I have two classes of Computer Applications class using Express. In both of these classes most students are able to get in with no issues. I have have some students in each class who keep getting access denied messages. Same login process for all using our district gmail accounts. I have tried using different browsers, but no luck. The help desk has been less than helpful.Very frustrating! This is my first year teaching this course and I'm regretting developing my curriculum around using this platform.

We have a VIP/Enterprise account and I'm the Adobe admin. I have person on a Windows 10 PC and I can not get Illustrator, InDesign, anything to install. It's only on this one person's laptop and though I don't recall the exact issues before, when he had a personal, cloud, account, we had zero issues getting the applications to install. I click on "download" and it opens Creative Cloud and then says "You may need administrator privledges, contact your local IT" and the program never populates for me to launch. A small installer file did download after I uninstalled Creative Cloud, it acted like it was installing, but nothing installed. I'm perplexed. 

I have vmware with instatnt clones.  This means when the user logs off their pc, a new one is created automatically.  The problem is when they log on for the 3rd time, Adobe thinks it's still logged into the other 2 machines and asks you to log the license off of one of them.  Is there a registry setting that can solve this so that Adobe's count does not go up?

I am encountering a problem where everytime i go to open the creative cloud app it says you have been signed out, please sign in again and whenever i click sign in again it just refreshes the page and still says that i have been signed out. The nature of this problem stems from me being signed into adobe through my high school account which has recently been deleted since i graduated and i am trying to sign in with a personal account. Anyone got any ideas of how i can fix this and or am i going to have to contact my highschool to fix this issue. I have already tried uninstalling the creative cloud and reinstalling and it just keeps returning to this same "you have been signed out page". 

UK based but cannot find any way of contacting support - none of the suggested routes work as I cannot navigate to chat or phone (there is what looks like a US phone number but it says 'not available'). I need to reduce no. of licences and I am now in my renewal window however, even if I follow all instructions online, managing the no. of licences is not available to me as I do not have the option 'View Details'.  Thanks

Hello,I am trying to securely store the AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID and AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY in order to upload some report html files to a s3 bucket as a postbuild action after executing the UI tests (Custom UI Testing pipeline step). I have added them as secrets at the environment level as per the official documentation: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/using-cloud-manager/environment-variables.html?lang=en .However, when reaching that phase of uploading the files to the s3 bucket, I get "Unable to locate credentials" error.Hardcoding the keys as env vars in the dockerfile of the ui.tests, is working fine but I need to securely store the keys in our framework.Any help is appreciated. Hi there, I am having a problem with installation apps from Adobe Creative Cloud (all apps). Our company bought 6 licenses. First five work without problems. But the sixth one is the issue. We can not download Illustrator and Photoshop from the account (of the 6th license). We can buy the product or try it but we can not download it for the license that we already bought. Have PC with Windows 10. Is there any possibility to resend those first email again? First time the activating email was opened on the wrong PC. It may be the problem. But the apps were not installed on that PC. What should we do, please?

Whenever I get invited to cc library, I never get access to it in the adobe applications. It shows in the browser thought. But I can't access it in the applications. For an odd reason and after couple of days, one of the libraries showed in the application but the other one won't.  I get these two error messages

Hi and thanks for any help. I am a teahcer and was added as an admin to a user group that should have access to student accounts which has all the prorams. Most of the students login and it works, but many login and it still says trial. I've logged them out. I deleted cookies. I've restarted computers. I removed and readded them in the Adobe Admin account. I don't know what to do. Thanks

Hi This qn  has been asked several times and adobe is clearly ignoring the same. Is there any option to check the usage statistics of a creative cloud app? I would really like to see if my employees are actually using the product that we bought for them.

Admins out there, how do you delegate ownership of important assets/libraries in your organization? I realize that with the new Admin storage features, it is easy to re-delegate access to assets from deactivated user accounts, etc. I know how to do that. The main issue we're having is with a user not wanting to be the owner of certain assets/libraries. She would like IT to create an IT-controlled account that the assets are assigned to and have us delegate access from there. What is your practice? I wonder, in most organizations, do they create a separate account to manage important libraries/assets or are they usually assigned directly to a user?

A recent change to our Adobe logins has caused so many issues with Libraries.Adobe for Enterprise - when now logging in, you get asked to choose a profile, company profile or personal profile. For some reason Adobe have added a new profile to all our accounts, however all of our existing Collab Libraries are connected to our personal profile. Having looked through all the online help, Adobe say to export the library from personal and import into company profile. The MAJOR issue with this is then the 'Shared' library is no longer 'Shared' and you will not receive any updates any of your team make to the library. WELL DONE ADOBE!! The only way forward I can see is to get all my teams to remove themselves from the Libraries (for which we have approx 50 - All individual client based) for myself to re-invite them, making sure they are on the company profile when accepting the invite. We also have Libraries that one of our Client's external agency has invited us to, for which we ar

Hey everyone, I am currently still enrolled in the student program for Adobe CC, but my enrollment at university ends today/tomorrow. I tried to migrate my assets as described in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/migrate-student-assets.html, but when I go to https://graduation.adobe.com/ and type in my university's mail address (the one my student account runs on), then I get the error message: (roughly translated from German) "Personal accounts are not being supported, use a company's or university's account instead to use this service." ...which is what I am already doing. Can anyone help me?

Hello, I am Being charged even without any plans, subscriptions or card details entered. There is nothing left me for to cancel so I think someone is using my card. I asked my card provider to dispute the transactions but they require me to contract adobe first.
