Our account got upgraded from Adobe Acrobat Pro to a business Adobe Acrobat Studio. I was told there was no difference, just more features and a way to manage all our business related accounts. Now I can’t send any Adobe Sign docs (which I had no issues or limits before). Neither can anyone else within the business with this account. On my desktop it just loads forever. On my app, it says I have exhausted my creation quota. But thought it was unlimited? Help needed asap. I need Adobe Sign to work.
We have a very specific system that currently only works in InDesign 2022. I am trying to get a backup computer setup with this, but I do not have the installer for InDesign 2022. I talked to Adobe and they were unable to give me the installer because they no longer support that version. Does anyone still have the InDesign 2022 macOS installer for Intel-based Macs they could send me? Thanks!
I received an email that said “Leah, you no longer have system administrator rights for (COMPANY)-Deleted-Org.” At the same time, the other users of the business account received an email that said “You no longer have access to Creative Cloud Pro in organization (COMPANY)”I’m the only admin on the business account, and I didn’t initiate a contract cancellation or anything like that. We did have a declined payment, but it was re-sent and went through a day later, and I don’t know why that would completely delete my org instead of suspending our licenses or something like that.I no longer have access to the admin console, when I try to go to it, it throws and error that says “You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. Hi everyone,We are currently facing an issue with Adobe Acrobat where the Tools/Edit panel appears blank or does not load when selecting options like “Edit PDF.” This issue is affecting multiple users in our environment.We have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps:Repair installation Uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat Using the Adobe Cleaner Tool and performing a fresh installation Updating to the latest versionUnfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue.At the moment, the only workaround that works is disabling the “New Acrobat” (switching back to the Classic version), where the tools panel loads correctly.It looks like this might be a UI glitch or bug in the newer version, and we understand that Adobe may already be investigating similar reports.Is there any permanent fix available for this issue?Or any official update from Adobe on when this will be resolved?Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

This looks like a bug and I’m not sure how to resolve it.I have a subscription through my company. When I log in, I say it’s a work/school account. Then I enter my e-mail address. The next screen, it asks me which profile to sign in.I don’t think I should have more than work profile in my work account. I don’t know how this happened. Maybe a bug between my company and Adobe.Here’s the problem. It’s the same account (work e-mail address). Only one of them has an active subscription. the other one looks like spelling and punctuation differences. If I choose the “wrong” profile, then it says I can start a free trial or buy the product. It makes no sense that I have to log in to the same account but choose THE OTHER PROFILE.Also confusing. if I click on my picture, it allows me to switch profiles. My issue is I shouldn’t have two profiles. I think they should be merged (same company / same e-mail) or the inactive one deleted. But I can’t get support on this issueNo, this is
We purchased this license awhile back under the TLP 5.0 LICENSE PROGRAM - CORPORATE licensing program and finally installed Adobe Acrobat 2017 on a users computer with a pop up that max devices have been used. Is there a way to see how many Seats our serial number has?

Is there a way to specify who can access Adobe Stock credits in an organization? I have become the admin for an organization that has 2 Adobe Orgs with separate Admin consoles I am told the reason for this is because 1 user has an Adobe Stock license, however the credits from that license are stored at an organization level, meaning that anyone part of the Org could accidentally use those credits which a specific group in the Org is exclusively paying for. This makes absolutely no sense to me and really makes Administration difficult not to mention the user experience as this user has to sign into Stock with one account and then sign into other Adobe products with another as the other products are under the main Organization tenant. Adobe support has confirmed this is still the case, but I just struggle to see Adobe continuing with this setup for so long. Hello Adobe Support Team,We are a company that purchased a perpetual license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. The software was registered and bound to an email address of a former employee who has already left the company.We no longer have access to that email account and have no records of it. However, this software is a company asset, and we have the full 24-digit serial number as well as the original Proof of Purchase (Invoice/Receipt with our company name).Could an Adobe engineer please assist us in freeing up this serial number from the unknown account so we can re-bind it to our HR department's management email?Please let me know how I can securely provide the serial number and the proof of purchase to you. Hello, I have the same issue. The latest version of my OS is Ventura 13.7.8, and I can’t update it anymore since my Mac is from 2017. I would need Photoshop 24.x but the oldest version proposed by Adobe is Photoshop 26.x Is there any solution? I really hope so. Thank you
Hello, I would like to ask for guidance regarding our company’s Adobe account. Our previous Adobe system administrator is no longer working for our company, and as a result, we currently do not have access to manage our subscriptions or agreements. I am unable to renew or make any changes to our company’s Adobe licenses. I’m currently the admin on our Adobe account, not the owner. I pay the bills, and as admin can add as many users as I like. However, I can’t see the actual invoices. Instead, I have to contact the owner to get me a copy. completely inefficient for all parties. This doesn’t really make logical sense, and I suspect across many organizations, the tech owners and admins are not the ones doing the accounting and budgeting. I wanted to add this as feedback but of course the feedback button in my account is a dead link...So, again, Adobe, please give admins on accounts the ability to see the invoices that they are paying!!!!

“Other Versions” is not available for Photoshop and Illustrator.
Since AUSST can use Apache or IIS, and run on Mac or Windows, is it possible to run it on a Linux web server that also runs Apache? I don’t have an extra Windows VM that can host this, but I could easily spin up a Debian or openSUSE LEAP Linux server to handle these duties. AlmaLinux would be second choice at this point and something that’s possible too. Thanks, Greg
"My Mac uses an Intel i5 processor and it doesn't support version 26. Version 24 and 25 are not showing up in my Creative Cloud app. Please provide me with a direct installation package for an older compatible version of Photoshop (like v24 or v23)."
On one of our Macs, the Creative Cloud Desktop App “Home” module is stuck at version 1.1.9 instead of 6.9.0.619 like the rest of our Macs. I’ve tried repairing and then uninstalling/reinstalling, but nothing seems to help.Does anyone know how to fix?

Until recently, I had a plan with a dozen or so user access points. It expired a few days ago. During that time, I purchased a new plan, but as a new one. It wasn't an extension of the previous one. Several users stored their files in the cloud on the old plan. Is it possible to download these files directly to a user's computer or connect them to the currently active cloud? I tried sharing files through the Admin Console, received a link with the content (.cclibc file) and imported it using something like Photoshop, but I can't see anything. EDIT: There's some progress. The user is in the deleted section, but I've shared their content with myself as the account admin. I received an email with a link to download the content, but it's 116MB instead of over 500GB. I am working with a photographer who has an older Mac and cannot upgrade past Lightroom Classic 13.5.1. I was fine with installing this older version but it’s no longer available through Creative Cloud, which only goes back to v14. We are unable to work together unless I can get a 13.5.1 install. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this version of Lightroom Classic?

Hello to all Issue is that creative cloud sees the Premiere 2018 app, everything looks fine, enterprise account is alive and well, but when we try to open Premiere we get pushed to Sign In and then, after signing in, we get Trial option. If we even try trial, we get looped back to sign in.We installed latest Premiere and it works fine.Is there some change in the licensing? Thank you
I am trying to transfer files from my school account to my personal before my college shuts my account but I keep on getting this email. I have tried transferring some files before and it worked but since then I haven’t been able to transfer any others. I have enough storage and these files have not been transferred before and I urgently need to transfer these files before my college shuts my account down.
