We bought licences for All Creative Cloud applications for our devices.We are using symantec Ghost solution to deploy a master image of a syspred Windows in our classroom.As before, we were using AdobeSeralization.exe to activate the CS 6 products.How to do that with Creative Cloud Packager?I saw a lot of documentation to deploy the products with SCCM, but we need to put it in the gold image to ease the deployment.Thanks a lotBR

Hi,How do i deploy Adobe Reader DC without it taking PDF reader ownership from another non Adobe PDF reader?My transform file is setup as follows:Default viewer for PDF files - Installer will decide...Direct Editor > Properties:DEFAULT_VERB=Open (changed this from Read)LEAVE_PDFOWNERSHIP=YES (i added this. I also tried this in the install command line)OWNERSHIP_STATE=0 (this is for Win8 only. I'm installing on Win7 but thought it couldn't hurt to try it)I've tried with different variations of the above.The other PDF reader is Nuance Power PDF Advanced. However I have some questions regarding to your support service.First of I would like to ask what your support service includes. I am also curious about the length of your reaction time and the way you treat the issue that may occur. I am in process of implementing SCUP into our SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 environment.  Currently, I have Adobe Reader updates imported and deploying, etc., however, I am seeing some weird behavior in which updates machines are reporting under required, not required, etc.Our current base install version of reader is 11.0.10, which we have patched to 11.0.11 currently.  In my reader updates deployment, I have 11.0.2 through 11.0.14 (the latter being the goal version to get the enterprise onto), however machines only report 11.0.2, 11.0.05, and 11.0.08 as required updates, which will install and appear to roll back our current 11.0.11 versions.  I have a case open with Microsoft, and the engineer I am working with did note that they have limited information on the Adobe content, however, they do have notes that show that 11.0.02, 11.0.05, and 11.0.08 are considered "out of band" from normal quarterly updates.  All other updates, including the 11.0.14 update are showing as "not r

I created a package using the CC Packager and selecting the programs I wanted. I included Acrobat Pro DC. I ran it from the network using the MSI file and found that Acrobat didnt install. I researched this and found the following page: Deploy Adobe Acrobat XI or DC which explains that Acrobat will not install unless setup.exe is run. I reverted the computer I was testing on, using a system restore to before Adobe CC was installed. Then I ran the same package but this time used the setup.exe from the network. I have an old laptop with Photoshop CS3 installed on it that will not allow me to deactivate. The new laptop I would like the program installed on has no CD drive, so when I get to the serial number portion during installation, I reach a dead end as it says I have hit my limit of installs. Please advise ASAP.

I just purchased and downloaded the adobe product. Would I be able to allow another person to use my product without them having access to my documents. I want to give them the ability to use the adobe product also utilizing their own documents and having no access to mine.

We use LANDesk Management Suite for pushing out software. The current issue we are running into is that Adobe Reader DC asks for updates once they are published. We need to know how to disable that for our end users. I have no idea as to where to even start; any help would be greatly appreciated.  The Adobe DC Reader updater keeps popping up on the screen, nagging our end users to update when they should not see this at all, as we (the IT dept) will be doing the updates in the backgroundWe are currently running Windows 8.1 and Mac OS X 10.9.5 (Mavericks)Thank you for your time & Feel free to ask me any more details about this issueAnother note - this is the same type of issue encountered for our Adobe Flash users.

Hi,I've just about completed Acrobat DC installation with the Customization Wizard, making new entries in the Registry or utilizing the Edit Preferences, and copying these to the HKCU or HKLM as appropriate.I am stuck on these three areas:1) in AVConversionFromPDF I want to change the "Primary OCR Language"  for Word. This wasn't picked up by the entries in cSettings2) Color Management: here I'd like Settings: Europe General Purpose 3 as default.3) in Multimedia Trust (legacy) I want to select all three playback optionsMany thanks  in advance for any pointers or advice.

Hello all,I have an AUSST server setup that works fine for all the Macs I originally set it up on.  They are 10.8 or 10.7.  None of my newer Macs use the AdobeUpdater.OVERRIDES file correctly.  I can't find any differences in how they are set up.I can watch the traffic by doing a terminal on the workstation and running:Lsof -I -r1 | grep <ip of our ausst server>Then click on an update to install.On the new installs, no hits.  On the older machines, tons of connections to the local server.Anyone have any thoughts?Thanks,-John

How many computers is Acrobat XI Pro licensed for?

I work a lot when I travel to and from work and I need to use Photoshop but I do some video editing at home on my desktop using Premiere is there a way to split the license so I don't have to keep swapping it between machines?Sometimes I use both machines when working on certain projects and like I said I don't want to keep transferring the license back and forth when I'm doing this.Any help appreciated.

Hello! I bought the license for a Creative Cloud Teams license. I've found out that it is not the right product for me as I'm a professional working on my own, with no employees. I woul like to change the license into a for individuals one. Is it possible? Or do I have to cancel the license for the Creative Cloud for teams and then subscribe to the licence for Individuals? I am trying to address Adobe Security Bulletin APSB16-03.  The bulletin applies to Adobe Photoshop CC 16.1.1 (2015.1.1) and earlier versions (Windows and Macintosh).  It says to upgrade to Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 16.1.2 or later (2015.1.2) Windows and Macintosh).  I have a downloaded copy of Adobe Photoshop CC 2016 but when I try to update the application and select offline media, it does not recognize the files on the cd.  Any assistance in update Photoshop to meet this bulletin, would be appreciated.

Hi have a lab of 36 iMacs in a classroom. I've created a device based deployment package and a device serialization file, after installing the package on 10 computers only 2 have shown up under activated devices on the online console, I've ran the serialization file and restarted the machines, after launching photoshop or Lightroom Adobe update Manager prompts me to continue a 30day trial or i can enter a serial number which i don't have because the package is "device based". I've tried running the "Remove Volume Serial file" and then running the Adobe Serialization file but i still have the same outcome. So far i have only uninstalled the program completely on 1 machine and tried reinstalling the package, But I'm getting the same outcome. Any suggestions?
