I've read through nearly every post on here, I've followed the recommended instructions, I've uninstalled all Adobe apps off my computer and used the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool, I've checked permissions and made sure nothing was blocking the files from being moved, but my problem is this: the files that Adobe is looking for in adobeTemp to move do not exist. Note that the file names in the error summary are not in adobeTemp. What can I do? I've contacted professional IT help and they were unable to figure this out. Thank you. Bonjour, Je souhaiterais savoir qui contacter concernant mon abonnement.J'ai résilié 2 licences sur 4 dans les délais, j'ai reçu un mail de confirmation mais mon compte fait toujours apparaitre 4 licences et je suis facturée pour 4 licences.J'ai dû appeler car je n'avais pas la main pour supprimer des licences et maintenant ma résiliation n'est pas prise en compte ! Is there a way to BULK download all my documents to a flash drive?

Hey Everyone! I recently purchased the new M1 MacBook Pro and was a bit confused on how I can download the applications that are specifically supported with this new chip. I know this transition is still in the works, but I was wanting to avoid having to use Rosetta as much as possible. At the moment, I only care to use and download Photoshop - which I noticed is now fully supported on M1. Maybe I'm being overly picky about this, I'm not sure 🙂 When I went to install Creative Cloud, I was prompted to install Rosetta in order to run CC and its applications. This is what I was trying to avoid (hopefully) so this is where my issue/question arises: Where can I find the option to download the M1 version of CC and Photoshop? Or is CC still needing Rosetta to function while Photoshop is automatically installed as the M1 version? I would like to avoid having to re-install and remove certain CC applications when Adobe moves to full M1 support. Also, if Photoshop has an M1

I am trying to access our business' adobe admin console to renew our licence however our old admin no longer works with the company and we cannot recover her account as her old phone number is now inactive. What should be my next steps?

I'm very confused because in my desktop app it says that i have 2gb of oline cloud storage yet my plan says i am allowed up to 80 gb of online storage. yes i already tried signing in and out. If adobe can help me out here that woukd be awesome. cant contact adobe because i dont have access to the adobe admin console, and than it tells me to speak with my system admin. If anyone can fix my online cloud storage issue that would be awesome.

Hi AllVery recently bought a couple of licenses for adobe creative cloud, I believe we have the shared device license. From what I understand I just need to go to the Admin console > go to Packages > create a package > deploy or install the package manually. As a test I created a package that had a few adobe applications and I got as far as downloading the zip file onto a Mac mini. After I click the Install.pkg I get a message that says "This software cannot be installed on this computer". The mac mini is brand new and therefore doesn't have any other adobe software so I don't know why it won't take. researching online I read that you can just go to https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop and install apps from there but when I go to this page it says I don't have any licenses for any software (I assume this is due to the way we bought our licenses).  Anyone had any experiences with installing the adobe package on a Mac Mini? We work closely with an external designer who has her own license for Adobe, however, I'd like the ability to easily share files and assets with her for work she's doing on behalf of our company. Is there a way to give her access to our account without having to purchase an additional seat license (since she already has access to the applications through her own subscription)?   

I have tried to install Photoshop & Creative Cloud .exe multiple times on my work laptop. I dont see why this error keeps persisting considering I have move the file to a local drive. Help pls.

Good afternoon, I have an ADFS mounted, with the Adobe console users I can enter www.adobe.com as long as it is not the IE browser, but if I open the Photoshop application it asks me for a username and password, I enter it, but it does not validate, does not open the application. If I open the Creative Cloud with this same user, it lets me in and I can now open the desktop applications of that pc.  Because it can be?  Thanks.

Hi.  Just purchased a license for Acrobat Pro DC.  Am I able to add users?  I tried to add somone and their name comes up but but under "Products," it just shows my name with the Adobe icon.  

Hi. Just acquired an enterprise license, however the setup did not merge with our company's current enterprise account. They both show under the same profile as different accounts. How can one merge the two?

It appears that the MSM features are not fully available for Experience Fragments like we do have for sites.  I cannot setup a Language Masters and The Actual Languages and establish a Live Copy Relationship. Is that in the roadmap for future releases Or anybody has suggestions here. I am struggling to do that in AEM 6.5 version.

Hello,  We want to cancel our year subscription but there is no way even by phone to cancel this. The people we've spoke to they can't find our order but every month they do the payment on a creditcard.  We do have an order number on the page: https://account.adobe.com/orders but in our "My Memberships" there is no licence number and in our billing summary there is no payment.. But in the "Admin Console" you sure can find the monthly payments..  We lost the overview to cancel the yearly subscription, can someone please contact, many many thanks!

Dear Team, I have 3 doubts.1. I have one adobe photoshop license for teams. But currently I would like to transfer the license to my team mate. For that, I unassigned my license and added my team member email address.  So after that is there any issue for retained my photoshop software in my system?? Or should I format my system ?2. Can I use one license in two different machines.(2 members in our team) ?3. Can I use adobe single license for my office/business purpose??  Or for office use I can use only teams product?

I am a system admin for my organization.  We have a large number of users whose email addresses are incorrect due to an organizational format change (LastnameFirstinitial@our.company to  FirstName.LastName@our.company)   Short of deleting their old style account, and creating a new user, is there any way in the Admin console or by Bulk import to update these users' email addresses? I am prepared to do it one-by-one if necessary, but would prefer a cleaner process than "Add New User -- Delete Old User" within the Admin Console. 

Buenas tardes, Tengo montado un ADFS, con los usuarios de la consola de Adobe puedo entrar en www.adobe.com siempre y cuando no sea el navegador IE, pero si abro la aplicación de Photoshop me pide usuario y contraseña, lo introduzco, pero no valida, no abre la aplicación. Si abro el Creative Cloud con este mismo usuario, me deja entrar y ya puedo abrir las aplicaciones de escritorio de ese pc. ¿Por qué puede ser? Gracias.
