I'm trying to find a way to see latest activity for users for Create Cloud. This would include reference to user and product in Creative Cloud Suite. Aim is to gain better view of who wihtin my organisation is using which Adobe products on a regular basis.Is there a report somewhere that may give me this? Could also be connected to log in audit log data coming from the login of users.

Hello. I work as technical support in my company and the company decided to bloack Google Chrome and only use Microsoft Edge. So if we try to open or use google chrome with our accunts it will et blocked by conditional policy. And we have a user that tried to open Adobe Creative Cloud app on her machine and she's getting blocked by conditionall policy, saying that the application is trying to use google chrome to open it, instead of Microsoft Edge. I've already check and Microsoft Edge is the default broser for the mchine and Google Chrome is not even installed on the user machine, but for some reason the application keeps trying to open with Google Chrome. I've rebooted the machinebut the issue persists.  Is there a way to change the default browser for Adobe Creative Cloud in registry editor so that instead of opening with Chrome, it only opens and functions with Edge? This morning, a number of my Enterprise Single App licenses expired.I decided to migrate several of the affected Users to FRL for Premiere/Media Encoder.  Not one single installation has worked, whereas other Users in the Enterprise have done so successfully.**Five different Macs, varying OS versions up to Catalina.**Different hardware platforms.**Every single one, until this morning, was running Premiere 2022.**Removed all previous Adobe products.**Removed Adobe content from hidden Library folders**Multiple reboots, all system updates appliedNow I cannot successfully install any version, including 14.8 and 15.1 and 15.2 - installation packages which others HAVE successfully installed.Installation attempts return with an unremarkable "The installation failed - The installed encountered an error that caused the installation to fail.  Contact the software manufacturer for assistance"Would appreciate any feedback....

Hello, Just trying to create a secondary business profile under my adobe account. I have personal and business.  I can not find anywhere that allows me to create a new one.  And there is nothingin an y of the help files that explains it.  That all talk about how to switch between and where to see them, but nothing shows you how to create one.  I'm sure i'm missing something simple, but it's driving me insane.  Thank you for any assistance,Jeff

Hi community, We have several product profiles and I'm working in an audit to understand which permissions are assigned to each Adobe Analytics profile.Using umapi, I'm able to get all de profiles groups, but I get no much more information.Is there any way to get the permissions assigned for each product profile?Thank you!

I have two mac computers.  I'm logged into Adobe Cloud with the same email address on both.  I only use Premiere.I'm trying to have one Team Project I can sync back and forth.   When I saved one Team Project on one computer (and published it), I can't see it on the other computer. Why is this?  How do I get it fixed?MacBook Pro & Mac Pro (Tower). Newest Mac OSes.  Newest version of Premiere. TO REPRODUCE:1) Create a paid account on Adobe.com.  $79/user.  I have 4 or 5 seats at this level.2) Install Premiere and Creative Clound on Mac_1 and Mac_23) Sign into Adobe account on Mac_1 and Mac_2 CC and Premiere desktop software.4) Mac_1.  Premiere.  Create a Team Project.5) Load that Team Project full of data. Publish6) Launch Premiere on Mac_27) Open "Open Team Project" THE PROBLEM: I can never see the project from Mac_1. EXPECTATION: I can download and open that project on Mac_2.

Titel sagt es eigentlich schon. Mein Arbeitskollege und ich arbeiten in einem Netzwerk, wo eine NAS als Datenablage dient. In der NAS sind ebenfalls die ganzen Projekte abgespeichert. Dadurch, dass wir beide mit getrennten Rechner auf die Projekte zugreifen, gibt es öfter Probleme beim Starten (Fonts fehlen, Einstellung in LUTs sind verhauen...). Nun zur eigentlichen Frage: Gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Umgebung so zu Synchronisieren, dass weniger Probleme entstehen? Ich hoffe, dass ich mich gut genug ausgedrückt habe 😕😕 Liebe Grüße, Vince

I recently graduated high school (yay!) which meant that my adobe subscription ran out unfortunately. Luckily, my university offered it for free with my course that im doing (yay!), but i cannot access it for some reason. I tried to log into creative cloud but all the app does is open, display an error message that says "you have been signed out, please sign back in" and then when i click the prompt that says "sign in" the message disappears for a moment and then comes back. after a while it stops displaying the message and im left to watch the loading wheel spin forever. I cant login.When i login on the web, its fine! i can do that just fine! but as soon as i try to install creative cloud or any other app it just displays the previously mentioned error message. Ive basically deleted the whole adobe suite from the entire system and then reinstalled creative cloud about four times and nothing is working. it still seems to remember that there was an old account that is no longer active b

Hi!I'm trying to deploy a self service package of Adobe CC, in hopes of easing the burden for us in IT regarding updates and packaging etc.From reading your documentation I understood that this will allow users to install their programs & updates by themselves, without the need for administrative privileges.I've run into a program, however, when launching Adobe Creative Cloud for the first time as a non-admin user.I get a message saying that it needs to be updated, I proceed with this. After reaching about 2% I get a UAC prompt.If I close the prompt the update window will be stuck on 2%. This will not work in our environment seeing as the goal was to eliminate any need for admin rights. What I'm wondering is what exactly is causing the UAC prompt? What program (exe) etc? Seeing as the Creative Cloud application is already launched.I think it's a bit unclear when you state that self service apps are the solution for environments with non-admin users and yet when launching the Creati

My users are receiving the emails from Adobe Sign where it states:Attached is the final agreement between:Company NameJohn AndersonRoman Akantis and 1 more 'Company Name' is not showing the correct information. Hi! Acrobat versions 2022.002.20191, 2021.007.20099 have been tested. Full uninstall / reinstalls performed. All but one or two members on the team experienced this problem 09-15-2022. The one user that is not experiencing the issue often / at all is running on version 2015.006.30527. Sharing a PDF for review using network locations. Some of these are mapped drives in some cases.   Send for shared commenting -> Network folder -> next. Next step all options have been tested unsuccessfully. (Send using adobe acrobat / save a local copy and manually send later) This hangs at "Status: Saving the shared review-enabled PDF file...." then errors with the one in the title.  I have had one user have moderate success after uninstalling, re-installing an older version, 2021.007.20099. After enough time for the audo updater to run and update to 2022.002.20191, it seems to be working for that user.  Most folks can successfu

Hello,I would like to ask if it is possible to manage passwords in Adobe Campaign Classic in a way that allows us to add some logic such as:Force the newly created user to enter their password on their first login.Establish a minimum security criteria for the creation of the user's password (length, upper/lower case, use of special characters, do not enter the user's own name in the pass, do not set previous passwords...).Account blocking after a maximum number of failed login attempts.Force change of passwords after certain periods of time. Have a log of login/logout performed.

Hi. I created a design portfolio years ago in Wordpress. I've recently updated my website by creating it in Adobe Portfolio using one of the templates. When I click publish I believe I can connect it to my previous hosting site. Does that mean it will automatically remove the website that was built in Wordpress and replace it with the new one created in Adobe Portfolio?

Hello everyone. I have a problem with the admin console account. I have a package for all programs with cc for teams. My one-year contract ends this month. My account says I need to contact technical support to cancel or change my plan. However, I have no way to contact you, neither by phone nor by e-mail. I don't know who to contact about this.
