run new software?!?  Seems a shame to have to destroy or somehow recycle all these if someone somewhere could get a little use of them. - Options? Legalities? Thanks!

Hello there,  I purchased a license for elements 2023, while installing i get a customhook_hd_eo.exe error that the program cannot be started. I tried for debugging purposes to install elements 2024, and that works just fine.Seems to me the customhook_hd_eo.exe file for the 2023 is corrupt. Assistence would be appreciated. Regards.
