I'm buy Business Plan at 19/06/2024 but to day I'm not find way to refund this plan. Help me Please

Trying to see what the add on cost for custom models is within Firefly for Enterprise accounts?  Have to say Adobe did a really poor job of phone support with trying to find this out, bounced between about 5 different people and still didn't get the answer (some didn't even know what it was)   I eventually got an email that pointed me to a useless page.  Why is Adobe making this so hard?

I'm searching for APIs for AI Image Generation to be used in the development of our app and Firefly Services fits our needs perfectly. However, we have problems on how to avail this specific product, that is only available for enterprise plans. We're only a group of less than 10 people, and obviously doesn't have an enterprise plan since we're just students. I've tried contacting resellers in our country, and many gave me the item in the quotation for "Creatives Cloud for Enterprise All Apps ALL Multiple Platforms Multi Asian Languages Subscription New Education Named License Level 1 1-9, 12 Months subscription". I don't think this is what I needed because I only need to use the APIs of Firefly Services and not all apps, plus this is already super expensive as a student.

Our company IT team has recently formatted my system for system issue, After that When I login my adobe account My products were unavailable. It shows Administrator not assigned any products. I'm only using the account and I'm the admin also. Please help me, How can I resolve the issue.

My team is having the same issue. We can see the shared libraries in the web browser, but they do not show up in the desktop apps. Using MacOS and the latest version of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Also had issues with the sharing email that Adobe sends to other people when a library is shared. Clicking the link in that email brings you to a 404 page. This was brought up a few years ago, according to other posts I found in the forum, but apparently Adobe STILL has not fixed it. Adobe... stop playing around with AI and fix the BUGS in your software!

As we are using Adobe business account for our Business, Suddenly we are unable to access our products in adobe account. It shows products are not available. When I check with adobe support team, they informed me your plan was cancelled. Without user consent how plan was cancelled. What can I do further to activate my plan and access my products, Since our license is still valid only.

Hello All,Im the admin for our company Adobe business account and I received a request via email from one of our customers to grant him access to Adobe Premiere Pro. This customer has a subscription running for a long time and we renewed it this month already. When trying to grant access from the option in the received email, I get this message (see below). Has anyone an idea how this can be resolved?  Thank you

I want to cancel my Adobe subscription plan, my subscription has ended and I do not wish to renew it. I have been getting lots of messages (from Adobe), and if the messages keep coming my money account might get blocked.So how do I completely remove my card details from Adobe?

I know Adobe Express allows for collaboration with team mates but I'm looking for more insight into how the approval workflow would work for a business license for Adobe Express.-For example, can a download and/or scheduler fuction be disabled until it's approved by an assigned "approver" within an organization?

Hi All, We have been invoiced in SAR and the deduction was done in USD which made a discrepancy in the total amount due to the currency exchange difference. I had many invoices from Adobe before and on the same account, all were deducted in the same invoiced currency. I have talked to the support in Adobe to find a solution and the only answer they had is that they did not deduct in USD, the bank did 🙂  ... anyway, I asked them to make it easier on all of us and just re-issue the Invoice in USD so we can adjust our accounts. They refused and told me to speak to my Bank as this is not their issue, it's a bank issue as they claim.Has anyone faced the same?  Regards, abd  

Hi there, I work within a school and help out with all things IT.So, I did a big oopsie :I cloned 14 Laptops to update them and they have/had multiple Adobe programs and the Adobe Creative Cloud installed. I didn't know about the protection from adobe against cloning and the creative cloud system with admin console and packages. What's my best (least work) course of action to get the Adobe Creative cloud and the corresponding Apps working on all 14 Laptops? As far as I can tell we have atleast 40 unused licenses, but I'm still unsure how to get things working again. My guess:I have to create a Package made in the admin console.I need to uninstall all Adobe remenants from the cloned img using adobe uninstall.Now I use the setup file? (Not sure about the best way of doing things from this point).Does every Laptop need an extra-account with e-mail so I add them to the license panel in the adobe admincenter? Best would be if you can give me a rundown what I ha

Hello everyone,I have a question. One of our users has used their professional email address with our domain for an annual subscription that is billed monthly. I want to add this user to our company's professional account, but I'm unsure whether their personal account will be deleted and the monthly charges stopped, or if they will continue to be billed on their personal account. I've noticed that on the professional account, we can add users with or without products. Does this affect the billing on their personal account?How does the cancellation of the personal account work after the transfer to the company's professional account? Is there a charge for early termination?Can someone help me with this?

I'm wondering what exactly is Adobe Target's "Page Views" tracking. More exactly I'm refering to:Does it track- only if the user is visiting that url just after the page where the Activity is set?- tracking every/any time the user is visiting that url during the user session?- would it track a url if it's the 3rd page visited after the activity page? Being A page where activity is set, and C the page view url: A -> B -> C

Like so many others in this community, I've found that using the internal AUSST server to provide updates to our end user machines is not reliable enough for continued deployment.  I've been trying for years to make it workable, so not just teething problems.  This only applies to the Creative Cloud side, Acrobat works no problem. I'm looking for a simple and reliable alternative. Instead of using RUM, can I just apply the full application msi over the top of an existing install to update?  If so, are there any downside or pitfalls to watch out for? Thanks

I was just granted access to Creative Cloud via my work email address and set up the info for my new account. I was in a panic level rush and chose a random year for date of birth. My Adobe account must think I am under 18 because I cannot even log into adobe.com with that email address to update by DOB, I get this error everywhere I go. "You are ineligible to use this product or service due to the Service Eligibility Requirements" How can I rectify this and update my date of birth?

Hi, When I use the desktop app to create install packages I have no problems adding the override files, but that only works for 2018 and older apps. When I try and use the web-based tools, the Redirect to internal Adobe update server option is greyed out.Any ideas? OK, I figured it out, you need to add the ovveride XML in prefs, first, then the option appears!

None of my adobe apps will install. I will run the creative cloud install folder ans click to allow it to make changes, but then nothing happens. ive tried the uninstaller too

i dont know how i bought it and i need the subscription to stop being payed for but theres literally no option to change the plan or cancel. please please please help, i cant afford $40 being taken from me every month when this was an accident, im already out $40 because i didnt know i had this subsription still till the money got take so please please please help i literally only rarely use photoshop so please help!

Hello,     I am having a problem logging onto Creative Cloud.  Whenever I try to log in with my credentials I get the error:An error occurredSAML Assertion signature is invalid.This might happen due to a mismatch between the certificate used to sign the assertion and the one in the metadata uploaded to Adobe.Please make sure you uploaded the metadata with the proper certificates. This happens no matter what computer I log onto.  PC or Mac. I have tried from several different computers.  I have also tried with different Adobe accounts as well.  We have shared device licensing.  I don't know what SAML assertion is.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the entire suite and it still happens.  How do I fix this?

Hello. I am writing with a problem. I am an Adobe administrator at the Institute of Journalism and Social Communication at the University of Wroclaw. We want to take advantage of access to Adobe programs for our students (until the end of May). We did everything in accordance with the instructions. I added student email addresses in the administration panel. Now when students log in, unfortunately, they cannot install free software. They only have the opportunity to try for 7 days or purchase. Logging out of the account and logging in again will not do anything. Please help.

Hallo Zusammen, wir haben das gleiche Problem mit dem Unterschied, dass wir uns nicht mit dem falschen Konto anmelden. Über das private Konto hat meine Kollegin eine Lizenz für die CC Version. Auf dem Geschäftskonto sind 5 Lizensen für die Acrobat Pro Version, die wir nicht mehr benötigen und keinen Rechner dazu angemeldet haben aber trotzdem 142,74€ monatlich zahlen! Seit Monaten versuchen wir dahinter zu kommen, wie wir dieses kündigen können. Leider ohne Erfolg. Hat jemand eine Idee wie wir Kontakt zu Adobe aufnehmen können?
