Hello team, We have an issue with Adobe products and kindly would like for your help!The main part our company’s team is located in Ukraine, but due to the war, it could happen that some of company specialists have to work remotely from Poland. Therefore, we badly need to clarify information if there are any country restrictions for Adobe products in use? Are those specialists allowed to use licenses in Poland, which were purchased locally in Ukraine through VIP program?Also, our company has branches in Poland, Bulgaria, Brazil... Should we purchase licenses separately in each country or in one of these countries?We find answers by ourselves, but information looks somewhat doubtful and questionable, that is why we decided to address you for advice. My school offers the adobe-programs on the school-owned computers. To be able to use those you do however need to log into you adobe-account evertyime you open any adobe program on these computers, although you simply need a log-in an can access the adobe programs even without having a subscription of your own. I would like to buy the adobe-package to be able to use the programs on my personal computer, which I then would be using the same adobe-account for as on the school computers. Would buying the package with my already existing adobe-account, meaning using the same log-in for the school computers as for my own, cause a problem? Is the fact that I currently for free can log in on with my adobe-account and use the programs on the school-owned computer something that could be disturbed by me buying my own subsciption with the same log-in? Unser Problem ist, das immer zuerst die Creative Cloud auf den Clients installiert werden muss, damit der jeweilige Nutzer sein lizenziertes Programm (Indesign oder Photoshop) installieren kann. Zur Installation der  Creative Cloud benötigt der Nutzer des Clients bei uns Administratorrechte, die er nicht hat. Wir würden die Programme Indesign oder Photoshop lieber per SCCM paketieren und so auf die entsprechenden Clients verteilen.

I had canceled a Photoshop plan on my enterprise account in April, because I got myself All Creative Cloud Apps subscription on my personal account. I have still been charged up until now for my Photoshop plan which I have received a confirmation e-mail for when I cancelled it. Now it says that I have a Photoshop plan, but there’s no way to cancel it. I have tried the chat bot and I called the help line.I could barely hear the person on the other side of the line, I could hear my voice echoing back to myself louder then theirs, not mentioning the constant background noise. I tried to spell out my e-mail 3 times but they kept telling me I am not in the system and don’t have a plan. I was on another line earlier, with a very helpful person who told me that they found my account and can see that I have an enterprise plan and they will redirect me to the relevant line to handle this with all of the info. The documentation for the user management api details adding an AdobeID, and creating EnterpriseID or FederatedID.  All my user accounts are of the identity type: BusinessID when viewed in the web console, but userType: adobeID when returned from the get user UMAPI endpoint.  When creating a new user via the UMAPI - am I supposed to add an AdobeID, create an EnterpriseID, or is there an undocumented endpoint for creating a BusinessID user account?  I've tried creating a test user with the "do" action of "createBusinessID", but recieved a 400 bad request.  The UMAPI seems to be neglected what with the deprecated endpoints with no replacements, the notification stating that an update will be provided by end of 2017, and the Github samples dating to 2017/18 (assuming when the UMAPI was created).

When I log into my Adobe Developer Account Console, it lists me as a "User" (not as "Administrator") and does not provide a place to Add/Manage Users to the account. It should be listed under "Quick Links", but it is not listed there or at all anywhere in the account. Please help.   Tom King<personal info removed-kglad>

Hi all, I have just got 17 Adobe licenses but when I assign them to some users sometimes they aren't getting the license once they have signed into adobe and installed the Adobe Reader DC software, for some users it works straight away and the Upgrade box appears as soon as they sign in for others it takes a restart and I have had a few users that it has not shown at all for. The steps I take when installing- -License users in Adobe Admin Portal-They receive setup email and sign in with Adobe ID they just created-Install creative cloud/Adobe Reader DC-Sign into Adobe Reader DC (some users get the upgrade box others don't as stated before) Anyone able to shed some light on this such as why, how to fix and how I can gaurauntee everytime they sign in I can get the upgrade to work relatively easily. Thanks,Wudwo

I have a personal Creative Cloud account on my personal laptop. I paid for a separate Creative Cloud account for a temporary worker to edit files in Adobe InDesign on their own laptop. They are no longer employed, and I need to access/download the files they created. I have the sign-in, but I can't access their InDesign account on my laptop because it will only recognize my account. How do I get access to their files?

We have ended up with 2 different email addresses linked to Adobe IDs - 1 for apps and then another for our stock access. I need to combine these 2 accounts as they are for one business (and get rid of the old email address and just use the correct company one) but cannot find a way to actually contact support for help. Have found this exact topic in the help section and it says to 'contact us' but going round in circles online through the links listed and not finding an actual contact phone number etc - can anyone help please?

I received an email this morning from Adobe indicating that our enterprise account had been closed even though we took no action to close it.  Any ideas?

I am having CONSTANT permissions problems that are seriously undermining my workflow with Adobe CC. I use InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and all are affected. There is something very wrong happening with Adobe CC and Mac permissions when you are using the program on multiple users on the same machine. Perhaps the problem could be solved by installing into each user folder instead of system wide, but that doesn't seem like a sacrifice users should have to make. I get Error Code 16 and a more fatal error of "Unable to launch Adobe InDesign as you may not have sufficient permissions to access the preferences folders. Try deleting the preferences folders and then restart Adobe InDesign." I have changed permissions in Application Support a million times. Sometimes it fixes the problem, but then it comes back. It is a constant and annoying dance. This most recent error I have deleted preferences, uninstalled/reinstalled, etc etc and it won't fix.Adobe, this is a serious problem. Please

Hello, I have a problem with installing any programs from the Adobe website. On my profile it shows that I have my subsription plan etc. but when im trying to download it white screen happens and it only shows text ,,logging with enterprise ID"and I cannot do anything.Is there any solution for this?  

I have a question about using individual licenses and Teams.Now everyone in our organization uses an individual Photoshop license. but we want the use of 'special' programs such as Indesign, Illustrator and Premiere to be able to shift between different people. Can we use an individual Photoshop for everyone and then put the special programs in a team and then distribute them where necessary? In other words, can you combine or alternate individual with teams? I imagine that someone has Photoshop (individual license) open, and then picks up an Indesign (teams license) job, and doesn't want to close/loose their Photoshop…

Hello,I am having this "incorrect free space" problem, I did DELETE all the files from local disks and deleted PERMANENTLY from CCloud web site deleted folder, so I have ZERO local files, ZERO files in the web interface yet I have 47Gigs occupied on the Creative Cloud.Is there a way to clean up this mess or at least see what is occupying the space?

I'm admin for a Business ID account with several subscriptions, paying with debit card. Somehow on my bank account statements I see accounts that have been charged where the sum doesn't match those on the invoice which gives me accounting issues. Anyone who have experienced the same thing and knows how to solve it or why this happens?

We are using Adobe for Teams in our company.We were migrated to new Adobe storage and all users were migrated from Adobe ID to Business ID automatically.When I assign a Creative Cloud license to a new or existing user in the Admin Console, it is automatically assigned to the user in the personal profile. The license assigned to the user is an "Adobe for Teams - Creative Cloud All Apps" with 1 TB of storage (see screenshot).If the user selects Company Profile, it shows that no subscription is available.What do I need to do to assign the license to the user's company profile?

I am a teacher and all of my new students have been entered as Users in our Adobe for Enterprise account. I have checked again and again and they all are listed as Active. Creative Cloud and Adobe Photoshop have been downloaded to their computers by our IT department. However, when they try to login..... After they enter their email and password, they get this 403. That's an error message. Emails and passwords are correct. Our account is not faulty as I am logged into Photoshop on my computer and my returning students have also had no problems. Please help me resolve this.  

I have two classes of Computer Applications class using Express. In both of these classes most students are able to get in with no issues. I have have some students in each class who keep getting access denied messages. Same login process for all using our district gmail accounts. I have tried using different browsers, but no luck. The help desk has been less than helpful.Very frustrating! This is my first year teaching this course and I'm regretting developing my curriculum around using this platform.
