trying to enforce multi factor Authentication, system says navigate to Settings > Privacy and Security > Authentication Settings, In the admin console for my company I have Settings > Privacy and Security > Security and Privacy Contacts.  How am I suppose to enforce password security or 2 Factor Authentication?

Hi all, One of my clients got alerted about the Adobe Target VEC Helper-plugin going to be changed to Adobe Experience Cloud Visual Editing Helper-plugin. They ae now asking: When they first implemented Adobe Target VEC Helper it was seen as a SaaS-solution, but is this plugin – and the Adobe Experience Cloud Visual Editing Helper-plugin actually a SaaS solution? And if it is – why do you think so?

Hi, I am trying to save workflow priority by setting priority through workflow process step. However, the property is not getting set to the item even after commiting the change as per the below snippet. In crx/de it still shows the priority as 0(which is 'MEDIUM').  Any suggestions here please.   NOTE : I have give system user all the required permissions (read,write, modify). Thanks Raviteja K    

As far as I know, the SDL license does not provide cloud functionality.The premiere pro auto text caption, Adobe Fonts, Lightroom CC and XD plugin features are not supported.In addition, I would like to know all the cloud features that are not available in SDL for each program.

This is regarding one of my customers.They've had a bunch of users removed from admin console.They have been removed by the system.Why does this happen?And what should we do?

Hei,I have my Adobe account with organization linked today. And I get a new job and the new organization will pay for my account. How can I move my adobe account under a new organization without loose the contents fex. Lightroom cloud photos. Or is there any easy methods?

After spending hours trying to cancel my account, I am still unable to cancel. We should contact our local government representatives and ask them to create a law that forces companies to make account deletion simple and straightforward. The new law should force companies to give refunds if their cancellation procedures are lengthy or irrational.  Adobe make it difficult to cancel because they want to take your money. Ethical companies don't operate this way. 

Hi. I've been reviewing how we use the storage options available to us and we're looking to move away from sharing personal libraries from a single account and to start using the team libraries. I've spent quite a lot of time looking at it and there's one thing that I'm still not 100% clear on.When creating a new library and selecting where to save it to, I have two options, one being "Personal Storage" and the other being "Everyone - *Storage repository name*". What I'm struggling to figure out is where that was created/controlled? I've looked under Storage -> Shared storage and I can see two locations on there, one being "Everyone" and the other being "appdata" but I can't see who created and I can't click on them to edit/view anything about them.At the moment, this is the biggest blocker for me to feel happy about moving the team over to team libraries as currently any new team libraries are visible by anyone with a license, but surely that can't be the only way for it to wo

This error message appears in most of the 'big' Adobe apps, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc. but I couldn't find a better place to post it. My school has the full Creative Cloud suite on many devices, with Shared Device licensing, which are set to auto update, and some have been recently been receiving the update to 2023. When these apps now open, they load correctly, but then come up with a smaller window over the top, simply saying 'access denied'. As far as I can tell, this is to do with Cloud Sync, which isn't part of the Shared Device Licensing, and not something we want to use anyway.The window can be closed, and everything works fine in the apps, it's just annoying and confusing for the users.This only occurs when users log in to the softwares with their single-sign-on / federated ID, which doesn't have cloud sync capabilities (as mentioned above). If they sign in with a personal Adobe account, which has 2gb of cloud sync, there's no error. I did i

Greetings All,There needs to be an official way for IT Administrators to be able to change the the scratch disk and cache settings for all Creative Cloud apps, whether by scripting, GPO, etc...Especially if there are more than a few dozen (try at least 5 dozen) Windows workstations.  It is time-consuming to change the settings one workstation at a time.

I have installed Adobe Creative cloud and the admin of my company has input the credentials. Despite doing this several times, the download simply won't work. The system says the installtion is already running, but it is not usable. I don't have any error messages it just doesn't work - can anyone help please?

Hi,I see that all Adobe Stock licences, including the Enhanced and Extended, have a clause that says 'May not distribute as a stand-alone file.' I would like to clarify what this means in practical application. Our department puts out articles on Fifth Story, and each article needs one stock photo. The article and photo are downloaded from Fifth Story together as a zipped package by whoever is interested in publishing them either on their website or in their trade newsletter or mag (usually, it is industry-specific stakeholders). Is this considered stand-alone, even though it is part of a package that says the image can only be used with the article and not other uses of the image are permitted?If it is, what other types of licences (not mentioned on Adobe's website) could give us the rights to use it as described above?Thanks

Hi,My current plan is "Creative cloud with all apps" with monthly payments.I would like to know if I could switch to annual payments before the renewal period, which will be on 25th October 2023 (now it's Nov 2022). I've reached out by mail last week already when I was still in the 2 weeks refund period in case of cancellation but I've not received any reply and missed this now. If I cancel now, I will only be 50% refundend so this is no option. All shared links in this forum does only lead to another forum and I did actually not get any help with this! Any help is appreciated, thank you!Alessa

Hello,we have installed the Remote Update Server (AUSST). We have alredy alot of members in our Adobe organisation (70). Until now all the members got there products manually installed by an admin. We have reached a point on that we would like to test our AUSST. But we could not find any possibility to test it without to touch all the 70 members.  Is there any possibility to test it with only one member from the Creative Cloud Center? Thanks in advance.Best regards
