We Have 3 Mac Work stations. One running Adobe Cloud CC2014, two running CS6 apps that have been upgraded over the years from original CS3 install disks.We purchased new iMacs running OSX 10.10 Yosemite. We want to run the already paid for and Licensed apps on new macs but a former employee ran off with the original install disks and all we have are the CS6 Upgrade disks.We want to migrate our 2 sets of CS6 apps to new computer but as mentioned do not have the originals to build from, and run our CC2014 individual user account on our stand alone Mac set up.How can i do this without having to upgrade to a Team members account. Our currant individual account does not expire till Nov 2016.Thanks in AdvanceSteve

I've recently started testing RUM on my admin Mac and PC to get syntax down for pushing commands to computer lab machines (both mac and PC) around campus.  On my PC the version of RUM shows as being 1.9.2.56.  When I run it with the --action=list switch, it lists the necessary updates just fine.  The mac is a different story.  On my mac, the RUM executable seems to be lacking the the --action switch as it throws an error return code (1) anytime I try to run it using that switch on the executable located in /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Application Manager/CCP/utilities/RemoteUpdateManager/.  Regardless if I sudo or am logged in as root.  Thinking it was just a problem with my Creative Cloud Packager install I removed the Adobe Application Manager folder completely from my machine and re-downloaded and re-installed CCP from the Adobe licensing website.  It had version 1.9.3 listed.  After installing and running CCP it prompted me to upgrade, which

We're looking to upgrade from Reader 9.x to Reader XI.  A bunch of us in IT have been running Reader X without issue for some time so we didn't anticipate any problems with XI. I created an MST for Acrobat DC Standard (volume license) using the Customization Wizard. I then installed Acrobat using setup.exe and upon first run, I noticed that only the computer-level customizations were applied. For example, the PDF Printer settings I specified were there, and a file that I specified to be copied to the Program Files directory was there. However, none of the HKCU registry settings were applied. Another setting that was ignored were the shortcuts that I specified to be included in the Tools Pane.I understand that the custom HKCU settings are stored in: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\2015\Installer\Migrate, and they are supposed to get copied to HKCU on first run. I've read that there is a bug with Reader DC that places these settings in the wrong location, but in my case with Acrobat Standard, I checked and all my customized registry settings are in the correct place in HKLM. They are just not getting copied to HKCU on first run. Any ideas?

I wish to avoid having the 11000 pc's in my organization going out on the internet to get acrobat reader updates?  Is there any way of creating a distribution point for acrobat reader updates within my organization that would operate in a similar manner to Microsoft's Software Update Server (WSUS), whereby all pc's would look to a local server within my organization for updates instead of going out to Adobe servers on the internet?Any help would be appreciated.Thank you.

Hi, I am part of a CC subscription team and am on CC 2015. I recently tried installing the CC app (it installed fine) on my work Mac Pro Mid-2010 (El Capitan) 10.11.3, but somehow when trying to install apps such as After Effects, Premiere, Media Encoder, Bridge and so on, they fail to install. I am always getting a 'Installation Failed - Errors encountered during installation'. Opening up 'More Information' reveals a blank htm page on a browser. I have tried previously to clean all existing versions using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool, everything has been cleaned, though a previous After Effects CC trial remains. Whenever I try to uninstall or remove it, the Cleaner Tool crashes. Please advise on how to proceed.Please help. P/s: Other PCs and Mac in this office have been successful in accessing and installing apps.

Hello,i had an internal Adobe Update Server installed with AUSST and an IIS8.5 on Server 2012R2 - the Clients are getting the updates, but the download performance is very slow - between 5 - 10 Mbit.Is there any chance to get an higher performance? the server has an 10gbit network card and all clients have 1gbit.regards

Hi, we currently have 20 device licenses for Adobe Creative Cloud.    I manage the installation of CC and the license assignment.Our desktop computers are managed by a different department.  Occasionally a computer will get repurposed and an employee will get a new computer.  The original computer may not get wiped and unlicensed (as far as Adobe is concerned) and our software deployment server reinstalls CC on the employee's new computer thus putting us over the limit.I don't find out about this usually until one of the 20 employees calls me to tell me that their Adobe CC has reverted to a trial version.I have to login to the Adobe Creative Cloud Admin page and determine which computer should be unlicensed. We currently use AdminStudio Packager in our environment to package the majority of our software applications then we use IBM Tivoli End Point Manager to deploy the software packages to the clients. I want to package Adobe Pro XI and deploy it to more than ten computers at one time and would prefer to our current setup; however, some of the postings I have read online suggest using Adobe Creative Cloud or the Adobe Customization Wizard.What is the best way to package and deploy Adobe Pro XI?Thanks!

Hey Guys -I'm familier with packaging Adobe products... until I got to DC.  I created a package for Acrobat Standard DC, used the Customization Wizard to add the serial and set options, and it successfully installs.  The first time a user launches it, though, it will not continue until they Sign In.  Below is the process i followed:- Downloaded latest Acrobat source files from site- Verified license number(s) were correct and for correct product- Extracted downloaded file and put all files from "Adobe Acrobat" folder into source share- Installed Cusomization Wizard for DC, entered the serial number, selected a few basic options including disabling online services, and saved it as AcroStan.mst- Created package with the below stringmsiexec /i AcroPro.msi TRANSFORMS=AcroStan.mst /qSeemingly there's a universal installer now so no more AcroStan.msiThe string above successfully installed the application, but it acts as if I didn't enter a serial number.  I'd try installi

I downloaded "Acrobat_2015_Web_WWMUI.exe" and "Acrobat_DC_Web_WWMUI.exe" from dashboard.Then each of these I created the installation package but neither has the multilanguage but have only the English language.So using Acrobat Customization Wizard DC I have checked out that the option "Application Language" (in Installation Option) is flagged:Then I flag "Install all Language", save configuration and reinstalled the software, but installation is always and only in English and can not be changed by the options (if I change nothing appen).Then I flag "Set the language to the Os language...",  save configuration and reinstalled sw but nothing happens.We use Adobe products in standard user environment and user want italian language installation.You can help me solve this problem?

Is it not possible to buy a license just for Lightroom only via the team management console? Looks like you can only get that by buying a full CC license.
