Got an update so it works on Windows 10.

I've been using Pf for a while now and can't remember which theme I am using.  I was thinking of trying a different theme but so I can get back to the current theme if I need to, I'd like to be sure of which theme I am currently using.  How do I check? Once this is resolved, would I be correct in my understanding that I would just need to go to themes and press 'Continue Editing' on the current theme to get back my current theme with all it's personalisation? Any help would be much appreciated.

I am unable to log in to adobe lighteoom on my computer yet I pay a month to both subscription. Please can someone sort this for me at adobe. Thank you

I had CS4 loaded on my old laptop running Windows 7-- no longer working. I need to open old CS4 files on my Windows 10 laptop. Looking to load my original CS4 CD on Windows 10 for this purpose. However, there is some confusion on activation. I have my original CS4 CD and serial number on hand and would like to know if activation with my original serial number requires online activation since I have discovered that CS4 activation servers are no longer operational. Will my serial number activate CS4  without the need for online activation before I decide to load the CD on my Windows 10 laptop? Desperately in need of opening old files. I have no need to upgrade to the cloud suite. I am not a design professional. Thank you in advance.

i an a broke college student and I went to cancel my subscripton because I haven't been using photoshop much at all and I noticed that I have a $54 cancellation fee. When will I be charged this cancellation fee? Does it charge me at the end of the 14 days following cancellation? Or right away? I don't get paid till this Friday and I am very low on money. I really don't want to get charged for overdrawing my account because of this cancellation fee.

Hi, 8 years ago I bought Photoshop CS5, and now i cant install this program to macbook. How i can fix this problem?

Couple of day ago, I wanted to cancerl my adobe cloud monthly subscription. I conctacted a representative, he said he did it. This morning i checked and the plan is still there. When will it be removed. Next payment is in 3 days. The infamous cancel button is not there either. I tried other browsers, didnt work, button's not there.  Contacting support is clearly close to impossible. I have been trying to do this process for a while, has never worked. I can see in the forums that its a prevalent problem. Can someone cancel my subscription and delete my account so I never have to touch adobe with a 10 foot pole again? thanks

I am working on an animation that involves placing images of a fixed duration (ie 2 sec) in a timeline one after the other, and having them scale linearly (no easing or bezier). I attempted to use Premiere Pro for this, and I found Premiere could not animate linear scaling on separate images without introducing "easing" which ruined the effect of the continuous animation I am trying to achieve.  (If you'd like to read more about that you can view my post here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-bugs/cannot-achieve-smooth-linear-scaling-animations-in-premiere-when-using-multiple-images-or-layers/idi-p/13945500#M12142 ) If Premiere is not the proper tool at this stage for accomplishing this, should I instead be using Animate or After Effects?  Does anyone have any experience with whether linear scaling on multiple images is more dependable in one of these apps (instead of Premiere)? Or, is there some inherent reason why that can't be achieved when animating c

When I try to run any Adobe software installed through Creative Cloud, it launches the application and shortly after shows me an "Error 205." i just subscribe the CC, but i cant download the apps cause of my machine not compatible. can i know how to download older version.  tried click direct link, but no email received. after a while there no option for direct link too.. my macOs is 10.13

I've been experiencing this issue for about a year until today I happen to complain when Adobe fill fix the sign in problem that I saw many others had asked. The issue is, I only work on one device. For example, say I signed in to Creative Cloud and Photoshop. They've already took up my "2 devices". Then if I open Audition or Prepiere Pro or any app, it asks me to sign out of one of the apps. That means, I can only use two of Adobe's products at the same time, which apparently should not be the case. Even if it's a fresh install, and I've signed in to Creative Cloud to download Photoshop, after I open Photoshop, it doesn't know I've signed in and asks me to sign in again, and takes up another device. I've been logging out and in for a year, so this solution doesn't work. Neither does signing out of everything. It's such a pain doing it again and again especially when Adobe softwares are not cheap. Best,

but what is the consequence of uninstalling the previous versions? Will I not be able to for example open an InDesign document made and saved in a previous version?  What could be the reason why you would need a previous version?  I looks to me like they just take up a lot of space ....

Hi,I have a lightroom 5 for desktop and have been using it on two computures (desktop and laptop).Recently my laptop was repaired and all apps were removed. So I was trying to re-download the ligthroom but download link says it is not available anymore. It askes me to buy cloud subscription or buy Adobe Lightroom Classic even though I actually have it already. I have a serial number and I don't want to buy the app that I already bought and have. What to do?

How long is it possible to download XD or better – is ist still possible? A colleague of mine tried to but as he has gotten a new account the XD download/install button doesn't exist anymore. Does this mean that we have to switch from XD which we worked with for years now within a few weeks? 

Anyone getting 'incompatible' notices with PS or IDD version updates?Nothing has changed...plenty of space, etc.

I tried to install Adobe CS6 Production Premium on a new computer and it told me that the license has reached the maximum number of uses. One of my old computers will not turn on so I can not deactivate it on that one. I deactivated it on my laptop and now it won't work on either my laptop or my new desktop. I tried uninstalling it on the laoptop and reinstalling it on the desktop and it still will not work. Adobe online chat support says they can't help me. What can I do?

Ok, this is an interesting situation-my operating system is on a relatively small drive-to keep from filling it up, I located PSCC on my HDD internal drive as I have more space there. I also changed the download loacation to this drive.   All was good until my SSD died-I didn't need to reinstall PS as that drive survived, but the  CC page is showing "install" on my apps page-Bridge too-meaning I won't get any new updates.  Perhaps my preferences were on the failed C drive-which nothing was recoverable...how can I get those back without a conflict loading it all over again? Hi all, So I have been searching on here and youtube for a fix and I have tried everything except re-installing the full creative suite. I went the %appdata% route as well and that didn't help at all. It is SO frustrating. Is there any other way to fix this? It only affects my Photoshop. The other apps work fine.  I am almost out of options here... RegardsFaeez
