I am managing the user licnese for our group. I took over from another system admin who left the group. I've been purchasing new licnese for our users as their old licneses expire. I have two users that are now unable to use their apps with the new user licnese I have assigned to them though. I have assigned the two users to the available licenses in the admin console, and when the users log into the creative cloud and check out their plan it shows that they have access to Illustrator and the other apps they need to use. When they try to open the illustrator app though it immediately closes because of a license issue. I have had them sign out and back in to make sure they are on the propper account, which they are. I have completely uninstalled all their adobe apps and the creative cloud desktop app from their computers and reinstalled their apps with the managed packages option. It has not changed the behavior.  Things we have tried:Deleting their user accounts and creating

Hello, An employee of my company recently left. He was responsible for purchasing and is the likely account admin for our creative cloud portal. I am trying to take ownership of this account, but can't seem to get in touch with anyone from Adobe to assist. Chat doesn't work as I'm not a paid subscriber on my current login. No numbers to call that I can find.

I am a publisher currently running Mac OS X 10.6.8, using Adobe Creative Suite CS4 and QuarkXPress 8.5.1.I wish to bring myself up to speed with the current versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat.The problem is I wish to test run the iCloud to familiarise myself with these programmes as I feel their layouts will be very different given the time difference, but I need to continue working with my familiar CS4 programmes and Quark while I re-teach myself.I have spoken to Apple's phone service, who told me that my computer is too old to run macOS High Sierra (their latest) and suggested I upgrade to OS X El Capitan (the previous version) which they assure me will run iCloud.Unfortunately, they didn't know if installing El Capitan would block me from using CS4, thus stopping me from working while I learn how to use iCloud.Q:     Do you know if I can still use CS4 with El Capitan?Q:     If not, what is the latest Mac upgrade that will

How is it so hard to cancel a plan? I've tried 4 times in the last few days. Every time I get cut off or am transfered. Does anyone have any idea how to actually get this company to cancel a team plan?

We manage three different environments from other municipalities in a municipal partnership. Is it possible that we have a central management portal from which we can add and assign licenses for the different municipalities, but that these municipalities each receive their own invoices?

If I make a program payment with only one Adobe account and add other user accounts to the user group, can other accounts use the program?Or is admin just a management page, do I have to pay for the program for every account with all users?

Hi All,Pretty sure I know the answer to this already... but is there any way to filter the products downloaded by AUSST to only include apps/updates for Windows OS? Seems like there is only the option to filter the product itself... its a shame we're taking up so much extra storage (and download time) for files for an OS we don't use.Cheers

We have AUSST running incremental downloads triggered via scheduled tasks; previously with earlier versions we also had it performing a cleanup run monthly. With the v6 version of AUSST, it seems the cleanup command now must run as a sepetate task outside of the incremental run... this would be fine however it prompts for a 'are you sure y/n?' when running it; so doesn't play nice with running via a Scheduled Task. Is there an undocumented argument we can include to bypass the 'are you sure' check?Cheers!

Julie unfortunate but I've been getting charges on my financial institution for the last four months for Adobe but my school district pays for a community program for us to have everything we need to teach and to do our work so I filed a complaint with my financial institution and also let Adobe know and they're still taking money out every every two weeks to a month and it is getting out of control to the point where now they are refusing to refund me.  [edited by moderator]

I think Adobe's subscription policy is designed to drive users away.Renewal is automatic, annual!Deactivation, however, requires wasting time by opening a support ticket. But the chat is carried out by a BOT that doesn't understand. After some wasted time, the BOT promises you chat with a human operator. But the human operator is too busy making contracts, he doesn't have time to answer me.Luckily we have deactivated the credit card registered with Adobe, so if I am unable to speak to an operator, I can rest assured that they will not receive even a cent more from me. I would like to know why you decided to make life impossible for those who make the mistake of subscribing to Adobe.

Hello, I work for a business that would like me to install the Adobe Creative Cloud to all of our team's laptops. Instead of them wanting us to have each person install each app such as Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, and Premiere Pro from the internet, they wanted me to see if I can download the applications to a flashdrive and insert it to each computer and copy, then install the apps to each laptop. We want to avoid using so much internet because each app is GBs large. Is there a way to do this?

Hi  My organization is looking at enabling Adobe Campaign standard for Hong kong region where traditional chinese and english languages are a must have. Can Adobe Campaign Standard support both chinese and English in a single instance?  Thanks,Heena

I work for a company with an Adobe site license (maybe it's an enterprise&team acct.). I've changed nothing about how I've worked for the past 2.5 years and suddenly I get this warning that my account is about to expire in 7 days, then 6 etc. I notify management and they assure me it's an auto payment and not to worry. Today is the day Adobe takes their payment (and they've taken it) but I'm locked out. I had to log in as the boss in order to get to work. What's going on? I have a BeHance account opened under the same name I use for "my" site license as well as loging in to this support community but having to have signed in as the boss I can't see the BeHance site (not a show stopper) but still things are getting confusing. Now, in order to access a string of current PS Beta bugs and other support issues I logged in the community, I need to log in with my original account but in order to access the CC software, I need to sign in with the bosses login. Anyone kn

Hello,I have an old Adobe account which was created when purchasing Illustrator. Yesterday my company granted me Acrobat Pro which was registered with my new email adress, because our company changed from .de to .com . Now i have 2 accounts and have to log in the old one when I want to work with Illustrator and to log in to the new when Acrobat is to be chosen.Is there a way to merge both accounts, both are paid by the same company?Any further suggestions Kind Regards
