We have a computer that is perfectly configured exactly how we need it for business use. Is there a way for us to copy all of the settings: buttons, menu modifications, etc. from that computer and push it out to all the other machines to start off with a perfect mirror of the expected business use? Have yet to find something that includes copying everything for deployment.
I check a couple of sources regularly, to learn what updates our software may require, but seem to have missed recent Acrobat DC notices. I hate to hear about patches from clients first! Is there somewhere to signup to hear about Adobe patches?
I have enabled the Notify me by email when Creative Cloud application updates are availableYet i am not receiving any updates via email. I usually get an update two to three times a month. Now an entire suit has been released, and no updates stating it was coming were received. This is a big problem when you manage application deployment at a university.Where to enable: Login to your admin console (adobe.com, manage enterprise), packages tab, on the left menu tools and notifications, has a box on that page that says "notify me by email when creative cloud application updates are available"Only, they don't seem to be working at the moment. Thus why i'm currently searching the forums looking to see if any other lack of notifications has been reported. Anyone else having this problem?Frank
I have downloaded the latest version of adobe reader DC 17 but where can I download the customization wizard.

Hi, Since we are extending department we decided to go from an individual user license to a team license. On my computer I always used this single user license. But when I log out and log in with my new ID, the team license one, I am not able to use all the apps which are currently installed on my PC. It tells me I have to install them again. Is it possible to somehow link the installed apps to my new account?Regards,Marten
Has Adobe changed it's licensing from the answer in this July 2017 post Creative Cloud Individual licenses for a business? to forbid the use of a Creative Cloud Individual Subscription for commercial purposes? Or not allow more than one Individual Plan user per business? If the licensing has not changed, why is Adobe not correcting the misleading and unethical practices being employed by their "Global Business Direct" unit (note this is the same unit another user cites in the linked July 2017 post above)?I received the below email and subsequent phone calls today from the individual claiming I was REQUIRED to upgrade from my Individual Plan to a Business Plan or I "would be hearing from another unity in Adobe" to follow-up. When I asked what the consequences would be if I refused, he said he couldn't answer because "he wasn't with Adobe Legal." The undertone was clearly understood to be "Agree to the change or else." When I pressed the employee to what the "or else" would be, he m
I'm trying to create a deployment via SCCM of the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for our organization, and I'm having some difficulty getting it to work properly. Here are the steps I've taken:Downloaded the executable for version 2017.012.20093 from Adobe's enterprise webpage and the patch for the latest release (2017.012.20098).Extracted the executable to a new folder.Opened the "AcroRead.msi" in Adobe Customization Wizard DC, customized the installer to my desired settings, and generated a transforms file named "AcroRead.mst" to the extracted folder.Removed the "AcroRdrDCUpd1701220093.msp" from the extracted folder and replaced it with "AcroRdrDCUpd1701220098.msp".Modified "setup.ini" as follows:Copied the files to my SCCM application deployment share, which contains the following files:Created a device collection and application in SCCM, distributed the content to my distribution points and deployed it.The command line is as follows:msiexec /i "AcroRead.msi" TRANSF

I work in the IT department and our marketing people each have a subscription to several products. I was recently added as an administrator so I could log in and handle installations. I am trying to set up a new PC that one of the marketing employees is going to get so installed Creative Cloud and logged in. I am certainly not an expert here so am not sure why I can't see all the software that our subscription has. I am only able to see 3 of them but for instance, Pagemaker is not listed as one to install. There are a couple others. How do I see all of the apps that they currently use? As an administrator, I'm thinking I should be able to see them.
Repost from Make PDF default during deployment How does one accomplish to make Adobe Reader the default PDF handler during install on Windows 10?According to our AD guys, the only way they've found is to force defaults for all extensions, which isn't really an option for us given our vastly varying software park.Every creative way we've tried activates some sort of Windows anti tampering system. What is an option that works? Some background info if needed:We're an IT center, deploying software using Microsoft SCCM and clients running mostly on Windows 10 Enterprise x64. Some OSX, some Windows 7, but mostly Windows 10 1703
When trying to use Adobe CC 2017 compiled enterprise installers, the following errors are found in PDApp.logSimilar errors are found when trying to install most of the Adobe CC 2017 suite.I've tried suggested solutions from Troubleshoot Creative Cloud apps installation and uninstallation errors and other forums, but nothing has worked. I've been getting acquainted with the user management API for Creative Cloud, following Adobe's Python tutorial on sending a JWT to get access to their servers and to start making requests. The tutorial was cake, everything was working by the end, and I dug into the API reference, playing with GET and POST requests, and the different endpoints. I've been able to get a list of users attached to our account and add a new user through code. However, when I attempted to get a list of our available products through the [https://usermanagement.adobe.io/v2/usermanagement/{ORG_ID}/products] URL. While the request came back with a successful 200 status code, and it did return some output, none of it seemed to have a list of my products. When printing the output back (stored as a variable [res]), I did print(res), print(res.text), print(res._content) and print(res.json()), but none of it seemed to contain any relevant info. I also looked through the output of print(res.__dict__), thinking maybe
I'm trying to customize a deployment of Acrobat 2017 Standard.Specifically, I'd like to remove all cloud storage functionality (like the Dropbox integration) for DLP purposes.I see lots of documentation surrounding the customization of DC deployments but no mention of Acrobat 2017 Standard (or Pro).Could someone point me to the appropriate downloads and documentation?Targets for this install will be Windows 10 1703.Ideally the customized installer would be in a format that can be installed silently. Thanks!
I have tried everything. And I am getting nowhere fast. Fix this Adobe. It's your mess. For what we pay we should be getting cleaner ways of installing and uninstalling software. Why do I have to sift through lines of error logs to fix your mess? FIX IT!!!
Hallo,I'm trying to license Adobe Acrobat 2017 for a Citrix 7.6 provisioning environment. When I run:adobe_prtk.exe --tool=VolumeSerialize --generate --serial=<SN> --leid=V7{}AcrobatESR-17-Win-GM --regsuppress=ss --eulasuppress The serial number is from a TLP License program.I get a return code 19.I'm Using Adobe Provisioning Toolkit Enterprise Edition for CS 6 (Windows).I've tried using LEID=V7{}AcrobatESR-12-Win-GM (same error)Please help.

Not sure what to do. I have a work desktop and then I have a work laptop for when I occasionally work from home. Both of these had Photoshop downloaded from the Creative Cloud (for teams). My laptop's hardware fried, and I couldn't login at all to do anything. It was just gone. Now that I have a new laptop, I tried downloading Photoshop, and I am being told my limit is reached. I'm not sure what I can do? Please help!!
How long it takes for Creative Cloud apps to stop working after they have been deactivated in the admin console. Also is there a way to remove a device from the deactivated list in the admin console.
I finally got a green light to move off of Creative Suite 6 and go to Creative Cloud 2017 install. We have about 100 of MacOS devices with Creative Cloud 6 and I need to uninstall them systematically or self service way for users to uninstall and clean up using bash or python script. We use JAMF Pro MDM with our MacOS management so we can run these script automatically or self-service policy by the user. Can someone help me building a script or someone already built one that removes Creative Suite 6 that they can share?
I have been trying to install CC products for students at my school and have had mixed results. Most of them install without a problem while others run into the issue where the installer encounters an error. The exact wording is "Install failed: The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance." The computer I was recently working on was on Sierra and all the permissions were correct. I have a log that I will post below. Anyone have ideas? I believe the problem is with the line "Sep 8 08:12:17 installd[348]: PackageKit: Session UUID file exists - will not overwrite /var/folders/zz/zyxvpxvq6csfxvn_n0000000000000/C/PKInstallSandboxManager/F7694FE7-7FA0-4203-A9BD-2E012B111BC5.activeSandbox" but I don't know how to fix it.Sep 8 08:12:13 Installer[1905]: @(#)PROGRAM:Install PROJECT:Install-1000Sep 8 08:12:13 Installer[1905]: @(#)PROGRAM:Installer PROJECT:Installer-909Sep&
