Please Help!To be clear, I've never had issues in the past two years, but suddenly, I can’t get Creative Cloud to open. Each time I open it, I see the following message: “Adobe Creative Cloud is taking longer than usual to load,” followed by, “Unable to reach Adobe servers. Please check your firewall settings to ensure that the time settings on your computer are correct, and try again” Using Windows 10 Pro (64-bit), I tried the following after the app wouldn’t open: Closing and restarting the app - same messageRestarting PC - same messageChecked my subscription status = only installed on 2 systems. Closing all Adobe-related tasks in Task Manager and restarting the app - same messageClosing ALL applications that are open on my system - same messageReparing Creative Cloud using Creative Cloud Unistaller - same messageUninstalling Creative Cloud using Creative Cloud Unistaller - same messageUninstalling Creative Cloud and all Adobe apps - same messageTruning off firewa

Hello, We are having issues from time to time with students app data taking up a large ammount of their storage allocation on the user area. This is leading to many problems, it's not always the same folder in app data causing this it depeneds on what CC applications the student uses and also what they do. As more time goes on I imagine the issue will become more frequent. Before I consider any less traditional ways to remove app data from students profiles is there any way to reduce or remove this at a global level? It seems app data is being used by more and more applications. If anyone else has encountered the same thing and come up with a solution I would be very interested in hearing from you. Kind Regards

How can we disable the ability for users to share files in Acrobat and Reader (thereby creating a copy of the file in Adobe's cloud storage-which is the actual issue)?

Hi, We are a ISV - Technology Partner and when I do login in Admin Console then I can't see Account Tab in header menu. I have sytem admin access but I can't manage Contract owner due to it. Why cant I see Account tab if any one can anser it please. Thank You 

Hi,  I am having severe problems with Adobe these days. Every year I get charged for 3 CC license, but have email to prove it. But, in admin console screen it does not show any products other than Adrobe Acrobat. Also, even if I add a new user inside Admin Console, that user cannot use Premier Pro, for example.  Here is a screenshot of the email and what I am seeing in the admin screen. Confusing, to say the least. What bothers me is that email address matches, so I am really perplexed. Can someone please help? I tried emailing to support and no one is replying. This has been like this for months... 

A teacher has been using Adobe Portfolio with their students so they can create work for their final submissions that are being assessed next week.However, a lot of students have reported the shared documents are no longer found. According to the staff member as well the students are no longer able to see these published documents anymore either.When I went to go and create a "test" document and then publish it as a test. It re-directed me to a subscription page with licenses on.Before we had no issues as we use an educational license accessing and publishing documents as it's included.Would you be able to advise me on why it's changed and if this work is retrievable?

Hey there.I'm looking to run photoshop in a windows docker container that's going to just execute a script over and over again on different network files. I can install photoshop in the windows docker image, but I'm getting stuck at signing into the creative cloud. Any feedback would be appreciated. 

I seem to be stuck in a support loop. Last week, I tried to access some of my libraries content from my iPhone using the CC app. The app shows all my Cloud Docs as expected, but it only shows me two public libraries I have followed, and 2 personal libraries. None of the "Organization" or Team libraries we have show up in the CC app for iPhone. I am logged into the proper profile on my phone, as my icons match what is on the web version as well as desktop versions of all Adobe apps. All libraries show up on the web, as well as on desktop apps. I have explained this several different ways to several different support reps, but each support rep starts from the beginning, telling me to check assets.adobe.com, telling me to log out, and eventually transferring me to another rep that tells me to hold while they check into the issue. Every time, (5 reps yesterday, including a rep in sales.) I get disconnectedand then my case in the admin console is marked "Resolved." Is anyone

Hey ASC, We Recenlty created an Creative Cloud library with all of our brand assets. (color, icons, logos...etc.) Is it possible to get metrics on how much a partculiar asset or icon used within the org? Our company has an enterprise acccount not sure whether or not that is factor, the library is accessiable to everyone in the company.  Many thanks,Isaac

When I try to sign onto my Adobe account to access my desktop apps, it sends me to 'Enterprise ID Sign In' which is a Microsoft sign in page. But I've never linked my account to a Microsoft account, so I just get this message:'AADSTS50020: User account '***' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant '***' and cannot access the application '6aba272b-e383-44cd-8eda-34c66dfd9546'(Adobe Identity Management (OIDC)) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.'I can't access any apps on my desktop, I can't uninstall them as it just tries to take me back to the app and I can't access much from my web account. Any idea how I can get into my account?

Hello, so I changed my adobe account, I signed off the creative cloud app, and signed in with the new account, now the creative cloud app doesnt recognize all the installed adobe appslike when I open it all the apps are available to (install) not updates I tried to install photoshop and I got error even, so the only option I can do is uninstalling everything but I really dont want to lose plugins and settings, if you guys can help 

I signed into another laptop on my Creative Cloud account during which I signed out my main computer from Creative Cloud which I've done numerous times before. The next day I've gone to sign back into my Creative Cloud account on my main computer and when opening the Creative Cloud app it just says "You've been signed out." When I click sign in, it just reappears with the same message repeatedly and doesn't actually let me try to sign in. To fix this I tried Repairing Creative Cloud via the Uninstaller, used the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Cloud multiple times, restarted the computer, and followed instructions on another forum https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan-discussions/sign-in-help/m-p/6071788#M131 to remove some files (Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db) and LITERALLY NOTHING HAS WORKED.  This is infuriating and such a waste of my time, I work for a Marketing agency and have numerous

Please adobe, you have a lot of the ground work developed for making deployment of the CC suite both easier, and without the need for massive packaging.  Enhancement Request - Let me package up only the CC Desktop App, while providing the list of applications I'd like pre-installed.  The key here is this, don't include these applications in the package, but rather, have the CC Desktop App queue them for installation once the desktop app is installed by MDM/EDM.  This effectively pre-primes the self-service aspect we already have, but without the user having to install these packages at the point of use.  Essentially, when the app is added to the package, let me check a box that says, "Adobe cloud delivered/installed"  For labs and other shared spaces, where the whole suite is desired, it would eliminate the need for these huge 25GB packages (or multiple smaller packages). Dear Support,as many others, I am not able to assign one of my Acrobat Pro licences to any of my users at my team. I get a error message without a code (see attached). The accounts are activated and work, the licence was bought about 3-4 weeks ago.  The support by phone sadly was not able to help me on this one. Hi all, I recently opened a case recently with Adobe - case number ADB-28128538-Q7M5 to address the fact that the AUSST tool was not cleaning up old versions with the --incremental --cleanup command After talking to them and to their engineers,  I was told that they had updated the tool so this command qoudl no longer work. They also updated their website instructions at the same time to reflect this. I was then told that I need to run the command seperately. i.e.AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool --root="c:\inetpub\wwwroot\updates" --incremental and then  AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool --root="c:\inetpub\wwwroot\updates" --cleanup The problem with this is that whilst this will cleanup the data, when you run the incremental again, it downloads all that junk again and you are left in a catch 22 situation.   Now, you may say, use the SAP codes. Description - in Admin Console, be able to show all of the permissions that a user has for a product.Why is this feature important to you - since permissions can be assigned per product profile, and a user can be added to more than one product profiles, it can be difficult for the Admin Console administrator to understand all of the combined permissions that a user has been granted finally for that product.How would you like the feature to work - at the "Users" view, when selecting a user, then under "Products", provide an overlay per product that shows all of the combined permissions that a user has been granted finally.Current Behaviour - the Admin Console administrator has to build his own map of user and product profile permissions to figure out what permissions the user finally has.

I have a company in which I have a custom silent install interface in which i install all the apps I need after formating any computer. I managed to update all apps exept the adobe reader whish I have a Liscence to distribute. Hello. I need to change our company's credit card information but there's a bug in Adobe Admin Console that keeps loading some parts in the page eternally and I canot forward. I've tried to do it in Safar and Chrome, with some different Internet connections (if it's something in my company's firewall) and with Adobe Help's Chat, but is REALLY USELESS. I already have 4 notifications and I'm worried that Adobe can suspend our licenses.
