this morning i want to open my adobe but suddenly logout from my account I re-enter my license but there is an error message deactive to old computer, please help me

This is pretty frustrating. I had creative cloud and some apps installed on my pc with a subscription through my job. After leaving that job I uninstalled the apps and creative cloud. (idk why, i know its a nightmare uninstalling these programs). Now months later I want to install creative cloud again and get my own plan.When i try to run the CC installer (Creative_Cloud_Set-Up.exe) nothing happens. I dont even get a splash screen, nothing. i checked my pc's app logs and saw this unknown error. i have had other CC issues before and literally had to reinstall windows to fix them... i really dont feel like reinstalling windows.I have tried many things, the uninstaller, the clean up tool. different things i have read in forums and nothing has worked. I would like some help solving this issue.Now to put Adobe on blast really quick.I tried reaching support through the chat and it was frustratinglly usless. they ignored my issue and just kept pushing me to pay for a plan. telling me the issu

I'm on a Mac and CC 2017 photography subscriptionabout a month or so ago, a little blue spec started appearing in the lower right corner of my CC icon in the menu bar (from time to time).What does this mean? I've looked at each category of the CC drop down and nothing seems to show something new etc.thankstom

I bought Photoshop CS6 in 2012. I now installed it on a third computer after the first two went out of use. Photoshop was removed from both. The serial number is not accepted on the third computer. Is there any way to reactivate the serial number?

when that im trying to update creative cloud, its stack at 88%, and gives me error 184.and it continues to do so, even after im restarting my pc, what that the adobe support website tells to do in case that you are getting that error code.

Hello! Until yesterday I had Illustrator and Photoshop installed on my computer, in their 2020 versions. I needed to format my Macbook and uninstalled everything. Now, I open my CC and the option to download does not appear for me. Only the message "Incompatible" appears. Where do I download older versions of Photoshop and Illustrator for my Mac? It is from 2011 and has MacOs 10.13.6. I really need to work, please help me! I have deadlines.... 😞Olá! Gen:Variant.Babar.287036 I started getting Error 202 with updates to Adobe Creative Cloud. I used the CC Cleaner Tool and removed Creative Cloud. I also ran my ioBit cleaner which cleans registry, scans for virus, and all that. I kept getting the Error 202. So, I did the most radical fix...I reformatted my drive and started from scratch.I reinstalled Windows 10. Then, I installed my ioBit Advanced SystemCare Ultimate. Then, I attempted to install Adobe Creative Cloud, with my Windows Firewall and ioBit Firewall turned off. Advanced SystemCare Ultimate reported and quarantined "Gen:Variant.Babar.287036" during the Creative Cloud install to C:\Users\*my user*\AppData\Local\Temp\adobeTemp\{B1291439-45ED-B135-E6900B25738D}\ADC\HDBox\Set-up.exeAny ideas to resolve this?Also, Adobe Creative Cloud seems to run for a bit without problems. Then, needs an update. Throws an error. Will not clear the error until I use the Cleaner Tool. And then, repeat cycle. Would really like the Error 202s,

Hi,I have just purchased a new laptop and am trying to install CS6 apps through AAM onto it, but everytime I go to install a program it says 'Installation Failed' and 'Administrator privileges are required to install. Please retry, or cancel to install later.'I am using the administrator account, and its the only one on the mac.Have tried finding answers to this but none seem to work. I'm stuck!!

Hello,i am a customer with en active Adobe Etla contract and use the Adobe Apps as subscription.Photoshop, Acrobat and co.i still have installations of old version of Creative Suite like Photoshop CS4, CS5, CS6. Acrobat X. I purchased perpetual Licences in the past but cant find them anymore. if the same user has an subscription licence of Photoshop or Acrobat Pro can he use it to downgrade those old versions of the same products?in Case of an audit, what would be the risk having those old versions CS4, CS5 or Acrobat X. Thank youRegards

I'm about to move from a M1 Mac Studio to a M2 Mac Studio and was thinking about using the migration assitant. However, I've heard a lot of things about Ceative Cloud Apps not transfering properly and having to reinstall. Is this true? What would route would you suggest, clean install or migration assistant?

I just purchased Acrobat Pro. When I click on the Setup icon, I am redirected to the purchase/free trial page.

I'm a longtime Photoshop Elements user, but I just got a new MacBook Pro and my old version of PE won't work on the new laptop, so I wanted to download the trial of the new version of PE to give it a try before purchasing.  But no matter what I do, I can't get it town download the trial version.  If I click on "Get Started" on the Free Trial page, it just directs me to the next page, but no download appears to have been started.  So I click on "Try Restarting Download," and again, nothing happens.  I am logged into my Adobe account.  And I've tried on both Chrome and Safari and gotten the same result.  It's as if the download links are broken.  Any suggestions?

I ahve readed about the servers acivation down, and a million of posts of 2018 with invalid instructions and dead links.There's any activation method valid and not considered piracy? There's an alternative download like the one that does not require activation? Thank you.

Ich habe eine Lizenz für Photoshop Elements 2018 und Premiere Elements 2018.Ich habe gelesen, dass ich die Produkte zuerst unter meiner Adobe-ID registrieren muss, um dann einen Download zu erhalten. (Mein neuer Laptop verfügt leider nicht über einen CD-Player, sonst könnte ich einfach die mir vorliegende CD einlegen und die Programme auf diesem Weg installieren.)Wenn ich nun versuche, die Produkte zu registrieren, bekomme ich den Hinweis, dass die Seriennummer bereits verwendet wird.Wie kann ich die beiden Programme auf meinem neuen Laptop nutzen? Ich danke euch schon vorab für eure Antwort!Viele GrüßeMarion

Hoy adquiri la licencia de adobe, deacargue los archivos de a web, photoshop, after effects y creative cloud y NO ME DEJA INSTALAR NINGUNO, lo ejecuto como administrador y simplemente no hace nada, no me da ningun mensaje de error, simplemente no se ejecuta, inente descargarlos desde otra pc y si me dejo entonces el problema esta en mi PC pincipal, ya inente usar el CleanerTool de Adobe, cambiar configuracion de Antivirus y Firewall, tambien cambie de usuario a un usuario administrador y no funciona nada, alguien que pueda ayudarme?

Hi all, I have purchased Adobe plan (Photography plan (20GB)) some time ago that includes Photoshop. However, when I log into CC app on my laptop I don't se it under the "Apps in your plan" section. It's under "Apps to try" and is asking to purchase a plan gain. My subscription is not new, I have it for over a year. Why is that and what can I do to install PS? Thanks,Antonia
