I am very frustrated with the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application not updating. It hangs on the download constantly. We get either error 201 or 207 over and over again when I attempt to update. We’re a business so I’ve worked my way through Adobe support documents and forum suggestions to no avail. We cannot use the typical suggestions of “disable your firewall” or “turn off your antivirus” or “make sure your security software isn’t blocking it”. Well, we could but our company attorney is going to want Adobe to tell us that in writing and assume all responsibility for liability in case our customer database is breached. The problem is that Adobe releases an update to the Creative Cloud Desktop App which promptly locks my users out of font access, stock photo access, etc., until the update is performed. Except the update always errors out. We’ve set up an internal Adobe update server per Adobe Support’s suggestion which works great for all the application updates EXCEPT the Creative C
I have a user who already had dreamweaver cc installed but licence expired and dreamweaver was removed. I used adobe creative cloud packager to create a package for a device licence for dreamweaver cc and the user installed (via sscm) and it installed ok but it wont get out of trial mode, I have tried removing it again, using cleanup tool, re-installing and running the serialisation (with a base licence package) and it is still not picking up the licence.

Hi,I'm deploying Acrobat DC for my company, but i'm facing a weird problem. The Application is working fine, but it creates Shortcut(s) on the desktop, I said "(s)" because on some computers, it creates 1, then 2 shortcuts (Who point to the same directory). I disabled the desktop shortcut by using the wizard Acrobat Customization Wizard. If someone could help..-Lancelot
We are having problems with the run time for our daily batch invoices. Currently we are using MS Word and XML to generate the forms. Since they need to convert to PDF at the end we are using MS Word.Interop to print to PDF. We have not been able to get good results printing to PDF using iText or other converters only with Interop. That is the step that is causing the slow down. We are hoping that if we used an Adobe PDF converter that would improve the conversion speed. When I called support they are no help. I think I need a PDF converter that can run on the server, does anyone know if I have to go through a reseller and if so can someone point me in the right direction? We have hundreds of servers? Do I have to license on each? Thanks in advance.

I work as an IT employee for a department in the university. We get our installers not directly from our Adobe account, but from a university-wide download service.Anyway,Every. single. time. that we want to install a new version of the CreativeCloud Suite, we run into errors. Every time. It's exhausting, and I've spent the entire work day on this one issue now. I am hoping to be provided with a sure-fire solution......that will work every single time we do a full suite uninstall/reinstall. It already takes ages to uninstall and install each Adobe program in and of itself, not to mention running into these pathetic errors!!!Why do I run into the WORST, most unintuitive, vague error experiences with some of the biggest software companies? Here's the gist of what I've done:Individually uninstall each Adobe programAttempt Adobe AfterEffects CC 2018 installInstallation fails. (PDApp.log)Run the latest official Adobe CreativeCloud Cleaner ToolCleaner is "successful" (Adobe Creative Cloud Cle
Hi,I need to install Adobe Acrobat DC onto a remote desktop (a VM running Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard) for a client. This is a hosted environment. The client has already purchased five licenses for use on their company laptops and have registered these with Adobe. The client told me that (according to Adobe) a single Adobe license allows you to install the software onto two different machines without buying additional licenses (assuming that you're not logged into both at the same time). How would I go about installing the software onto the remote machine so that all of the clients can switch back and forth between their company laptops and the remote computer and have access to Acrobat in both places? Each of them has a personal account that they need to log onto the remote computer which is separate from their Adobe ID or laptop login. Is there a way to install Acrobat DC onto the remote machine using their existing licenses? Or would they need to purchase more licenses?Thank you.
Hello,I recently setup an AUSST server per adobe's instructions. The current error I am having is that when I open the creative cloud application on a client and try and download Photoshop CC2018 or any other Creative Cloud product, it fails around 5% with error code 113. BUT when I try and update Adobe CS6 product (Premiere Pro for example), it completes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you,Mike
Hello,We have a team of folks on macs, one is on high sierra and the others are on Sierra. We all upgraded to the newest release of 12.0.0 together. The person with high sierra is a brand new install with no third party plug-ins, everyone else is on Sierra. Three of us use animation composer for AE & film impact for PP. The animation team uses various plug-ins.When we pushed the update to 12.0.1, none of us could open the program. Not the fresh install on high sierra and not the existing users on Sierra. This is the error message we get on both Sierra & High Sierra computers.Since there's no rhyme or reason here, especially with one being a brand new clean install of high sierra, on a new to him macbook pro, and everyone else having the same issues with PP & AE, what the heck is happening? Twitter help told a colleague to:For those of you who are having issues with the 12.0.1 update for Premiere, After Effects, etc this is what Adobe suggested as a solution to the problem:P
I'm seeking advice on how to upgrade CC on roughly 100 devices. This are activated via device license. Once we open the CC app we are not prompted for an update despite choosing auto updates upon creating the package. The only way to update is to sign into CC with an admin account. Is there any other way to do this? I don't have time to sign into this many machines and can't hand my credentials out.
I have a Team License for Creative Cloud, but the desktop app keeps showing all of my products as "Trial". My other team member has no problems. What information do I need to provide, and to whom?
[Moderator moved from Adobe Creative Cloud to Deployment for Creative Cloud for Team, Enterprise, & CS.]It seems that Adobe thought that renaming an existing product and then releasing a new product with the same name as the old existing product and then advertising that new product but then not having that new product included in the existing product entitled "ALL Apps" (the clue should be in the name) would be a great idea. Yes I know this was a long sentence, but when it comes to Adobe anything short and simple is rejected.
I have downloaded the Zip files with the ADm template and the Customization Wizard etc..I have extracted and now have a 2018.009.2044 folder I created with the files I need including an mstI have created my application in SCCM and it is deploying - I am pointing to the"msiexec /i "AcroRead.msi" /qn TRANSFORMS=AcroRead.mst"This is working fine but the end result is version 2015.007.20033 installed - I am wondering if I need to also get the AcrordrDCUpd1800920044.msp installed and if so should I be pointing at that initially or do I have to do this separately?Help appreciated
Hello,I've read through prior questions and the answer "uninstall adobe reader" is not acceptable. We deploy reader as a default application to all workstations, imaged or as an update. There are several users that are authorized to use acrobat Pro that we deploy on an individual basis. We want to be able to update all machines with Adobe Acrobat /without/ effecting the users' default app associations. What setting in the msi do we need to create a transform to prevent? Is there a CMD line option to disable this functionality? We already configure the default app for acrobat during imaging new machines and do not need adobe's installers to set the defaults for us.Thanks.
When I deploy DC 2018 version on computer who already has 2018 version, it doesn't install. My SCCM application version : 2018.009.20044My client version : 2018.009.20050My client has a regular user installation (He is on Windows 10 and he installed the version from the easy setup on Adobe)Mine (SCCM) is a professionnal one (The one who allows the .exe download, to get the .msi).My question is : Is it ok ? Or it should push a new version (SCCM one) ?
So it's really getting old, I manage 17 computers at my office and Creative Clouds is signing out constantly from each computer, so I'm being asked repetitively to sign everyone in, it's really frustrating and annoying that I have to do this... why can't it just have a selection to check in the preferences to say signed in?And yes, I've tried all the fixes suggested on the forum, and it still does it. There is obviously a problem here that needs to be addressed by Adobe. We pay top dollar for this suite and I don't have the time to keep dealing with this everyday all day long.PLEASE ADOBE, fix this issue.... not everyone in the world using this is a single user where this wouldn't be that big of a deal...
Hi All,I am looking to build an update server to manage our company's Creative Cloud updates, using the guides provided. The Adobe guide states 200GB as the minimum initial disk space requirement.Preferably, we would like to host the Adobe Update Server software on a server and store the update repository on a network share. Can anyone advise if this is this possible? If this is possible, what are the disk space requirements for the server hosting the Adobe Update Server software and also the requirements for the network share? Many Thanks,Gary
I ordered 4 team account licenses for Creative Cloud and canceled them before the 14 days were up. This was a difficult process by the way that required the chat instead of a self-service deal. Now I looked at my statement and they billed me anyways and just gave me Adobe credit that I don't want to use.How can I get the charge back to my original card?
Does Adobe Reader upgrade (from X1 to DC) requires a server reboot? can we upgrade the new version without a server reboot. we have Adobe 11 installed on server 2008 R2.
