Email templates not showing up in Starter templates folder. Is there an easy fix or do I have to download and install?

In mobile view when the toggle is pressed the navigation appears but is hard to see.  I want to add a permanent background that appears which will highlight the dropdown menu.  Right now the background shows only when hovering.

Hi everyone. I now have my website finished and online thanks to your previous assistance on a couple of occasions. I noticed a couple of things I wanted to change and made these changes in my local site. I tried syncing them to the remote site, but the changes are not showing ONLINE. What is the sure proof way that any changes made will be updated online. Is there an easy straightforward way to copy the local site changes to the remote and then work online. In version DW8 all I had to do was click on the file in the local site and drag over and drop on the same file in the remote site and click on REFRESH. don't see any refresh facility on CC2017. Thanks for any help.

Hello,i seem to have lost the ability to select an element in live view and it would select it in code view as well and vice versa.Also after selecting something it would normally show some options in the css designer, but now nothing happens. I've tried relinking my css file but nothing worked. this only happens on a specific website.I would appreciate any answers, thank you

Please feel free to let me know who to better direct this to if not possible in Dw! I am hoping to create a contact form which has 2 separate comment boxes and 3 separate submission boxes (where someone can upload their pictures). What I am looking for is a way that I can get dreamweaver to email me this information (two paragraphs and three pictures) in a specific layout - i.e. each person's submission to come in the same layout - such as the two paragraphs on the left side and the three pictures on the right side so that they all fit neatly in a box I can then insert into InDesign. Essentially I'm creating a magazine month-by-month and hoping to spare myself the hassle of manually doing that each month to each person's submission! Now I write it down and reread it I'm less convinced that this is possible in Dw! If anyone knows if it is or what program I would require to do this please feel free to send along suggestions! I may have to hire a programmer to do it?! Thanks! S.

The Bootsatrap JS folder of the Dreamweaver CC 2017.0.1 comes with the "jquery-1.11.3.min.js". But at this time the updated version is the "jquery-3.1.1.slim.min". Is it Ok if I delete the 1.11.3 version and replace for the 3.1.1.slim.min? Anybody tried this? Might be conflict? Orientations, please.Thanks a lot.

The program crashed and I restarted my computer but every time I re open the program it says it is not responding. Then when i eventually get it to work and try to add something this pops up? I am not sure how to go about fixing it.

I purchase the dreamweaver extension "PHP Advanced Search".  The site says I will find the application under the server behaviors menu.  How do I access this, and how do I make sure my extension is installed? 

Hi,I am using Muse to create a website at work to be based on our rather restrictive network. I have finished the site and exported it to our test server however it isn't working. I believe this is because our internal web policies are blocking the links to JavaScript on external servers. The link being - http://musecdn.businesscatalyst.com/scripts/4.0/jquery-1.8.3.min.jsI have downloaded the blocked file and uploaded this to Muse as an asset, not sure if this was the right or wrong thing to do. I have then input some code to the page properties of very page, this being - <script  type="text/javascript" src="/includes/js/jquery-1.8.3.min.js"></script>This code is exporting into all of my HTML when I export the site but the standard JQuery include is still there. Can you advise how to disable this?If not can you advise anything else that might solve might problem.Thanks in advance.

I have searched and failed to find an answerOn my remote server I have to load into a folder /public.html  which is one of several folders inside the  / folderWhen I upload from my local folder the files go into the / folder not the /public.html  folderI cannot find the setting to sync with the /public.html folder. Probably obvious but defeats me.Can anyone advise?Peter

I'm writing this post since I can't figure out why is Dreamweaver CC behaving weird when using Google fonts in html5 webpage.I have attached a picture of exactly what I am talking about.All major web browsers correctly display the font, but for some reason Dreamweaver CC cannot display them while in LIVE view (mode).The weirdness comes from the fact that in Dreamweaver CC and in most web-browsers the English text is displayed correctly. Plus, I have inserted the tags <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"> and <html lang="bg">, even tried with <html lang="ru"> but still cant reach the success...Thank you in advance. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I stopped using DW templates and now use include files.  But recently I searched my whole site looking for unused CSS rules.  Because search said 'not found' I deleted those rules.  I now realise some of those rules were used, inside the chunks of included code.  Is it possible to ensure DW also searches inside these include files? Am using DW CC 2017

Had CS4 loaded on computer.Used it, did a couple of websites.Got CS5.Didn't think I needed CS4, so uninstalled it.Find that I'd like to use Dreamweaver CS4. Tried to reinstall it, and noticed that any CS5 programs that are already installed, (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc), don't show up as options to even load anymore?Is there a block from CS5 to prevent any other CS4 programs from installing on the same computer??

That sounds fine, reference to other discussion, which was locked before l could reply. I was not thinking about writing vanilla css in a sass/less file but no reason why not . Keeps it all in one program.

My co-worker and I are both using Dreamweaver CC 2015, and attempting to validate pages for XHTML compliance using the integrated W3C validation tool. We both have it set to use HTML5 if no DOCTYPE is detected, to display errors and warnings, and with no errors or warnings filtered.The documents we're validating DO include XHTML DOCTYPEs, so I'd expect the same results regardless of the computer that the code was being validated on, but we're getting drastically different results. When he validates a particular document, he gets no errors or warnings while I get 22 errors and 3 warnings (all errors and warnings appear with "[none]" at the end of their descriptions rather than "[XHTML 1.0 Transitional]" as errors and warnings appear for him on other documents). When I use the W3C's online validator (The W3C Markup Validation Service ) rather than going through Dreamweaver, and validate by direct input, I get no errors. Would there be another setting somewhere besides Edit > Preferenc

My website structure has two problems with Safari.The final element on the page (logo) may appear superimposed higher up over the page.Content in the main content area may not appear at all.I've been knocking my head against this and can't identify the problem(s). Okay I just paid $239 literally, to buy the Dreamweaver software. The Preview in Browser does not work. Once I shut down my computer and start Dreamweaver and make edits to my HTML document, no changes are made in the Browser Preview. I refresh the Browser a hundred times, still not working. I check out the forums for a solution, and the only solution was to "restore your settings". But then I have to go back and REDO all the modifications I made to the interface.  So does that mean I have to do this every single time I close and open Dreamweaver? Please, please tell me no....

I uploaded an .mov file to our server ok. When I insert a link to it, the code shows in as an image file.How do I link to it as an .mov file?
