I have 50x SDLs. All are assigned. I have a project to refresh all student computers in the Art department. I don't see how I can recover my SDLs from retired computers such that they are available for reasigning to the new computers. Any advice greatfully received.

Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017.0, Adobe After Effects CC 2017.0, and Adobe Presenter Video Express all crash (actually, won't open, rather than crash) UNLESS the computer is connected to our domain, or the user is connected to the VPN.I have a Lenovo P50 laptop with 16GB RAM and 4GB NVidia graphics card. The user is not a domain admin, but has temporary local admin privileges until we can determine if they are needed or not. After 2 hours on the phone with Adobe support, including being transferred from the installation team to the Premiere team, I was told I needed to be transferred back to the installation team. In the end, I uninstalled all of the applications, copied the installer to the local drive, and reinstalled. Again, the applications will only load if the user is connected to the VPN.I need help to understand why this is, and how to correct it so that she can use her software even if there is no internet available.Thank you,

Hi all,I am a keen photographer and have my own Photography Plan for Lightroom and Photoshop mainly. I also work from home and have been given access to Creative Cloud All Apps for business. I mainly want to use Premiere and After Effects. I don't know if I want to cancel my personal plan just so I can install video editing apps! I also don't know what would heppen if I switch accounts and install those apps from the business plan on the same PC as my personal plan... or if things will go wonky if I install Photoshop/Lightroom via the business Creative Cloud...Am I worrying over nothing? Is there an easy way to do this? Or even a complicated way... I can geek out.Thanks

As an admin on a team that switched from Adobe IDs to Business IDs a month ago, I assumed that once the team was fully converted, we could create team libraries instead of shared libraries. However, I can't find the option to create a team library or move our current individual/shared libraries to team libraries. Is it correct that a team with Business IDs should be able to create team libraries and is there a setting that needs to be enabled?I don't see the 'Everyone' folder under Storage>Shared Storage nor do I get the 'Move to Teams' option and not sure of the reason. It's been weeks am trying to get help from chat support wasting hours with no solutions. All they do is repeatedly provide an article on how to create the team's library which is again of no use. So posting in the community to get some help. Thanks. 

Hi all - I have a team of three, and two of them have seats for creative clouds per our Adobe plan. One of them is having a hard time downloading apps from the creative cloud. Her email matches the email in our Adobe account; we also tried deleting her and adding her back on. To no avail, still have a hard time downloading apps. Any suggestions are welcome, thanks!

While in the Adobe Admin Console I create a new account, but it is not saving the user’s name. The email address is required but the name is optional. I like adding the name, so they are easy to find in the console. I never had a problem doing this before today. The account gets created but keeps dropping off the optional name. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi all, I have a project created, but cannot add the User Management API to the project, its saying it is not available to me, How do you resolve this as every time I try and raise a support case, I end up on a chat window and the bot has no idea so just get passed around with no resolution.

TL;DR, there was not sufficient warning about the concequences of activating my new Enterprise account without choosing the automatic asset migration first. Once you have signed into your Enterprise account, you can no longer do the automated migration.The only place I found that tells you this is a misleading warning "Caution: If you choose to proceed without migrating your content, you are not prompted with this option again. See the Frequently Asked Questions for more details." which, frankly makes it sound like you have dismissed a help dialog and you or IT could trigger it again or find an option after the fact.and a 3rd bulletpoint buried 13 questions deep in the separate Automated Asset Migration FAQ page. "However, if you sign in to your enterprise account and click No, I Want to Move My Content Manually Later, you cannot initiate the automated Asset Migration process again. We subscribe to Creative Cloud here at the university I work at. I've noticed several computers (including my own) hammering our DNS servers for the DNS name of polka.typekit.com.  So far I've determined it is macOS computers logged into Creative Cloud.  To verfiy I logged out of the Creative Cloud app and after a minute or so the DNS requests stopped.  I logged back in the after a few minutes it starts up again.  Several machines are exhibiting this behavior each doing roughly 20,000,000 request in 24 hours.  Anyone else notice this?

Users having personal and business profiles is really frustrating as the licenses dont carry over between accounts so we often get helpdesk tickets because a user has logged in under the wrong profile. As the personal profiles have no use for us how do we disable them for all of our users?

Hi My apologies for the rant but I am try to gauge who else is affected but the current Adobe CC licensing fiasco.  Adobe have completely dropped the ball for us with our Creative Cloud licensing. This started mid Jan with the maintenance of the Adobe CC license portal where all of our Adobe Creative Cloud users had their licenses removed, this not only stopped all of the team members from working but created significant workload to our support staff.I placed a called through to the Adobe support team and spoke to a member of the Creative Cloud support team and he indicated he was not aware of the outage and was not able to help.  The Adobe CC portal came back on line within a couple of hours and most users were able to recommence work however large a number of users had to log out and back in to Creative Cloud to allow them to continue working.We have not received any communication from Adobe on this issue which I would have expected from s

I have a seat on my company's enterprise account. On my laptop I was able to download and update all of the apps on our plan using the creative cloud,  signed into this same account. I am unable to do the same on my 2019 iMac. It has 2019 versions of the software already installed (maybe from a disk or download rather than the cloud) and is not listed as a registered device on my account. When I try to update or download fresh copies of any of the software, my creative cloud app says I don't have access to manage apps - but I do have access to manage them on my other machine, using the same credentials, so why won't it work on this one?  I'm afraid to uninstall all of the old software on my desktop without being certain that I'll have the ability to replace it with a new copy. I've contacted my admin and so far they've not been able to help with my issue which is why I'm here. AUSST has been configured in my environment for about 5 months now with no issues. As of a week ago I noticed a device get flagged for not having Photoshop updates. I checked the logs and it knows it needs an update after it checks in with AUSST, but was giving a file not found error when trying to update PHSP. On the AUSST in products\AdobeProducts there is only PHSPBETA and not PHSP. Is this by design or is something failing to download? Hi, I am complete novice to Adobe licensing. We have an enterprise agreement with Adobe for CC and other titles.  I am an admin console operator, however I need the CLP number - would be the same as the Agreement or contract number?  Som e guidance suggests trying to find it at https://licensing.adobe.com/ (LWS) however I do not have account for that. If a new user did not receive an email to setup their Acrobat Pro DC subscription account, can we re-send it to them? I don't see that as an option. Or is there a link they can go to and set it up without the email?

What is Adobe Feature Restricted Licensing included apps?

Hey every-one, Our company uses several 'floating' licenses for CreativeSuite-softwares (Photoshop, Indesign, etc.), switching between the coworkers that need those products at a certain time, since none of us needs them all the time.However, every time the license is revoked for one of the coworkers, their Acrobat reader (not a pro-version, but a free stand-alone download) also stops functioning.As a result, we have to uninstal, redownload and re-instal Acrobat every time someone else needs a license for the CreativeSuite programmes, which happens very regularly.Is there a way to avoid this?

Hello, our company bought a big package: Creative Cloud with all applicaton + Adobe Stock, but we could not activate it. We tried to log in to Licensing Website (LWS), but it is not working. We need the lisence code. Where can i find it an other way? 

How to install PS Beta in case it's not visible in Creative Cloud Desktop Application   Note - You must contact your IT administrator managing Adobe Admin Console.   The quickest fix is to create a package for PS BETA from your Adobe Admin Console and install it. The most common reason why it may not be visible to you is because of the Self Service Policies that your Admin has applied to the product profile you are added to. Admins must turn off (uncheck) the option "Make updates available 30 days after release, " which will display PS Beta version in CCDA for all users added to the particular product profile.   If the BETA section is not visible, you need to create a new Package from Admin Console and enable the option "Enable install of beta apps" during package creation which is documented here.   If PS CC Beta is still unavailable, please restart your machine after making the above changes.   Thanks and Regards, Rohit Pandita |Digital Media | Lead T
