Hi,I get premier pro and a ton of other adobe applications for free from my school. They provide a rar file that u click and it downloads the app and creative cloud. The thing is it downloads the application to the main drive (boot drive). With the recent release of the 2018 version of the Creative Cloud suite, I was looking to create a new installation package with Creative Cloud Packager. All looks like it's going well, I select all of my options and tell it to start building the package.When it gets to the point of downloading Lightroom Classic CC, it stops immediately and goes back to the list of applications to include in the package. Lightroom CC Classic now has a yellow triangle with a '!' in it next to it. Mousing over it, all it says is "Oops something has gone wrong, please try again."I've tried purging the cache, as well as going into the cache folder and manually deleting everything from that folder. I've also tried pointing the cache folder to a different location to shorten the path. So far, nothing has worked. Strangely enough, after purging the cache, it still shows a number of the applications as partially, or fully, downloaded. I would've thought that would wipe out all of that. I've tried to go hunting

The previous Purchasing Agent within our division had purchased Adobe Professional for all the office staff.  This Purchasing Agent has left and we now have a new Purchasing Agent.  We have had some turnover with staff, role responsibilities has changed, and new equipment for some staff has been replaced.  Is there a way to get transfer license and registration information to other pieces of equipment and also update our account with adobe professional to the new purchasing agent.

Hi,I am trying to uninstall CC 2017, however, I cannot find a way to run the uninstaller located at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\Utils\Creative Cloud Uninstaller.exe" in a silent mode. It keeps prompting a window asking whether I want to uninstall or repair. Is there a specific command line argument to make it silent?I also tried to run the CC Cleaner Tool; but it is not silent either. It prompts a dialog panel, asking to choose the language, to agree to terms, to choose the products, etc.Please let me know if there is a silent unattended way of uninstalling CC.Thanks

l'm looking to get Adobe usernames and passwords synced with those in active directory and want to be able to link accounts to Adobe using LDAP. I can see available applications for some products but none to manage a Team. Are there any products that I have missed or is it not possible to use LDAP?

I am attempting to run creative cloud packager for mac.  It just hangs while loading and it just says "please wait for a moment"

The title says it all but I'll reiterate. How do CC apps downloaded with the Creative Cloud desktop app get installed without asking for administrator user/password? Its the sam on both Mac and Windows and I don't understand how its doing it. This seems like a security hole to me.

Hello,In company we use licenses per user (not computer), we also are using terminal servers for users to work, but specific people are allowed to use laptops to work locally.My question is about Creative Could - even though license is per user, she cannot use it locally because it asks her to sign out from the other computer (terminal server) where she's working (and she have access to Adobe there too). Is there a possibility to somehow fix it, so she can use it on terminal server aswell as her local laptop without signing out on the other one?Best regards,Damian

Our production network is off-line and never touches the internet. We create packages with CC Packager to install off-line with attached licenses and have never had a problem until this past summer. We can't get any packages to run. Each will spin away for a while, even install AE, Audition and Character Animator then fail and rapidly uninstall the three apps. I've reinstalled Packager (several times). Any suggestions?

I have a VMWare view environment with linked-cloned desktops.On my master image I have installed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and composed the desktops.On a virtual desktop I start Acrobat which is asking for my Adobe ID. When I logoff and relogin, starting Acrobat again it ask again for the credentials.I would expect that these are stored in my profilePersona Management is working properly. I followed these instructions: Common Deployment Options and Methods — Enterprise Administration Guide Any ideas?

Hello all,I'm trying to create a serialised package that  contains After Effects (2017) version 14.0 using Creative Cloud Packager to install in school labs,  that problem is that I can't find that version, there are only After Effects 2014, After Effects 2015 and After Effects 2018. please guide me.Thank you 

I just bought my creative cloud for one month but when I logged in and open the creative cloud application on my window, all the application can only use in trial version!!How come?

Some, but not all, Adobe-made applications fail to install via Microsoft Intune and I am wondering why. I contacted Microsoft about the issue and they suggested I contact the application manufacturer.

HelloI am writing from SerbiaI am wondering if someone could shed me some light on this issue.Here in Serbia we can only get Adobe CC for Teams,which is available through re-sellers,at a close to insane prices if you want to buy it as an individual.It's about 6-7 times more than standard individual fee,if you could even get it, because sometimes the re-sellers need proof that you are a team (e.g. you have registered company)and not an individual.So basically, if you are an individual from Serbia, you can't buy an individual license for Creative Cloud.However, I have managed to get a license through 500px website membership (it is only a double of original price, since you pay for 500px membership too)and used the CC for a year.Now when I need to renew my subscription, Adobe doesn't allow it for me to do it directly through creating a payment method on my profile.Also, 500px website doesn't allow me to renew Membership with added Adobe CC plan.As I have searched about this over the past

I purchased Adobe Acrobat 2017 with a new Surface Pro 4 (Windows 10).  I had no trouble logging in to the LWS site to download the software or run the extraction.  However, Setup to actually install the software won't run, whether I tell it to after the extraction is complete or manually run Setup (as admin or otherwise).  I've turned off the antivirus to make sure it isn't blocking the install, re-downloaded the software and re-extracted it, and also run the Adobe cleanup tool in case something was corrupted in the first install attempt (the cleanup tool found no Adobe software installed).  There is no error displayed on the screen, Setup just fails to open.  Looking at the Windows Logs the Application Event logs list error 1000 "Faulting application" whenever I try to run Setup, but I can't find a cause or fix online.

I have an Adobe ID which is the Primary Admin of one active CC for Teams license, which I'm not going to use anymore. I've now started at a new company which uses CC Enterprise and I want to use my old Adobe ID in the Enterprise. So I have two questions:What happens if my old Adobe ID gets an invite to the Enterprise since the old Adobe ID already has an active license?Could someone guide me through how to invite an existing Adobe ID to CC Enterprise (The admin believes that this is not possible).I've read through the documentation multiple times but I'm still confused, and since I'm not admin over the CC Enterprise, I'm unable to experiment myself.

My organization has licensing for Photoshop Elements and I have recently packaged the product using Creative Cloud Packager, following Adobe's best practices guide.  I am currently testing the SCCM package to ensure that it is functional, before allowing it to be distributed to our user community.  The product deploys with no problems on my test VMs, provided that no version of PSE was installed previously. I have a task sequence that uninstalls the earlier version and its associated products (the previous version was PSE9).  Following the uninstall, the system is rebooted and the installation begins. Current situation and environment is this.  We have an iMac computer lab at the college with 25 seats.  This lab gets constant rotation throughout the day with about 5 classes taught in it.  The iMacs are configured and joined to Active Directory on our domain.  Students login with their student ID/password to the machines so they all have their own profile.  Since the machines are used by multiple different people throughout the day, we use Device Licenses for the room.  This works well and is easily deployed through CCP.  There's no Creative Cloud applications, no one needs to log in with their Adobe accounts, it's all good.Here lies the problem (from staff/students) and the question.  Staff/Students would like to be able to use Add-ons, the Digital Publishing Suite, Typekit, etc.  This all seems to require Named licensing and logging in with Adobe IDs.  With Device Licensing set up, if people log in to Adobe on the machines it breaks
