my computer installed adobe cc 2014 under enterprise license (my IT support helped installed the program).then i login with my personal adobe account, which never subscribed any cc servicesand now when there is softwares update i will not get any notification, as my personal account is not hooked with any service.esp when cc 2015 released, i am not able to get update.is it whenever there are updates, minor or major ones, i have to ask my IT support to download the latest software or i missed anything?thx

I need to download the installation files, and deploy to hundreds of computers in a silent install.  Where do I start? IE:  Where are the download files?

Having prepared a package for installation of the full CC (2014) suite, it does not deploy Adobe Acrobat DC Pro; and if we attempt to deploy this separately, we receive an error that the serial is not valid; anyone else experience this issue?

Greetings!I am an employee at Shaw AFB, and we have ran into an issue after Adobe Acrobat Pro XI was updated on our systems.I can open a test pdf from a website, and it will open within the browser.When I access another site, like a school website, to access a newsletter, which is in pdf format, it shows a black X near the top left of the page.I am unsure what is causing this to happen, or if something is blocking it.Very confused.  Has anyone else seen this issue?V/rJuan

In our enterprise environment we have noticed on multiple machines acrodist.exe (Acrobat Distiller) is randomly maxing out 1 CPU core. So on dual-core machine there is 50% utilisation, quad-core 25% utilisation, octa-core 12.5% cpu utilisation.This is even when the end-user is not using any Acrobat or PDF related applications. Upon investigation using Process Explorer we have noticed approx. 10 minutes after first bootup, for some reason acrotray.exe calls Distiller (acrodist.exe) under the users context using the following command line:acrodist /N /P --UseSystemFonts /Q:15The acrodist.exe process then proceeds to run indefinitely maxing out 1 CPU core until it is manually terminated from task manager.Using help files I know what the switch parameters /N (new instance of Distiller) and /Q:15 (quit after 15 seconds of completion) do but I cant figure out what /P --UseSystemFonts is asking Distiller to do. I have a education enterprise agreement for Creative Cloud which should include almost all the CC applications http://www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/volume-licensing/pdfs/cc-enterprise-edu-en.pdfI have the latest version of the CCP and login with the Enterprise credentials that we use for the Adobe Licensing Website, this allows us to build packages with all the applications available. However, when the package is installed on a client machine then all applications were initially showing as running in a Trial mode. I generated a license file in the CCP and ran in as Admin on the client machine, this is supposed to re-apply our license to ensure any trial versions of the applications are activated. We have multiple users using this software in our enterprise environment.  The license key is part of the software deployment package and initially works without issue.  However, eventually each user has been prompted, when launching an application from the suite, to enter our organizations Adobe ID and password, which of course our users don't have.  Initially they can get past the prompt and use the software but eventually the software stops opening.  Is there a way for us to reactivate the software with out having to do a complete uninstall and reinstall of the suite?

I'd like to use Photoshop and LightRoom on my desktop PC, but install and use Bridge on my laptop. Can I do this, and without violating any Adobe rules about license and installation? Is there any tricks to that installation? I know that you are allowed two installs with CC, but my wife is currently using one entire installation on her desktop. I'm not trying to abuse anything, I just don't need Bridge on my desktop, but would like it on my laptop.Thanks for any help.Frank in Vancwa

Hello all,I've run into an issue testing the deployment of an install package for Adobe InCopy 2015 that I created using the Creative Cloud Packager for teams (assigned licenses).I followed the recommended instructions on the help page, but I'm at a loss as to what to do now. I created a package for only one item, Adobe InCopy 2015 (and the necessary cloud components). The package appears to be created successfully as there are no errors, but when I try to test the install by running the 'setup.exe' file in the build folder, the install commences and I get the following progress bar.At some point, my screen turns blue (my Windows 8 theme color) and the folder containing the installer files opens up. Then the bar appears completely fill up, then it will drop back down to the beginning and the progress bar will close.InCopy 2015 is not installed on the machine, however it appears that the Creative Cloud application does install correctly.There is no error message displayed and I cannot f

I manage a large deployment with multiple daily hires and contractor work. Is it possible to reset a user's password  without revoking the license(seat) of a user using my Team admin credentials? I have created package installers for two different courses in our school. How do I push updates to the computers that have the software installed on them? Do I have to physically touch each machine and run updates or is there a way to have updates pushed to each machine? Please email me at <Removed by moderator> Thanks in advance

By Default Creative Cloud Application manager removes previous versions of CC. Does a package file remove previous versions of CC or does it leave the versions intact?

Hi everyone,is there any way to deploy Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, [...] 2015 for all Computers that have 2014 installed? The Remote Update Manager doesn't seem to update the major version. We download the Updates via AUSST, so is it just not working or not supposed to be working?What are the alternatives? Do we have to install the 2015-Version of those programs on all clients via remotecontrol or what's the best practice for the upgrade from 2014 to 2015?Best regardsTobias

Hi,I have three devices with the adobe software on. One of them got stolen and another broke. When I tried to register the serial number on a forth device I got a pop up message stating that I have reached my maximum amount of devices loaded with the software.How can I change this? I am using the Acrobat Customization Wizard to disable some features and customize the install for our organization.  I had Acrobat DC installed on a workstation and I want to update the install with the new settings, so I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it will not disable the Document Cloud features.  I have done this on several other workstations that I have already installed the out of the box software and I haven't had any issues, it is just the one workstation that I can't get it to remove that functionality.

Hello GuysI've created an install package with adobe creative cloud packager and included "Design Standard" and Lightroom.I installed it on a machine and tested everything, and it seemed to be working well.After that, I configured the machine with the rest of the software, like office, firefox and so on.After that, I cloned the disk of the machine onto a second one.When I installed the second disk in a host with the same hardware (MacPro, exact same configuration), and wanted to open InDesign or some other software, it asks for the Adobe CC Credentials.Even when I enter them, it just keeps asking for the credentials. The only way to work around the problem which I found so far was to remove the Adobe software and reinstall it with the package I generated earlier.This is a huge problem as I need to deploy around 60 Macs!I want to do it with the disk cloning method, as this is the ideal way as we also switch to ssd drives.The second problem is, that when I want to open Acrobat, it says "
