My laptop (Windows 11 Pro 22H2) was running Creative Cloud Desktop just fine, synching up the files on the cloud with a local copy.  About a month ago - my computer slowed down so much I couldn't use it.  The mouse would take a full minute to drag across the screen.   I went into the startup programs and turned most of them off....and my computer starting behaving normal again. Of course, my cloud files are no longer syncing.  If I manually start Adobe Creative Cloud - my computer drops to its knees and I can no longer really use it, but after 30 minutes to over an hour - the files will sync up.  I have to restart then, thus booting up without Creative Cloud runing, and I can work again. This is becoming more of a problem because our entire team syncs with the creative cloud.......and my files are not keeping up for obvious reasons.   I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the Creative Cloud Desktop App.   Any more sugges

'Manage Fonts' not working in desktop application and shows "permission may be required. You may need to request permission from your IT administrator to use Adobe Fonts" but I am able to access this button on the web version. Would you know how to resolve this issue?I am encountering the same issue for mac and pc both. Would it be any licensing issue?

I have the whole cloud through work but will only ever use the programs that I have already downloaded. I guess I didn't download enough for Papa Adobe to be satisfied but I don't want to have to mark it as spam (which it objectively is) Is there a way to disable this "feature"?

I am trying to force all users to use MFA within our buiness. I am following the instructions here: Authentication settings (adobe.com), but I do not have a link in the Privacy and Security page to Authentication settings. Is someone able to help me enable this please?

Die von mir verwaltetete Lizenz muss jährlich verlängert werden. Das erfolgt immer per Rechnung beim Händler. Die letzen Jahre musste ich nur die Rechnungsnummer in der Admin Console eingeben und die Lizenz war um ein Jahr verlängert.Diese Jahr gibt es keine Möglichkeit die Lizenz zu verlängern. Es wird nur angezeigt das das über den Fachhändler FirmaXY erfolgen soll. Hab aber einen anderen Händler genommen. Wie gesagt die Rechnung ist da, aber in der Admin Console wird immer noch als Ablaufdatum der 24.12.2022 angezeigt.Ein Banner unterhalb dem Menü zeigt interessanterweise "Vielen Dank für ihre Verlängerung ihrer Lizenzen ..." an.Wie bekomme ich die Lizenzverlängerung in die Admin Console, die Nutzer wollen schließlich weiterarbeiten?

Whenever I open the app it shows me this, and when I click sign in it just loads for about a second then shows me this exact screen again. Ive tried many things online and deleting and redownloading many times.

Hi,I searched for information about it and talked with the support but I didn't get a clear answer.We use VMware Horizon 7.13 + App Volumes 4.1 (Upgrading soon to latest versions)We've been asked if it's possible to deply Photoshop on the environment.Our network is isolated with no internet at all but we have an additional network with an internet connectivity that if needed I can send a file (like a license validation file) from the isolated network to the one with the internet and send to Adobe. Is it possible to implement in my case from what i've wrote above? Thank you.

Hi Team, Need help in resolving an issue .We are hosting our AEM server on AWS EC2 instance recently we have upgraded the service pack to SP12  it was working fine and suddenly it has thrown this error . After installing Adobe Creative Cloud on my Windows 10 PC (I get Adobe products with my university account/email address) I can't use the app and therefore I can't install any Adobe apps. The app shows the image attached, and when I click Sign In, it doesn't take me anywhere but the same page. I've been trying to get this to work for ages.

One of our students has the wrong username when she was imported into the Adobe Admin console. When she logs in it just gives her an error. (Error says something like the error is on the Adobe side). Is there a way to delete the user completely and reimport her so her credentials are correct or edit the username? There is no option to edit the user details, (the three dots are missing).   

Our Adobe license has renewed and the annual fee per license has gone up quite a lot (41%). I've been on hold for over an hour waiting to talk to someone. Does anyone know a more efficient way to get in contact with customer support? 

As the title says, I've signed up using a college email, been granted the student discount and bought a monthly subscription to the adobe suite plan. I've been charged for the first month, and therefore should have access to the apps. However, when I go to the Plans page on the adobe account site i'm met with zero idication that I've bought any plan whatsover; it simply states "You have no items available". This is the same for order/billing history.  Moreover, when I visit the overview of my account, i'm met with this: "Your administrator hasn’t assigned any apps or services to your account. Contact your administrator to request access." I don't understand why I should have to need a college administrator to assign apps or services, when I have already payed for access myself. Is there any way this can be fixed? I've tried installing photoshop but it simply just gives me trial access for 7 days. Thanks.

I am an admin of our VIP tenant and I've been working with our lead graphic designer to share out libraries to our userbase.  The behavior on sharing is not what the documentation states.  It seems that not only are there two "everyone" groups (everyone and everyone - tenant ID), but free accounts can't see the libraries shared with them. We spent our first day going around with chat support and being botted and transferred no less than 4 times on that day.  No one even took the time to understand our question, much less provided any useful answers. Come back from the holiday and I call Adobe support at the number provided in our tenant.  Not only was my call disconnected on 3 out of 4 occasions, but the only answer we got was that they had to be a licensed user (Creative Cloud App or Suite) even though Adobe documentation explicitly states both free and licensed accounts will work fine.  During our internal testing, they don't. The vendor that m

Hi! Hoping someone can assist with this quick query. Is the Acrobat iOS app included in the enterprise Adobe Pro license? I'm receiving access denied when I try to sign into the app with my work email.  Would appreaciate any input on this one. 

We had two creative cloud licenses, one assigned and one not assigned. As our licenses were coming up for renewal, I deliberately only renewed one of the creative cloud licences, thinking that it would renew the one being used and leave the other to expire. Unfortunately, the opposite happened, and now that user is unable to be added to the remaining creative cloud license as they are listed as have 'No Access'.   This is what it says when you click on the 'No Access' label: Users With No Access Licenses shortage or late paymentSome users have lost access to this product due to a license shortage or late payment. To restore user access, purchase more licenses or unassign existing users to make licenses available.   There is no one else assigned to the available creative cloud licence so I see no reason why I can't add this user to it.   Any help would be greatly appreciated!   [Moderator moved from Creative Cloud Services to Enterprise & Teams.]

I have XD cloud files in my Adobe personal profile where I have maintained various marked versions in the same XD file. Each version has a different URL associated with the marked version and the client comments are stored on each URL per marked version. My organization has now shifted to an Enterprise profile. There is no way to migrate the complete XD file (including marked versions) from personal profile to my enterprise profile. I am concerned if all of the old comments would get removed or the old URLs won't work when the personal profile 2 months free access period would be over.

Our company is considering using Adobe Sign. We are interested to know what Adobe does with the data once an agreement is sent/signed/filed. Where is this data hosted and stored? Is there an option to ensure this data is hosted in Australia?

We now have 2 Windows users in our environment that have perpetual Acrobat Pro 2020 licenses and installed with our deployment package that uses a volume license key that are getting the message "Sorry something went wrong" when launching Acrobat and there is a message in the lower left corner of the Acrobat app that says "Your trial has expired"I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times but the message still comes back the first time they launch the app. It seems to be ignoring the volume license key.Any advice on what to try?

anyone know how to fix this? I guess there is something not right with my laptop that makes adobe work weird. I am using a dell inspiron 7706 2n1 windows 11, does anyone know how to help?! 

Hi!My employee is quitting within a couple of weeks. Her Adobe account (business ID) is part of my organization team. What will happen to her Fresco work when I remove her from the teams? Is it possible to transfer her Adobe business id account into a personal account so that she will still have access to her work? (I want her to have access to her work even after quitting.) I understood from this post that I can transfer the assets from user folders to another user (her being the other user) but I didn't quite get what will happen with the Fresco files. Can you help me out?

I work in a small office where the staff has purchased software individually.   It's unclear who has subscribed to what from Adobe.    Is there a way that I can get from where we are now to having and Admin console, listing the users and what software they have?
