I built a new Acrobat Pro package for deployment via Intune. Although I added Acrobat Pro to the package, only Creative Cloud installs. I need to have it also install Acrobat Pro install as well.  Any suggestions?

We are looking to replace Adobe IMS with our own SAML auth on the author instances for AEM Cloud.Is this possible?

Hi we always only ever had one user tht has a license purchased under a personal plan (account set up using work email).  We now have a second user so am now using the admin console.  The new users license was purchased and assigned from the admin console.  How can i pull in the other license?  I added that user, using the same email address but it doesn't show the license assigned to him (it does show if he signs into his personal account). 

Just a quick question, how can I enable Creative cloud storage for an end user. It's advising them it's disabled due to organisation. When I go onto the admin panel I cant see the option under storage to allow this user to use it. Kind Regards

Hello everyone,I have been looking for a solution but can't find it. I have the licence adobe for enterpise and when i log in on the web it says "included in your plan" and i see all the apps (PS,AI etc) however when i log in my creative clouds or click on "Acces your apps and services" it says i can "try" the products even though it is included in my plan.i have tried reinstalling and logging out and logging in and all kinds of stuff but nothing woks. can someone please help me.

Hello everyone. I hope all is well! I recently have gotten an email telling me that I have to pay a yearly bill for the adobe subscription that I have not made or remember that I made from my school email. I want to cancel it by contacting the admins/staff directly but couldn't. Is there any way for a staff to take a look and help me out on this please? Or give me an advice? I tried using the "ASSISSTED SUPPORT" on Enterprise Support, but I keep getting "We're sorry.You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator."  I tried contacting the admin by calling the school and being transferred to the right room, however, they told me that I must contact the admins in here to have it removed. If there's any way to get this removed before it's too late. Let me know quickly.  Thank you.

I assign them, but the welcome emails dont get sent and the users can activate them. Anybody got a fix for this?

Bonjour, depuis bientôt 1 mois je n'ai pas accès à l'application Creative Cloud ainsi qu'à toutes les applications qu'elles comprend. A chaque fois que je lance l'application, un message d'erreur apparait ne laissant place qu'au désespoir de passer encore une journée sans aucune de mes application préférées: A chaque fois que je clique pour me connecter, la pop-up s'en va, mouline un peu et réapparait avec le même message d'erreur. En effet, impossible d'avoir accès à aucun des services de Creatives Cloud. Aussi le menu burger en haut de l'écran à gauche est innaccesible. J'ai essayé de faire tout ce que j'ai pu :- Désinstaller toutes les applications pour ensuite ré-installer : n'a pas marché- Relancer l' "Infrastructure de gestion Windows (WMI)" : n'a pas marché- Supprimer le fichier opm.db : n'a pas marché Rien n'y fait...Je suis étudiant et je ne peux plus travailler depuis maintenant 1 mois.Aidez-moi à trouver une solution svp !!! Voila les liens que j'ai suivi

Das Teams Abo zu kündigen, scheint bei Adobe unmöglich zu sein. Alle beschriebenen Wege sind nicht vorhanden, ein direkter Kontakt per Chat oder Telefon nicht möglich. Das riecht ziemlich nach bewusster Kundendeinformation, wenn nicht Abzocke.  Also ich möchte mein Abo kündigen, das morgen abläuft.  Das geht aber scheinbar nicht. Und auch in den Themen-Stichworten taucht das Thema nicht auf, ein Schelm, wer dabei böses denkt. 

The background was that I used school email to register Adobe account, but opt for service myself, so there is a personal account and an enterprise account assoicated to my account.When I try to manage my personal account, there is identity verify prompt: "For your protection, please verify your identity."->  I choose "Continue with Google"-> Jumps to "Choose an account for", I choose "Personal account"-> After Google login validation, it jumps back to the first page "For your protection, please verify your identity" "Continue with Google"This is an infinite loop, and happens when I try to login from different device. Even if I try to add different identity verification methods, I must verify my identity first and come back to this log in loop. 

I have an enterprise account and want to cancel my subscription however, the manage plan button does not appear and I have tried to contact support but it tells me to talk to my enterprise admin but we don't have one! I just want to cancel my subscription so I don't have to keep paying heaps of money when I'm not using it enough.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hello,We use Windows 10/ 1803 and have deployed the creative cloud desktop client to some 100 users, we'd like to stop this application from launching on startup as standard, can anyone assist me in doing this?I've had a long look at related registry keys but I could not find anything.Thanks,Adam.

This morning I got two emails minutes apart. The first said...NOTIFICATION: Your Adobe Creative Cloud for teams membership will soon be cancelledThe second said...System, you no longer have system administrator rights for Our Organization-Deleted-Org.The only way to contact support is to log into the admin console - which I can't do.What now????

Hello, I’m working for a video game company and some our teams are interested in using your software “Mixamo” to create 3D characters for our games. Before doing anything, I would like to make sure that they can use this software free of charge for commercial purpose. I couldn’t find any legal document on the Mixamo dedicated website (https://www.mixamo.com/#/) and there is no mention of “Mixamo” in Adobe General Terms of Use or in the Additional Terms (https://www.adobe.com/legal/terms.html). Could you please redirect me to the appropriate legal document framing the use of “Mixamo” ? If there is no such document, could you please confirm me that we can use “Mixamo” free of charge for commercial purpose and indicate me the requirements for this use of the software (if any) ?   Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi all!We need to contact Adobe-support but I cant figure out how!?All the links just takes me around in a circle, I can never find the option to contact Adobe.Could someone please help!?

We have several users who are not able to update their applications (specifically Premiere) past version 22.6.2 and we need them to be on v23. Despite doing everything listed in this Adobe Support document including a full reinstall of Creative Cloud, they still can't update their applications past version 22. We do not have any restrictions on any of our users as far as what versions they can use.  Anyone have any ideas as to why this might be happening? What are we missing?

Is there a way to trigger the Adobe Genuine package to update? My desktops are all popping in my vulnerability scanner with a priority 3 vulnerability  that's over 30 days old "Adobe has released fix to address this issue in Adobe Genuine Service version 7.3. The customers are advised to refer to APSB21-27 for updates pertaining to this vulnerability." Why are they not updating themselves, and how can I trigger it to update? Real bad look here...

Hope you are doing well. It is annual renewal time for our 250 Adobe licneses.VIP Teams license currently.Considering the Enterprise license.Currnet process to add users is to buy more license on the portal and assign via CSV bulk load.I run a monthly report of termed employees and do a bulk remove to free up licenses.I am looking for a more dynamic way to manage user adds and removes.Will Enterprise link with my AD and add or remove users based on a specific AD group?Thanks. 

It appears that our former IT company setup an admin account that manages our Adobe users.  Recently our Acrobat license disapeared from our accounts. We can not re-add them or even contact support because we do not know what this admin account was. If we try to open a support ticket or add a product ourself we are just redirected to a message telling us to contact our admin.  Unfortunaetly the IT company no longer exists. Is there anyway Adobe can upgrade one of our other users to an admin or even just give us the email associated with the current admin account?

We are using Federated IDs and are synchronising the Adobe Adminconsole with Azure AD. Now there seem to be some problems and we want to delete the current setup and do it anew. This process should not take more than 20-30 minutes.Do we have to consider anything in general? What happens to the users that are using or trying to start Adobe Applications in those minutes, where we have no synchronisation?Will the recreation of the connection delete all users in the Adobe Adminconsole?Can we create the new synchronisations before deleting the old one?

I've been struggling with this glitch for a while now. Every time I try to enter the creative cloud app or install any app from the website, it keeps spamming me with that one message. Whenever I click on the sign-in button, it keeps spamming the same message. I really don't know what to do. I tried to delete all the files and reinstall but it never worked. Does anyone have the same issue or even a solution??

I created an isloated install package for iMac.
