Hi, I changed computers and thought I had just switched Premiere Pro from my old computer to my new one but just received a bill, so presumable I have paid for another licence. How can I cancel the licence? Idealy I'd keep the one that is on my new computer and loose the old one...Cheers
We've deployed Creative Suite on around 40 Mac OSX clients including serial.Since last week Acrobat Professional X ask for registration on just one client. The installation was done over a year ago and worked without this message until last week.Because we were not able to find the reason for this issue, we uninstalled the Suite and deployed it again. For some tests done with a local administrator account everything was ok.After starting the Acrobat with an domain user account the problem comes back. - All other programs of the same suite are running without a problem. The pop up witch comes up is like the one described in (Error: "Your trial will expire in 32767 days" | Acrobat XI stand-alone).But our user haven't a personal Adobe-ID.
We have Creative Cloud for enterprise. Our Creative Cloud for enterprise customer (=end users) cannot access the Typekit Portfolio plan fonts, only the Free one.Best regards,Matti Mäkijärvimatti.makijarvi@karjalainen.fi

I use mapping software often with real estate programs such as MLS Fusion, IMAPP, Google Earth etc I keep getting an error message on my mapping sites saying I need to download Adobe Flash Player to my computer. I have since done so and started running it on my computer, restarted my computer, closed all browsers, then tried again and i get then same message. I am using a Macbook Pro and newish to Apple products for work purposes. Any suggestions from anybody with experience for just someone thats at least more tech savvy than I am would be great . Thanks! Chris
Greetings, I am new to the Creative Cloud. I've used the Creative Cloud Packager to create and deploy a package to my users and they are currently testing the new version and I hope to deploy it to them soon. What I'm interested in now is keeping up to date. Are there any blogs or RSS feeds that are updated when an update to a Creative Cloud app has been released?I know about the Adobe Product Security Incident Response Team Blog and the Adobe Installation and Licensing Blog, but I'm guessing that those blogs don't get updated if there is a non-security update for Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, etc. and so I'm wondering what resources are out there to stay on top of updates. Thanks!
Hello,We have started to deploy Creative Cloud applications to our company, and in the CC Packager set things so the Desktop app will not be installed, Remote Update Manager can be used for application updates, and updates should be pulled from our internal Adobe Update Server using the override file generated from the server. So everything installed properly, and we want to test using RUM to make sure the clients are checking on our internal AUS and NOT reaching out to Adobe for any updates. I can run RUM on a client, and the logs indicate it checks but finds not updates; however, there is no way to tell WHERE it is checking (no IP, DNS name, anything). We checked the IIS logs on the AUS and see nothing coming in.Can someone explain how you can verify whether the clients are actually checking an internal AUS for updates? The Adobe documentation (Creative Cloud Help | Using Adobe Remote Update Manager) just says it works if you set things up with the override file, but does not explain
I installed Acrobat DC and Adobe CC on Windows 7 with our custom installers. That works fine. I then sysprep /oobe /generalize the image for deployment with Clonezilla. The cloned PCs have lost their Adobe enterprise licensing. How can I work around this? VMWare Horizon is smart enough to preserve Adobe licensing for our VDI machines, at least for Acrobat (haven't tried CC yet). Plain Windows sysprep on real PCs, not so much.
We built silent installers for our CS6 programs, deployed the software, but when admins try to log in and install updates manually, they get a message sayingUpdate FailedUpdates could not be appliedPlease contact your Administrator if you wish to apply updates on your machine. Updates have been suppressed by the Administrator. When we built the silent installers with the Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition, we picked an option for updates, but obviously we picked the wrong one, as we just didn't want it prompting non-admin users about installing updates, not preventing admins from installing them.Is there a way to change this on the local machines?
HI all,My org has about 200 Acrobat XI installs currently. We are now forced to order Acrobat DC. I need to disable all cloud services and ensure the users are never prompted for login/Adobe ID.I created my transform through the Customization tool and chose "disable all features" under the Online Services area. I install via PowerShell, which prompts for the individual installation key and inserts it into the install command. After installation, you still cannot run Acrobat without creating and logging in with an Adobe ID. I cannot use the "offline exception" feature because we have a different license key for each instance of Acrobat. $key = read-host "Please enter the license key for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC:" $args2 = "/i AcroPro.msi TRANSFORMS=AcroPro.mst ISX_SERIALNUMBER=$key /qn" Start-Process msiexec -ArgumentList $args2 Effectively, my run command is:msiexec /i AcroPro.msi TRANSFORMS=AcroPro.mst ISX_SERIALNUMBER=1234123412341234 /qnIs
I have called support about this in the past, but when we uninstall before reloading a machine. We are unable to reinstall because we are over the activation's. It's like the system never gives us back our seat. We have verified we are under the limit for our serial by 2 seats. I contacted Adobe support which told me I need to come to the forums because CS3 is no longer supported.... HELP
Is it possible to change the language of the mail that we send to the user during the assign procedure (Named-user Licenses)?
When I add the Acrobat XI Pro to the install package using CCP, it does not install. The folder is there in the program files but there is no Acrobat application. I also noticed that in the package folder the size of the Acrobat folder is only 500K. I have tried creating two different packages and still get the same results.
I saw that I can make the transfer, but can't seem to get to anyone in order to get the claim number to start the process and complete the form. The links just keep taking me to more links. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
In packaging using the AAMEE 2.1 tool, it is not possible to add the second update for Flash Professional CS 5.5, located here.As you can see, the AAMEE 2.1 tool is able to include the 11.5.1 update (or it may well be in the install medium I've selected). When I select the downloaded zip, or any of it's contents, I see it inspect the update, then goes back to the same screen I originated; 11.5.1Please advise as to why a critical security update is not available to enterprise package customers. I see that I cannot post this to the Flash Professional community, as well.
Hello,I am an IT administrator and we just switched over to the Creative Cloud - complete collection. I have used the Adobe packager to bundle together the apps that I want and installed it on a test machine. All works great. My question is: In the Creative Cloud applet or launch manager, is there a way to disable the Install button for the other programs that I didn't originally put in my bundle? We want our end users to have a specific set of apps and that's it.Appreciate any help I can get.
Hi,I have been trying to deploy Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise to Windows 8.1 machines that are identical, using SCCM 2012 R2.The Adobe package seems fine, because it seems to deploy successfully to some machines. And SCCM 2012 R2 has been configured correctly, as I can deploy other software using it, and again, it deploys Adobe CC successfully to some of the machines.I have tried comparing the package that is downloaded on the test machine/client machine, with the original package on the distribution point, using Beyond Compare, and there are no differences.I have contacted Adobe Enterprise Support, and they asked me to send to them log files from Event Viewer, the msi installer, and other Adobe logs, from the machine that failed the deployment. However, after Adobe studying them, they told me that they could not identify any problems... Strange, because I could have sworn that I saw error 1603 pop up over 20 times on different machines indicating that the 'Set-up.dat' file had a pro
You are running an operating system that Lightroom no longer supports. Refer to the system requirements for a full list of supported platforms.
How can I tell what a user has downloaded from the dashboard, we are using Federated ID access?I would like to be able to report who has downloaded certain Adobe CC products and which products a specified user has downloaded. Thanks
I have a Macbook Air and I was sent an email saying" Please submit your request attaching your proof of academic status so that we may validate your eligibility. Please note that if we do not receive your proof of eligibility within 14 days, we will cancel your Student and Teacher Edition Creative Cloud subscription." I clicked on the email and it told me go to My Orders in your Adobe account, and click Submit Proof. i could not find the submit proof button. my secondary email is my school email which ends in .edu. how do i submit proof?
We ordered a lot of new Optiplex 3010's for business. We also specified Adobe Acrobat XI which only comes through via Dell Digital Delivery now. So we do not get a disc or a serial number card anymore. We set up a model computer exactly how we want it. You know, run through all the nag prompts, import a script to customize pinned applications to the taskbar, accept first time license agreements, ensure all the software we need is installed and configured. Then after this is done we remove it from the domain again and as a local admin we go through everything one last time to make sure things are custom the way we want. We then take an image using Acronis (boot to it from network). Then we go back in and run the Windows 7 sysprep utility that points to an xml file with things like copy profile = true, and others. After it shuts down we image it again so we have an after image. Now we just use Acronis and put this image on all of our Dell Optiplex

I'm running this on windows.any ideas of what might be going on? is there any other way I can get a MSI extracted of that setup.exe?thank you in advance.
