I originally had used another card to use as “payment” to get the photoshop trial since I had no money in my own account. I had used the trial version and then manually cancelled before my trial time was up. I thought everything had gone through, afterwards I then bought photoshop with my own card. But the other card is still being charged, even after I cancelled the trial. It’s been charged twice already, yet there is no billing history of it on my Adobe account! Please help!

Hello , Adobe forums moderators and members.I want to install Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 v16 , but when i launched the Install.app file , i got the error message below :Obviously , the Adobe Support Advisor is discontinued. I searched the Adobe forums for solutions (Using the CC Cleaner tool ...) but the problem was not resolved.I'm using macOS Sierra Public Beta 2 , which compatible with CC (I searched in internet about the compatibility).The same problem is happening when i try to install the last version of Adobe Application Manager, which i downloaded yesterday from Adobe website.I did also check the installer log file under /Users/mydirectory/Library/Logs/PDApp.log and 2 errors lines are there for every installer launched instance : 08/01/16 08:55:55:841 | [ERROR] |  | ASU | PIM | PIM |  |  | 21948 | File '/private/var/folders/bh/8dhwr2s92gnbqsy1ypfdt8480000gn/T/AppTranslocation/C5AAEDF4-2E49-4FBE-AF9A-BFAC6872B2BF/d/packages/core/PDApp.pimx' is missing. Download upgrade CS 5.5 is possible but since is was an upgrade it asks for the previows CS 2.0. When the serial number of the previous CS2.0 is typed is does not recognize the number. Can anybody help me with this?

So, I've been trying to solve this now for like 4 hours, but can't find anything.I've done everything. Deleting OOBE, renaming it to old, deleting adobe stuffs in hosts file, reparing it, uninstalling it with creative cloud cleaner, downloading and repairing MSV 2019 and so on, but nothing helped me so far... Any idea?

So...I received an email to an account I reserve strictly for family. Because this email is a first name only, it occasionally gets used fraudulently by people creating accounts wherever. It is not the primary email for my account here, but is a verified secondary one. When I received the email asking "Fake Name Here" to verify the email, of course I did not click on it. I mistakenly assumed that would be the end of it. That was a few days ago. Today I get notification to that email account thanking me for downloading an Adobe product, which means the account was now active. So I logged in using the email they pirated (for lack of a better word) and reset the password, since the emails come to me. My email was checked off as verified (a lie) in the Adobe account settings. I then contacted customer support to get my email removed from "Fake Name" account.Long story short, after a ridiculously long chat with someone I alternated in believing either wasn't fluent in English or was a 'bot

Hi. I'm trying to obtain a case number so i can submit a form for a license transfer. It can't be done on the help centre as i don't have any active plans. My account only has the Creative Cloud registration details on it. Any idea how i can get a case number in the UK? Thanks!

Good morning, I hope I'm in the right forum!Two weeks ago I tried to download Adobephotoshop cc from this site, I completed all the steps and entered my credit card details. When I had to download the application, it showed me a Text with an inscription that says based on your IP address in Germany, the application cannot be downloaded, and then I left it. Now I check my account, they have withdrawn 59.48 Euro without offering me the service, so I could not download Adobephotoshop. What do you think has happened to you? and do you have any ideas where i should report it as a case?Thank you for any suggestions!Roland Hoxha

I'm now looking at options for a different tool to use as NOT having this feature is wasting a HUGE amount of my time each time I use your product.  PLEASE make this right ASAP.  A quick search in the forum shows tons of other frustrated folks looking for this same tool. Not as many as I'd expect though. Guessing because they all found those answers and cancelled their subscriptions and went elsewhere. 

I can't use the Illustrator app and am prompted to buy it, but it's included in my plan

I am in a bind, and only have 7 Days to figure this out, or my software will stop working, or so the screen message says. I manamged to install the applications but now I cannnot activate them. Some info; I am on a Mac mini 2018, installed Adobe via Paralells desktop 18, in a guest OS macos sierra. I had downloaded the dmg install file directly from my account, which I have and entred the serial number. It says I am not connceted to the internet. Yet I am, I was able to download the apps. I have gone through the steps of fixing or adjusting my interst conncetion but still no luck. I found the registrering offline info, and even foenloaded an online repair tool from Adobe, but thst did not work. I really need this for a class that uses the software, and I cannot afford the expensive subscription plans for the cousre of 5 months for the class. I do not see why I cannot use what I already have.

Hello - I have an iMac [wireless] desktop computer - my student version Adobe Creative Suite 5 (Master Collection (and CS4) was integrated onto my desktop from my laptop - installed latest Apple update, MacOS Sierrea 10.12 - now my Adobe Creative Suite no longer works, the apps will not open - error message reads:  To open "Adobe Photoshop CS5" you need to install the legacy Java SE 6 runtime -  (same message reads for any of the Creative Suite apps) - I have contacted Apple who troubleshooted the problem and they referred me to to you - please help, I am a Graphic Designer and need my applications to work - thanks

I have an HP Z2 SFF G5 desktop running Windows 11 and I have no issues installing and using CS4. I also have an HP ProBook 440 G9 laptop with Windows 11 and I get the following error: "The installer database is corrupt. Please contact Adobe Customer Service."   I understand that CS4 is a very old program but is there anything that I can try to get it to work on the laptop? I'm assuming that there is something about the laptop's hardware that the program doesn't like. Thank you in advance for the help.

When I login with my existing account, creative cloud app is just loading forever and forever. I tried reinstall, format my computer, install previous version of cc and so on. All of those thing  doesn't work. Finally I tried login with new account created ten minutes ago and it work. I think something is wrong with my account. What should I do?

So, back in December 2017 when I started working, my boss was nice and got me Illustrator, since I requested it to get my job done. I'm basically in charge of the account, because I'm the only one using the product, he just pays for it.Last autumn, the card that was used to pay for it was removed from the company use, and at the end of the year, Adobe started sending me emails, saying they couldn't renew the yearly subscription to Illustrator because of a billing error. I went and updated the billing information on the account to a new card.Adobe kept sending these emails, and at one point, I wasn't able to use Illustrator anymore. If I go to check the billing information on my account, it shows the information of the new card on it, obviously, since I had updated the information.I contacted through the help chat to Adobe and they got me a new subscription to Illustrator, and I thought everything was fine. But opening the Illustrator, the "billing error" message popped up anyway. Conta

can some one help me for my issue?, its been couple day I try to fix my photoshop and lightroom. when I run the software it telling me that error code 202. Already contact the adobe support 4 times and there no solution for this, many way they try but still no progress, Im using windows 11

Hello!I'm not English native speaker, so I try explain myself as best I can.I have a CS5 master collection license.I can install the software and it works fine.The problem is when I try to register this license into my adobe cloud account, I'm receiving an error that tells me something like: "the provided serial number is invalid".If I try from CS5 software, it fails because CS live isn't active.What am I doing wrong?I can't find any mail to contact with adobe support in order to know what should I do.I purchased it on a web that sells bulk licenses as an original and unused license.If this license isn't, I need that adobe team contact with ne to verify it in order to "have a talk" with the website...Thanks.

Like billions other across the years, I have a question:How on earth you change the installation path of the creative cloud and the consequent apps, eg photoshop?but most of all, why... why with the whole population used in these days to receive an installation prompt: "hey where do you wanna install our software?" adobe designers has decided to remove such prompt and instal the creative cloud and photoshop straight to C without asking the end user?In posts like this one:https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/change-path-of-installation/m-p/11113862or video like this one:https://youtu.be/uqBP2EvcLsU?si=eSrl3uy6rbDbjEUe&t=231 are saying that you can change the path in the creative cloud app (why???) but apparently the UI is changed and when I go to "apps" not I guess "all apps" I do not have the nice clean design I see at the linked page or in the utube video, I just see plans and app to try.thanks

The Mac install for Adobe Acrobat 9 in the adobe downloads says its unavailable. I purchased the license for it. Where do I download that software?

I currently can use the apps as I am still signed in however the app launcher doesn't reach the Adobe servers, I already reinstalled the app but it didn't ask me to sign in again. The issue is still the same. running Windows 11 with the last update
