We are a non profit, and have a non profit license package.This is the SKU:Acrobat Professional DC2015 12.0 MLP AOO License UE (65258634)Licensing ProgramTLP 5.0 LICENSE PROGRAM - EDUCATIONI tried a download I found on the Adobe site, Acrobat_Pro_DC_Set-Up.exe, and it said license code was not correct. Hi,I have used the CC Packager to package all the Adobe products for Windows. This has worked successfully.When installing on a Windows 7 PC, after 30 minutes there is an error message "Installation Failed. Please refer to PDApp.log for more information. Click Here for help"It seems to install most of the programs, and then rolls back uninstalling them all.The PDApp.log file has 500kB of garbage such as:Failed to get value for conflicting processes...Failed to find NodeERROR Failed Delete backed up assetsThe Bootstrapper seems to be missingCorrecting Dependencies in local db.Failed to open media db session at source pathFailed to correct the dependencies. Installation May fail.I have tried various self help links without success, thanks.

Is it possible to install Adobe CC 2017 without the program Creative Cloud Desktop Application where people could login. I was using the packager but didn't found an option to exclude the Creative Cloud Desktop Application?Thanks in advance!

We're an educational organization with 500 device licenses deployed using CC Packager and SCCM.  We previously used third-party software for managing student profiles (essentially erasing them overnight) but we're now simplifying this by adding student users to the guest group.  All of our lab software and all the CC applications are okay with this except for Adobe Media Encoder, which says, "Cannot use this product under guest account".The version of Media Encoder is 11.0.2, which I believe is the current version.  Is there a workaround for this?  Can a developer verify whether this check is still necessary?  It seems irrational to have Premiere Pro and After Effects compatible with guest accounts if the integrated Media Encoder is not.

Hello,  My company has a serial number for Acrobat XI Pro but we are not able to configure it to use Germany or French Language support Below errors made me to assume that our serial number dont support MUI install: screen shot of error during Installation after altering MUI section of Adobe Customization wizard 11.0 and screen shot supporting this from PDF which guides Customization wizard editing. i tried giving German, French languages together in "Acrobat MUI language Section" in Customization wizard which will set automatically LANG_LIST property.

During the installation of Acrobat Standard DC 2015, if a greater version of Visual C++ Runtime (ex 12.0.41) is installed the following error is generated: "setup could not find Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 (x64) runtime on the machine. Without this, some application functionality will not work."Seems that the AcroPro.msi has a custom action "CheckVCx64Runtime" that checks if Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 (x64) runtime version 12.0.21005 is installed on the machine. If I include the IGNOREVCRT64=1 property in the installation command line in order to avoid this error, but on the machine is installed a different version of Visual C++ Runtime, not 12.0.21005, the full functionality will be affected using this solution?

I have at least 50 machines that will need to have Acrobat DC instead of Reader XI, since Reader XI support is ending soon.  What is the easiest way to do this?  Are they different products meaning that Reader XI needs to be uninstalled and Acrobat DC installed?  I installed Reader XI on my machine and tried to check for updates, hoping it would push Acrobat DC but did not.  What is the easiest way to push them out in mass?  Can I do this with WSUS or 3rd party updates in SolarWinds Patch Manager?Thanks for your time.

Hello,I am having an issue with Adobe DC where I create a Custom Tool and export it as the .AAUI file.  In Adobe XI I would copy the .AAUI file to the following folder and all the users on the computer would get the custom tool C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat <version>\Acrobat\UICustomization\<language>\<anyname>.aauiThis will not work in Adobe DC even though the UICustomization folder exists.  When I copy the file directly to the users profile it does work (the user gets the custom tool), but I dont want to setup a process where I have to copy this file every time a new user logs into the computer.My Question is - is there an easy way just to create a tool and give it to all the users on the computer without them having to import it manually?Argh! this is making me pull out my hair (whats left)Thanks

Hi All,If you're deploying CC on a server you have te license all the users that have access to that server. But how is this on when you deploy CC products on a personal Citrix VDI. I followed all instructions to create Adobe Update Server in my comapny to manage around 100 computers with Adobe CC and 20 computers with Adobe CS6.I created completely new build with Cloud Packager with implemented override file generated in AUSST and only Abobe CS6 can get updates from my server.What am I doing wrong ? I'm rechecking everything and can't find anything what can cause this issue and I didn't find anything similar in the forums.I'm getting frustrated with this piece of software. In year 2017 I still need to set up extra Apache server to provide files I cannot manage and override file is generated via command line. Why no GUI for Adobe CC Update Server ? Why I need to manually download new updates into server ?It's in Czech localization, on the left you can see CC cannot contact server and on the right you can see that Application manager for Adobe CS6 is connected to server and didn't find wny new updates (which is probably correct).

Hi,I am attempting to install several Adobe Applications via Packager.After installing Packager, I was not able to login to the Adobe account, and it shows an error message as attached below.With prior understanding that, the network used to access to the Internet is behind a Proxy Server.I suspect that the proxy is the main issue, as mobile hot-spots are tried to connect and it is working completely fine. But it will not be very logical to download the applications through mobile hot-spots as the data usage fees are too expensive. Will anyone be able to advise me what are the ports that should be opened to allow full access to the Adobe Servers? I plan to inform the Proxy admins with the information.

I configured a Adobe update server using the instructions on this forum, and it all seemed to operate fine. I tested it on several clients and people were installing photoshop in ~90 seconds and fairly happy.However after a few reboots CC on all clients is reporting an error on the 'Apps' tab. "Download Error. Press Retry to try again or contact customer support. (404)."If i remove the updater overrrides file and click 'reload applications', CC will get the list of apps properly, and readding the file allows them to continue to update locally, however come the next reboot it is again broken.Any suggestions?

Hello. When acquiring a plan for working groups. How many people can use this license?

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise 1703Acrobat DC 2017.009.20058App-V Sequencer 10.0.15063.0(This same question has been posted in the App-V Support forums as well)I've successfully created and deployed Adobe Reader DC with the only struggle being that I cannot get the "Check for Updates" option to go away in the Help menu even though I've set the "bUpdater" registry key to 0 when customizing the msi within the customization wizard.  (Since I just typed all that, any help with this would be nice too!)My current issue is with Acrobat Pro DC.  When I package it using the App-V sequencer, all goes great, except during deployment via SCCM.  Even though the option (which was set within the Adobe Customization Wizard) is set to leave the start menu icon (I am in fact removing the desktop icon, which works) the Start Menu icon does not appear (in the Alphabetical list nor in Recently Added) although the Distiller icon does appear (which is fine).I hit the Start button and type "Acrobat"

I have been trying to access the REST API for user management using Python. All the credentials i have used for creating my JWT and access request token are correct and my cert is not expired. The "invalid_token" error i thought to be an issue with the formatting of the JWT, but the description says other wise making me believe something is wrong with my credentials for the API integration. I cant find anyone with a similar issue as mine. Is there an issue with my org id and tech account? Thanks for the help!
