Hi, I have macbook pro M2. Macos Sonoma. On opening after effects app i'm getting error saying We can't verify your subscription status. How do i resolve this problem?. Please help 

Yesterday I bought the entire Creative Cloud pack as I need those applications for studying. I had no problem downloading and installing the CC manager app, and I was planning to install Ps, Ai and Id today. I unfortunately had to update my drivers for another reason, but had some problems with my laptop so I loaded a recent save on my laptop to uninstall my updated drivers, and since the save was made before I installed Creative Cloud, it uninstalled that as well. Now that I'm trying to install and open my CC apps again, nothing works : It installs the setup file, I open it, the installation starts, then nothing. The installer closes and the setup file disappears, and I can't see any trace of the installed apps on my laptop. I've looked everywhere in my files and on my control panel. I'd really like some help here if possible.

Hallo zusammenich habe mir vor 2 Tagen das Foto Abo zugelegt aber kann leider keine Anwendung installieren.In meinem Account steht: "Die Verwaltung dieses Abos wird in Kürze möglich sein."Wie lange dauert es denn, bis das Abo freigeschalten wird?  Danke Gruß Thomas

When I try and change the email address on my Adobe ID I get this message:  "Your account changes couldn't be saved."   No explanation of why they can't be saved or what action I need to take.    Could you let me know why I can't change my main email address and how to fix this?  Thank you.

I decided to get a contract with Adobe for $43.99 a month on the Black Friday sales last year, all of a sudden the payments have now jumped up to $80 (I'd assume the original contract ran out) and the fact that it will cost me $430 to cancel my account in ridiculous and surely can't be legal (considering there was no prompt or anything for a renewal of any contract and it just automatically started up again)

Hello Guys & Gals,First let me say hope you all have a great Holiday Season (Christmas).That said here is my questions.I own quite a few programs from adobe and have many from other companies.Now I am concerned about my adobe software and here is why.I use a vpn, lots more then i did before and with other companies I guess the software reports to them and it saw my license in different countries multiple time a day. So they were auto-deactivated as it looks like other people in different countries are using my software keys.I connect using my vpn many times a day to different countries so I can view stuff I cant get where I live currently.I've had vpn for two years buy just recently started using it lots.So right now i am in multiple fights  trying to get my other software from other companies re-activated.That leaves me a bit worried about my Adobe software as it is a bigger expense then all my others put together.Am I going to have the same issue with my adobe software when

Hola, llevo meses con un problema, desactivé por error mi Adobe Updater y ahora no encuentro como volver a instalarlo, me sale que ya no está disponible en mi país, por ende mis actualizaciones automáticas no funcionan. ¿Alguien que pueda ayudarme? Estoy ya desesperada ya que ni el soporte ténico de Adobe ni Apple me han sabido solucionar.

I am trying to install a previously licensed version of CS5.5 onto my new Macbook Pro.  I logged into Adobe Worldwide Licensing and tried to download the installer, both via the "Download" and "Download Manager" buttons.  I get as far as completing the download, opening CS5_5 Design Std folder, double-clicking "Install", and then receive the following error in a popup: I'm not sure what to try next - any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi all, sorry if this has already been asked, I wasn't able to find a relevant thread by searching. I'm trying to use my creative cloud storage (1tb) as my cloud backup of my hard drive which contains pretty much all my photos from the past 6 years. When I try to upload using the creative cloud app on mac I get an error telling me that I do not have enough free disk space on my computer. My goal, as stated, is to backup my hard drive to the cloud without saving the entire hard drive to my laptop, which obviously isn't possible or desirable. How can I backup the photos from this drive to the cloud without saving them to my computer? That seems like the entire point of cloud storage.

I'm not sure what happened, but suddenly a bunch of my already-installed Adobe programs that have been running fine for the past year on my Win 11 computer can no longer run. They all give me this "please uninstall and reinstall" popup message.At first, the CS4-CS6 programs all reinstalled just fine. Only CS3 can't reinstall, and I decided to give up on it since I figured it might be too just old. A few days later, the exact same error occur. This time, CS4 and CS5.5 can no longer uninstall and reinstall. Only CS6 reinstalled successfully. There has been no new Windows updates, no errors, no BSOD, no suspicious downloads, and antivirus detects no virus.I uninstalled the programs via Programs and Features, and they tell me "program is already uninstalled", but the folders still remain in Program Files. I used the Adobe Cleaner and nothing happens. Trying to just forcefully reinstall on top of the broken one without uninstalling cannot work. The Installers simply gave me errrors. Th

I have a Windows version of Creative Suite 6. Will it work on my iMac 2017 with a 3.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5? To further complicate the issue, this is an upgrade to CS5 for Windows (which I also have).I know it's old, but I only need it to touch up photos of friend's babies and that's not worth $264/year to me Thanks to anyone who can help!

Does anyone know how to reach Adobe to purchase a copy of Adobe Experience Manager, I specifically need the Adaptive Forms piece.  I have had no luck talking to Adobe sales on the phone. I called and was on hold for an hour. I spoke to someone on chat and they gave me a phone number to call, that was the same number I used to go on hold for an hour. Does anyone know what a license/subscription costs for AEM - Forms? Help!

Bonjour, Je me rend compte que sur ma liste d'applications installées sur mon PC , qu'il ya adob photoshop 2023 et adob photoshop 2024 à 4.6 Go chacun. les deux sont à la même date 23 octobre 2023. Est ce que c est normal et est ce que je peux désinstaller le PS 2023 et laisser que le 2024 ?Merci d'avance pour vos réponses!
