Every time Adobe launches a new update we seem to continually go through this phase of crashes, instability and losing features regardless of whether it’s Photoshop, Lightroom or Premiere Pro.As someone who has been with Adobe from the beginning, I’m becoming increasingly frustrated and annoyed that as a paying customer I am being supplied with a product that does not work as described.  Looking at the multitude of comments across multiple forums, it’s obvious that the latest Photoshop update was rushed through without being tested properly.  If it has been then might I suggest Adobe find itself some new software developers. The way Adobe behaves, it appears the company couldn’t care about the opinions of it’s customers.  We pay a substantial amount of money every year to use the products yet are continually without fail let down by the quality of the product.  Perhaps if customers start looking at the legalities of supplying a product that is not fit for purpose and start to make refu

Photoshop 27.4 and 27.5 are completely broken on Win 11 with an NVIDIA RTX 4060 Ti. The app freezes when selecting the Remove Tool, changing any panels, or opening the New Document screen. On exit, it consistently hangs in the background and won't close on its own; you have to kill the process manually, which resets all setting changes.Version 27.3.1 and below work as intended. Additionally, 27.4 and 27.5 work just fine on a PC with Win 10 and an AMD W5500. The issue seems to be specific to Win 11.

el relleno generativo, siempre me dice que no es posible realizarlo porque infrinjo las políticas de photoshop. Pero no es verdad, yo le tomo fotos a modelos, necesito usar el licuar y luego no puedo usar el relleno generativo para corregir los fondos de las fotos 

I have just updatet the regular Photoshop to version 27.6, but the new generative Credits Usage panel. isn´t there at all. According to severel Youtube channels (Julianne Kost for instance) there is such a new feature, but there isn´t. Why?

Dear all,I have a question regarding cropping an image with complex lines. The image is in a High Resolution PNG. The design needs to be printed on one side of an enamel mug. I tried cropping it using the Magic Wand tool via Help > Adobe Help > Remove Background, but this is not precise enough. The client does not have any image other than PNG or JPEG.I want to crop it using channels; can anyone give me a tip on how to do this as accurately as possible?I have attached the PNG as an attachment.

Something really strange is going on. My gradients look fine when I'm editing, but when I export, it's only showing the leftmost color. I've attached images.

I am working to move from an old laptop to new laptop and an old desktop to a new desktop computer.  All Windows. When I deactivated the Photoshop CS5 license from my old laptop, it properly activated on my new laptop. Then, when I deactivated the Photoshop CS5 license from my old desktop, it didn’t make a license available for the new desktop.  Of course, it no longer works on the old desktop.The Production Premium CS5 bundle was purchased directly from Adobe.  It appears in my Adobe account. What is my best plan to get this situation resolved and get Photoshop CS5 working on the new desktop computer?

I am writing to report an issue with the Adobe Photoshop Editor app on my Android device running HyperOS 3 (Android 16). Issue: When I add a new layer over the background, I am unable to properly transform (resize/move) the layer. The app shows delayed response, and in many cases, instead of transforming the layer, the layer menu opens unexpectedly. This disrupts the workflow and makes editing difficult. Device & Software Details: - Device: Poco x6 Pro 5g - OS: HyperOS 3 (Android 16 based)- App: Adobe Photoshop Editor (version 1.4.0.2252)  Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the app and create/open a project2. Add a new layer over the background3. Try to transform (resize/move) the layer4. Observe lag and incorrect behavior (layer menu opens instead) This appears to be a compatibility or performance issue with the current OS version.

Hello,I have a lot of scanned CD booklets like I have no deeper experience with Photoshop and mainly use PaintShopPro for graphics but since Photoshop is included in my subscription and I found no solution with PaintShopPro I ask here..Is there a convenient and fast way to process these pictures:Load it Adjust it horizontal Crop it In the case of the booklet device it in two pages (in two new images) and save them?And the same with the back-inlay and the CD?And even better process CDs or he booklets in batch? It would be nice if someone how have deeper knowledge then me could give me some hints. Thanks Stefan Westner

I’m trying to use the Generative Fill tool in Photoshop, but I keep getting the error message: “This feature is currently not available.” I selected the transparent area under my photo and clicked on Generative Fill, but it won’t work. Could someone help me understand why this is happening and how I can fix it?

Creating a monotone image involves naming the ink color one wants to use in the image. Unfortunately, Photoshop does not allow the use the letter “p” in the color name. So I can’t use a Pantone color. Nor can I use “spot color” since there is a “p” in “spot”. See screen shot. Use of the letter “p” simply toggles the preview on and off.

Remove Tool gives only either grey or black spot or says "could not complete your request because of a program error". I have set “More Stable” option and used “Reset tool” and closed program and installed it again. Nothing works.

The bounding box of the transform tool is in the wrong location and not properly scaled when used on warped text. It does snap back to correct scale and location when a corner of it is selected but reverts once the transform is deselected again.Photoshop version is 27.5Off center and wrong scale bounding box on warped text 

On both of my Macs, PS 2026 Command-Shift-F has completely stopped working since yesterday. Was there some kind of wonky update? I’ve scoured Google searching for a fix. I’m on a deadline… help!!

After the 27.5 update, when Photoshop is closed, it stays active in RAM. The same applies to opening and closing individual documents. I have 32 GB of RAM, and if I open several documents—for example, using up 16 GB of RAM—and then close one of them, the consumed memory does not decrease; it remains in memory. It gets to the point where, after an hour of work, RAM usage reaches 29–30 GB. And after closing Photoshop, the memory is not freed until you manually terminate the process in Task Manager. Also, until you end the process via Task Manager, you cannot restart Photoshop. When i use some tools that use AI (remove tool from either menu or Contextual Task Bar), after a few uses on the same photo, this tool stops working properly. When this happens, Camera Raw does not open at all. It gives me an error "Could not complete the Camera Raw Filter command because of a program error". When i try to open Camera Raw again it says "camera raw requires graphics processor acceleration to edit photos". That started happening one week ago. Two weeks ago I changed RAM from 16GB to 32GB. It’s the same type RAM the only difference is that it’s 32GB. A write permissions error has occured”I understand this could be a one drive issue, as we work from that and upload to our server - never happened with old computer, was running older system.This one is set up the same, Adobe photoshop has permissions etc.Won’t save anywhere, desktop etc. Have to view on web and drag to desktop for work around.I’ve always used this function to save my work gifs, pngs and sometimes jpegs.Will save to personal hard drive when I’m designing my personal things.But very strongly need this to work for current job position onto our server as before.

Starting from scratch with a blank canvas, there is only Firefly 3 available. No Gemini, no Flux, no Firefly 5. This must be a bug, right?

When we issue a command from the action panel, the fade command (CTRL+SHIFT+F) doesn't work. The action panel is terrible. It slows things down incredibly. I had to revert to the previous version.

I have an image that is A3 size. Whenever I scale down the image, so I can reveal a white border, I notice they are not equal on all sides (as in the longest and shortest sides are not the same width). Wether I do this by transforming holding ALT, or alone and centring after, I never have an equal border on all sides. If I change the canvas size (with relative ticked) this makes the entire image larger than A3, which I do not want. How can I scale down my image and add a border, so that the total image size is A3 and the border is an equal width on all sides? Thanks - N4A

Please quit and try again later.”Same result for Illustrator, Camera Raw, and Bridge updates.  Is there any way to get the update links for the CS5 Windows version?
