For quite some time I haven't been able to install flash. The installation gets to 55% each time and fails.No log files are generated. Nothing shows up in /var/log when install is attempted. Im trying to install the version that was downloaded today.iMac mid 2011OS 10.12

I've been trying to install flash player, but it isn't working. I've followed all the steps at these links ( Flash Player Help & https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-mac.html ) but nothing has helped fix the issue. I've also tried restarting the computer, but it hasn't helped. Every part of the prices works fine until the installation window reaches 90% progress, then it fails every time. I've included screencaps about my Mac and also of the failed load window. I just got this Macbook last week and haven't really used it at all beyond setting it up, so I'm confused as to why this is happening!

I currently operate a Mac OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.6, running Safari Version 9.1.3. I have downloaded Flash Player directly from the website as well as from the offline site and both have failed to install.

I Have been trying to reload Flash player for the last 8 to 10 days.  when the Google browser stopped letting it run I have loaded Fire fox to use the Flash and it will not start to installer after it downloads I have clicked it several times even tried to right click to run as administrator. I am trying to play a game on my laptop, and every time I try to log into the game, the prompt is to update my adobe flash player.  I have tried to update it and the prompt that I get is that it is installed with Windows 10.  So when I check to see if it is enabled, I get the prompt that it is disabled.  Then it gives me steps on how to enable it.  I have followed the steps several times, and it says that my adobe flash player is on.  But when I run the check to see if it is enabled is says that it is disabled.  This is becoming very frustrating.  Please help.

Under my Kaspersky internet protection it will not let me update my Adobe flash player 13active X, It says it is an important update but It keeps failing and says it is an unkown error. I have repeatedly attempted to install Adobe Flash Player on Windows XP (not SP3).  It appears in the Downloads but when I click run and type in what it is called in downloads I get a message that it isn't found/doesn't exist.  I have tried several times.  I wish to download it to play puzzles and games.

I want to use Flash runtime on multiple servers for SaaS. It will be used for executing my ActionScript scripts there, which are doing some useful job.I will not distribute Flash runtime nor host it for end users nor stream it to them. They will not see Flash Player in any form. My server is not "computer file server". My server is PC (has architecture and OS of a personal computer).Is such a usage legal? I go through all the steps to update Adobe Flash, and have (supposedly) closed all applications, but the update process states that Adobe Flash is still running and therefore cannot be installed. According to task manager, the task manager is the only thing open after adobe tells me to close my browser and hit continue.Where is Adobe hiding that I still need to close it? There are some adobe Flash player bits in the memory but the CPU is not accessing them (under background processes), but that's as far as I can think to look. Its shouldn't be this complicated, should it?Ideas/help please?

Hi,so, I'm writing a script to notify me whenever there's a new Flash Update. Yes I know there's the Updater, but the requirement is to have updates for flash, java and adobe reader in one email notification.So far I was using helpx.adobe.com/security/products/flash-player.html. But then I realized get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ is much better, because a) it updates when a new version is already available + it shows the actual version, not just new bulletins etc.The big problem with this page is that it uses dynamic rendering depending of the OS you connect with. Since my script is a bash script it does not show the version at all. There's also no way to get to a version number with POST or GET requests or even by setting the User-Agent to something windowsy.Does anybody know what I could do instead or how I can get the site to show me the version for windows?Cheers,joe.

I play games on pogo. I needed to refresh my pc. now pogo says my flash player is outdated. I installed latest version and have taken all the steps recommended. Still not working. please help.

I have tired un-installing and re-installing flash and it has not help. Keep getting "plug in failures". Also when watching videos online or any other websites that use flash will run really slow and buffer a lot so just want to make sure I have the latest version installed.
