Download & Install

I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium on disk.  I went to install it today and when the installation got to 2%, it stated "Please insert disk AdobeDesignWebPremium6-EnglishJapan to continue".  I only have the one disk.  Why is it asking me for another one?  I see others have the same problem, but were downloading from the website.  Someone please help me.  It would take forever for me to download, that is why I purchased the disk.  I'm desperate and behind on my work (as I was supposed to receive the disk weeks ago, and it just came to me today).

Hello.  I own a Photoshop Lightroom Bundle and it's showing in my Adobe account with a serial # and registration date of Jan 2016.  At some point, I upgraded my computer and never reinstalled the software as I don't use it that often.  I would like to reinstall it but Adobe chat says they will not offer any support for this Bundle and would not even point me to where I can download this software that I clearly own a serial number for.  I know the software were not part of the creative cloud.  I think they were called Classic, but I have no way to look it up now that I don't have the old computer. Anyhow, does anyone know where I can download the software?

I activated a one Year Subscription via Product Key. It worked and said that I can use CC until October 2021. Now I try to open Photoshop and it says I have no Subscription.Afterwards I login into my Adobe account on Chrome and see, that I dont have ANY Subscription anymore. There is none in my billing history or any trace of any subscription anywhere.I cant contact the Hotline because i dont have a subscription anymore ._. HELP

I had this for a temporary employment in Sweden and forgot i had it. Now i have been charged for two years every month. Can i do anything to get a refund for the years inactive?  

I paid for my adobe account today, but there are still trial version errors, etc. i'm running into it and I can't log in to the account. In the billing section, my payment paid today does not appear. I've also tried all the steps in the support section.

Hallo zusammen,kann Photoshop und Photoshop Beta nicht aktualisieren (Mac), obwohl die Button vorhanden sind. Blau unterlegt und links in der Leiste stehen 2 Update. Beim Klick auf den Aktualisieren Button passiert gar nichts. Beim Anklicken von "alle Aktualisieren" wird der Button kurz hell (als ob was passiert), nach ca. 3 Sekunden wird er wieder hervorgehoben und es fand keine Aktualisierung statt.Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

I only signed up for a trial and somehow it put me to a yearly plan, and now adobe wants me to pay a cancellation fee? OH boy this company is starting to be the biggest rip off known to man kind.

I cannot download apps as it tells me that is the US site and I need NZ site

I was able to get a Pagemaker 6.5 CD to list in my Mac OS 11.3 disk utility with 2 listings on the CD: PLDS DVD-RW DS8ABSH Mediamounting point: External Adobe PageMaker 6.5 Plusmounting error 49153 I do not know how to open the application...any help?

 I am not even sure if this is the right community for seeking help with my issue, my apologies if that is the case, but I am a desperate man. I cannot change my adobe password. I wanted to add my phone number to add a second layer of authentication. So I go to the adobe website and I click on the login link. I enter my email address (I am not using Google or any other login provider). Then I get a screen that says that they need to verify my account. They then send a 6 digit code to my email. I receive the code, and enter it. The site accepts it and sends me to my account page.  After this, I click on my account page. I click on the Add button of the Mobile Phone section. And then it sends me again to the authentication page. I enter my email one more time. And the Continue button never gets enabled. It just keeps spinning there: I went to chat with an agent, and I am going to list all the things they told me to do. None of those work: 1. Tried with

I tried to get rid of all the Adobe products on my Macbook the other day because they're sitting around gathering dust on here while I use them on my primary computer. Everything went fine until I came across the frustration of the Camera Raw plugin. Rather than look up how to delete it like a normal person, I went straight into my Macbook's Library folder and manually deleted pretty much every file associated with an Adobe product. This was a very stupid thing to do, as not only was I unsuccessful in deleting Camera Raw or the Creative Cloud application, now the Uninstall utility and Diagnostics won't even open. I have angered my Adobe overlords and I repent miserably. I have already tried re-installing Creative Cloud. Everything is still broken. Please spare some advice, and let me know if I am entirely screwed and will need to replace my hard drive.

I'm paying an Anual, Monthly plan of $31 a month to have access to all of Adobe Creative Cloud apps, yet I only have access to the basic apps:I wanted to try Premier pro as it's an app that should be available to me, yet I see "Try and Buy" as the option when it should be install with my plan...Does anyone know what's going on here??Thanks!

Hello,I'm having difficulty to download premiere pro for windows. I'm able to download premiere_pro_set-up.exe file but beyond that, I couldn't download and install the program.I'm sure that my firewall blocking the connection and I have added *.adobe.com to be excluded from firewall but still no success. Is it possible to get the exact download link to premiere pro so I can added it to exclusion list on my firewall? Thanks in advance.

This may seem like an obvious (or not) question, but all I can find is that I can only use the apps on 1 computer at a time...

I've been trying to download Adobe updates for some weeks, but only got the connection errors 113 and 118. I have spent hours trying to solve this case with the support, an not the least to get useful answers on exactly what Adobe software that need access to Internet, but the support seems very reluctant in giving any detailed information about this. All advice I get is "use another ISP" (how easy is that, even?), "use wired internet", "turn off virus and firewall protection" (there is a reason they are there) and so on. The lack of any real interest in helping me solve my case made me give up Adobe support after five (5) long sessions. When we hade gone through the list of A-B-C questions, the chat got silent. No advice, no questions, no interest. After a while I figured it out by myself.After reading this article about firewall settings; "Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud download, install, and update issues ", I thought it should be enough to give Creative Cloud Desktop App access.

I have just about about finished my 30 day Creative Cloud Trial and will sign up. However, I am also in teh process of choosing a new macbook to  run it on. I don't have a laptop at the moment I have been using my iMac for everything. What I want to know is, is the new MacBook Air which was  launched yesterday  powerful enough to run Adobe creative applications? A macBook Pro seems like the obvious choice but as this is my second computer and I wont use it as much as my iMac  I am mainly focusing on weight  and price - I wil mainly use it when travelling a couple of months each year but I still need to work effectively with Creative Cloud. Can you please advise?

I have to reinstall the creative cloud app every time I restart my iMac.3.6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i3MacOS Ventura 13.4 (22F66)
